I have been looking for a cleanest nail salon in Burlington for years. Finally, I found Serena Nails&Spa by one of my client, she was recommended to come here for a NailArt which I felt completely in love 😍. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a quality salon. The salon is very clean, I cant smell the chemical like others, very professional. I definitely will be coming back!

I love this place! It is my second time going and each time my nails look perfect. I especially love getting pedicures here! The woman doing my manicure was so friendly and talked me through the entire process. I will definitely keep coming back!

It was an amazing experience. I had a pedicure and went from acrylic to dip at their suggestion and I am very happy. They provide a wonderful experience, very thorough and extremely good work! I highly recommend !!!

Kate is the sweetest women ever she always makes you feel welcomed and is super helpful whenever I cant decide on a color. It is extremely clean and they take their time. I always leave so happy with my nails I refuse to go anywhere else!

It was not the best wouldnt recommended I did not receive the color I wanted/asked for after asking if I liked them I said no because I am honest and thinking they would fix it they made me pay the full amount with tip and gave me looks #notfun #ididntwantred #notpleased #no

Beautiful, clean spa. I asked for a regular pedicure and the nail tech insisted that I needed Paraffin wax. My $40 pedi turned into a $60 pedi. Then she hurt me twice, and when I said, “Ouch,” she said she is the nail tech and knows what needs to be done to my nails. The side of my toe nail was bleeding and I think it may be infected. The woman who was seated for a pedi near me was pressured to have more added to her pedi instead of the regular also. I personally did not have a good experience and am left nursing a hurt toe.

They make my nails the perfect shape every time! also lots of color choices. my favorite place i have ever been to get my nails done i go back every week now

Kate is the best! She knew exactly how to give me the look I wanted. I came in with a picture of an ombre pink dip and thats what I left with. Friendly, fast, sanitary, and explained every step to me. I also had a very good lip and eyebrow wax. I highly recommend this salon.

I am a teenager and they took advantage of me and my friend saying it would be 65 and then charged me 85 and I worked very hard for my money and i had to waste it on my nails that aren’t even blended i got cut 3 times and they just left my finger bleeding. Also they refused to listen to the customer my friend didn’t want anymore and then they proceeded to do it either way I do not recommend this place.

Excellent. They are reliable and so thorough every single time! I am picky and they have won me over with their excellent customer service and the experience you get every time with every person who works there. Kate has done a fantastic job setting the bar high for standards, experience, and creating a team of the best around! You won’t find a better place in the area, guaranteed.

The service here is amazing. The team is very welcoming and kind. The environment is clean, they use non toxic products, you are provided with a bottle of water on arrival. Booked an 11:00 a.m. appointment for a pedicure. Showed up on time, chose my color, and they sat me in a chair with water in the tub and told me the tech would be there shortly. Sat there waiting until 11:30, then got up and left.

Love this place. Everyone is so nice, the place looks amazing and they make beautiful nails. Service is impeccable. I started going there and I have never seen my nails as long and as nice as I have them now. Definitely recommend it 100%.

Got a pedicure with CiCi and it was amazing! I stupidly had worn super skinny jeans and couldn’t get my pants legs up far enough or less I would have definitely done a spa pedicure. She took her time and was meticulous, the pedicure was relaxing and my nails came out great. I also got a dip manicure by Kate the owner. She was kind and very appreciative for my business. She took her time and my nails came out amazing! It was over a week ago and my nails are still in fresh condition. Location is amazing for a quick stop off on the way home from work to miss traffic a bit. Parking kinda stinks but isn’t horrible. I will definitely be back!

