I found them via a Web search when I was faced with a 2 he wait for another company to even start on my vehicle. I called then drove straight there. Had no wait even though they were busy. It was a last minute visit I was actually on the way to Raleigh from Charlotte and need a oil change ASAP and when I pulled up it was no wait. I must say Mr. Wesley was amazing he was very knowledgeable and offered water and snacks. The team was great at communicating which is a plus. Overall I will definitely come back.

Great service but you will definitely pay a lot more to go here over any other place in town. Where most places in Burlington will cost $30-50. Take 5 starts at $62 and goes to a little over $80 for a 4 quart oil change. They also charge an additional fee on top of that for each additional Quart of oil your car uses. In summary they definitely do a great job and provide good service. But you will definitely pay more for that service.

Awesome service!!! They were moving fast. Even with having three lines of cars they still got me in and out in no time. The sweet young lady named Parie was super nice and was great at explaining the different options I could choose from. I will definitely be taking all my cars up here for oil changes from now on.

The one in Greensboro on W. Market St. wonderful customer service..but the one in Burlington on Huffman Mill rd. ran out synthetic oil and couldnt do my oil change. How can a place that do oil changes run out of oil? REALLY!!! I will not be going back..

Grateful they took me so close to closing, however they definitely let me know that they would have preferred no one show up so they could cut out early by their mannerisms and comment about cutting it close.

Great Experience! Very friendly mechanics! I asked a lot of questions about my Nissan versa & they gave me a lot of information, even on things they wasnt working on my car for. This was my 1st time have my cars oil changed at a place like Take5 Oil Change! This location had 3 bays (meaning 3 cars can be service at one time) Even though There was 8 cars in front of me it only took a total of 20mins from from the time I pulled into the time I pulled out. & The best part of it all is you sit in your car the whole time!!

Had my oil changed before leaving for a little trip. 20 miles down the road got a call saying there was a potential problem with the oil change and needed to return to the shop. Got 2 different reasons of what the issues of what issues was but it was ok. Gave me a 25% discount on service. I felt should have received the service for free for wasting my time and gas. Made my drive much longer too.

True to their name, I was in and out in five minutes! It was similar to a Nascar pit stop with several employees moving around the car doing differant check in constant communication with the pit boss. You pay a bit more, youre paying for the quick service.

So very thankful for our quick service today. I had my 10 month old with me and they expedited service while playfully and safely sharing smiles and interactions with my son. I never once felt pressured to make any decisions and they educated me throughout the process. I was offered a cold water by at least 3 different employees. They checked everything, and were quick and efficient and honest. They didnt btry to sell me things I didnt need! How refreshing. Even as the new crew member was learning, the manager personally oversaw everything so I was confident everything was done right. Each crew member has an assigned task and they came to my window and showed/explained what was done and why. Would definitely go back and recommend.

The guys at Take 5 were fantastic! Id never actually done a quick-style oil change before and everyone was super nice. They checked everything and even showed me what they were doing at multiple points, commenting on things that looked good and offering suggestions without pushing too hard for service upgrades. I went here today to get my oil changed. Wes made sure I received phenomenal customer service while keeping me informed of what was going on. They completed my oil change in a efficient and timely manner, while checking all the fluids and tire pressure. Allen was super friendly as well. I have gotten my oil changed here before, but this time I decided to take my GMC to the dealership in Greensboro (big mistake). Less than a week after I got my oil change at the dealer my transmission was changing very rough. My friend said I needed to check my transmission fluid. I said I had just taken it to the dealer and they always check it when I get my oil change. Long story short, I took my truck to Take 5 I had NO TRANSMISSION FLUID IN MY TRUCK!. They checked my transmission fluid and filled it up AT NO CHARGE!When I called the dealer to tell them what happened they said checking your transmission fluid is an extra service and NOT apart of the fluids checked with my oil change. I really couldnt understand that because they checked it off as ok on the receipt I was given. TAKE 5 YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

I have never been treated so well while getting an oil change. Not only was the service phenomenal, it was quick too! These guys explained everything to us and were extremely polite! 10/10 would recommend!

Will and his team did a great job. We needed a quick oil change before our holiday travel and they took care of us. I appreciate that they open early in the morning. This was my first visit and they did a great job explaining everything that was included in the service (all fluids topped off, filters checked, etc). They have a great system to make sure that they do everything right and safe. We’ll be back again!

Messed up my truck. Didnt put oil filter back on tight, didnt put my skid plate back on all the way, lost a bolt because of it. Would not recommend. Its been a year since I took my truck in for an oil change and itll be a lot longer than that for me to ever go back.

The service was great,all the guys was friendly and knowledgeable. I gave only 4 stars because I washed my car before taking it there and when I got home and looked at my newly cleaned hood,it had oily hand prints on the front of it where they opened and shut my hood.I was not to pleased with that.

I sat inside the bay for 15 minutes while they worked on 2 cars. They got to mine, pulled in 2 more vehicles before mine was done. Only one person on my vehicle, I would go to a regular shop if it took that long. I have 5 vehicles don’t think I’ll go back