I went in for my first time for a dip mani. let me start off saying my appointment was at 4 i left the salon at 6:45... i was there for almost 3 hours for a DIP MANI only. i do not know the gentlemans name that did my nails but he was fine cleaning up my nails and taking off dip etc. that took one hour. he then added a few tips to my nails that were shorter. want to talk about not caring when doing a clients nails- the glue was ALL over my fingers and to top it off with how careless he was, his finger got stuck to my finger TWICE when he was applying the tips. he was very messy with it. after applying the tips he harshly filed the tips to the point where the side of my finger felt like it was going to start to bleed with how aggressive he was being and also on top of the the glue was stuck all in between my nail and finger. when my nails were ready for dip he proceeded to messily spread the base coat on ( everytime a base coat or clear coat needed to be put on my nails it was so messily put on my nails to the point the dip was all over my cuticles) he double dipped each finger after putting clear coat even though i told him i wanted it thinner rather than thick, i could see if it was a light color but i got maroon red. so each finger got 6 applications of dip. after this he filed each side of the nail because i said i wanted coffin shape, so i assumed he would file the top of the nail because my nails are fairly long. NOPE- he filed the whole side of the nail and basically on each finger took off all of the polish from each side so it looks like the sides of my nails were not even done. after he was finished, again harshly filing my nails, he told me to wash and come back - i did this and he put the final coat on. i was horrified . he then didnt say a word- left and went to go do someones pedicure. another woman there assuming she was a manager or something said she would be over to do my lotion when she came over i showed her my nails and said this is a nice color but look at my nails, red dip all over my cuticles, glue stuck still all on my fingers, dip polish on the back of my nails- i was shocked he would let me walk out of their salon that way!! anyway she said give her 15 mins to fix by the time it was about 7 PM!!! i said i needed to get out of there and she fixed one hand. she then told me she would give me 5$ off but still charged me $60.00!!! i will NEVER go back here. waste of TIME!!! and MONEY!!!!

Hands-down best salon I’ve ever been to! I was having a girls weekend and we were looking everywhere for a decent nail salon. My friend found this one, and she called and asked about availability. When she hung up she said they sounded so nice let’s try the salon. When we got there it was so beautiful and so clean. Kate was the nicest and sweetest nail technician I’ve ever met! They did an impeccable job, they took their time and definitely made my nails look perfect! Not to mention they treated us with a bottled water. Best all-around experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had!

I get my nails done every two weeks and have been searching tirelessly for a clean place with talented and nice technicians. This place is super clean, white modern decor, lots of color selection that is displayed very nicely. My nails lasted at least 3 weeks and the paint did not chip. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable with color selection that matches my undertone nicely. I had the dip powder and then came back for a pedicure, by far the most thorough pedicure Ive had. And I liked how they dont reuse nail filer and buffers. The towels are fresh and doesnt just get flipped over from the previous client. I highly recommend this place !

Took about 2 hrs just to do a dip, Nail started chipping the next day, didn’t even wanted to go back to let them fix it because they tipped themselves off my credit card even though they told me that they don’t tip off card and I already tipped with cash. I’m very upset and don’t think I’ll ever go back.

I went in here for my bday on a whim to get a pedicure. Kay helped me and also did my pedicure. This place doesnt overbook and cares about your relaxation and pampering experience. Prices are average and fair for the organic spa pedicure she gave me today. Parking is looks scarce but she told me we can park on either side of the store. Kay looked at my face and suggested I also get my eybrows done. She made me feel so comfortable, that I let her touch my face! Ive never, ever touched my eyebrows before. It came out amazing! She cares about you leaving feeling pretty. Mission accomplished. Ill be back! Thank you so much.

Beautiful salon! Kate and Nancy are great. Best pedicure Ive had. The pedi chairs are amazing.I was greeted with nice cold water and not the little tiny waters. When I left I was given a 10% off my next service certificate. I suggest you go to Serenas.

I went to this place with my mom to fix and redo the whole manicure done in the other place. We visited a total of 2 times.I would put 4 stars for our first visit because of the following:Pros:1) the master was very patient and knowledgeable2) easy parking3) very clean place4) very good selection of the products (according to my mom)Cons:1) we asked to make the specific shape of the nails, and it was not that busy so the master could try what we asked. The master replied that she does not know who can do it, and my mom can do it in her own country as she is visiting for a month only.I am adding an additional star because the second visit was much more efficient and Lam was way more skilled. He actually did the right shape without even asking. He is a very good, patient and skilled professional.

Horrible service lady didn’t understand what I wanted .had to tell her multiple times while making mistakes different sizes on nails , wanted to do what she wanted to do when I clearly specified that I wanted to take off nails and have natural with acrylic.she said couldn’t do that it would have to be with dip so it had to be refill. She broke nails off from my set and wanted to leave some with natural nail and others with tips leaving them with different length . was with a friend and did not assist with friend took two other clients before servicing us for 2 refills and pedicure said we should come back tomorrow because she tired . No customer service at all . How do you run a business and tell someone to come back tomorrow cause u are tired after u start on one refill when your business was empty when we walked in . Should have told us from the beginning and we would have not stayed . Thank you for a horrible experience please ppl save your self from horrible experience
