Had a great experience in the paint dept. tonight @ 6 p.m.! The female employee was already waiting on 2 customers and made time for me. She was extremely polite , respectful and very knowledgeable of her job. I left out of there last night very frustrated for a lack of service. What a breath of fresh air. What an incredible asset to your business. She needs a raise!

Lowes has upped their game since coming out of their slump several years ago. I love that there are more appliances on display and at such good prices brand new! Recently purchased a replacement refrigerator for a tenant. The price was great, service and delivery superb!

For some reason I cant get a working rapport with this store.Yes it was Sunday afternoon. Couldnt find anyone to help me in the Dewalt tool section.

Solid home improvement store in great customer service.

This is a typical Lowes box store. It took me a little longer than usual to find help with the items I wanted. But once the right person was found, I was promptly and courteously taken care of. Check out was easy and quick.

So, our washing machine started leaking and who wants to deal with that? (Clue: Not me.)I drove over to Lowes, caught a sales persons eye, bought a new washing machine(total transaction time -5min) and it was delivered less than 24hrs later by two very nice young men. < easy-peasy. I have no idea whether this is standard procedure- but if it is-- its highly recommended. Thank you!

Lowes is always the place to go they have everything. And I was able to find the perfect mum for fall.

Lowe’s of Burlington never disappoints. From the outside lawn and garden to the pros desk very well ran store. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable, just ask one of them about a product or service and they will put you on the right track. I deal with them on an almost everyday basis.

A great place to shop for all your home and garden needs people are very pleasant and helpful.

Dot Marshall is an A+ employee. I had to speak with her about an appliance and she was very patient and helpful thru several phone calls. Outstanding service.

We were shopping for plants and they were low in inventory. A lot of the ones they had were porely maintained. We picked out two but were looking for many varieties they didnt have. In the end our two were not worth the long long hot line.

My girlfriend and I came about an hour and a half before closing looking for a specific patio set. When we couldn’t find it ourselves, I went to find an associate. Eric was the only associate I could find anywhere on the floor, and he sent Matt to help us. He looked everywhere, inside and outside, for this patio set and eventually just sold us the display. And Brandon helped the associate on register find the numbers of the pieces in the set to ring us up. Everyone that we came into contact with that night was so kind and helpful!

I mean its Lowes its like home depot but better.

Lowes is Lowes. You all know it. At least this location has four different ways in and out. Very convenient.

My husband and I purchased a refrigerator and dish washer, there was a 99 day wait on the dish washer but we decided to buy anyway. The refrigerator was to be delivered today they texted with a time and it never showed. We called and spoke to the manager and we are informed our fridge hasn’t left the building! The manager showed no concern. We asked if they could deliver tomorrow they said no. Very poor customer service to say the least! We are getting our money back and buying from Home Depot from now on!

Today (August 29 2021) we went as a family to buy lumber to make a porch and there was an older American man and he did not help us find the wood we were looking for but a few minutes later an American arrived with his son and he did help them find the lumber they were looking for he even helped them to put it in the shopping cart and I realized that because we were a Hispanic family he didn’t want to serve us 👎👎

Had funn, good to be out & see people getting there plants for summer.

Carts were readily available, cashier was pleasant. Only negative was the guy in the parking lot trying to sell his air compressor that he had promised to someone online who apparently stood him up. He was willing to take $40 even though he needed more; he promised it wasnt stolen and only to help pay his electric bill.

Always receive good customer service, and what I want is typically in stock.

Worst experience I ever had was at this Lowes...... customer service has no personally whatsoever...glad there is other Lowes that I can shop at...Nothing but a bunch of Smart Alecs at this store.....

This is the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever done business with. I have been trying for almost a week just to schedule an associate to come out and do measurements for my blinds. The customer service is a complete joke!

Everything easily found lots of items with a good selection of prices. However I do wish they offered a first responder discount all they offer is military which most other businesses do both as the same..

I have always been a loyal Lowes customer, but after this experience, I will never purchase an item for delivery ever again. I havent decided if I will continue to shop in-stores. The delivery process, email and telephone communication, and timeliness of my online order was absolutely horrible. I have to place probably 6 phone calls to the delivery service company(USP) and 3 to the actual Lowes store just to get my order/delivery correct. The most unprofessional experience Ive ever had. The customer service associates at Lowes(not the delivery company) were very curt and displeasing, not friendly in the slightest. Luke with delivery was kind and helpful, but besides him, this experience was just a headache. The delivery company was just downright sad. It seems as if there is zero communication. I had to deal with so many broken promises, its honestly pitiful. Ive always loved Lowes over Home Depot, but this has really left a bad taste in my mouth. I sadly do not recommend purchasing any items for delivery. Others in my family have also had very similar experiences. If someone would like to reach out to me to discuss the experience, please feel free. If Lowes can make this right, I would be happy to stay a loyal customer.

She expressed to me that she was going to the back and look for them as soon as she take a picture of her schedule. Came back and she couldnt find them and told to look in section 23 because she had to go help some other customers. I thought I was a customers 😕

Associate helped me in plumbing and he went above his task in saving me money in the long run but cant divulge what he said, Nice. Couldnt give 5Stars because Lowes had over half of parking lot blocked off for repaving and others hard to manuver into because of equipment.

Needed some potting soil and was in and out pretty quick.

Lowes has a large variety of plants to choose from.

Friendly and helpful employees. This store is a mad house during peak seasons, so do consider that if patience isnt your strongest virtue.

I have zero experience painting and wasnt even sure what shade I wanted. Chelsea, in the paint department, was a gem. She guided me through the choices, helped me gather samples, and even helped me collect all the best materials for the job I was doing. Chelsea showed knowledge and full understanding of what I wanted to accomplish and what was needed to get the job done. Thank you Chelsea, you are truly an asset to the Lowes Team.

The customer service is poor on the phone 04/01/221 the first hold was 40 minutes, and the second hold was 15 minutes, waiting to heard about instore order. I called a third time and was connected to appliances and the order was in the store.

Maintenance has to be done to the facility unfortunately it might not always occur in the correct time for each individuals needs but they can do something about how many people they have on staff at any particular time when when only one cash register is open that causes several delays and an inconvenience

The gentleman working in the appliance department was great. However never tell your kid while visiting to just go ahead and pick out whatever you need. Trust me youll leave this place broke!

Eileen ruined my Lowes trip today. She should try comedy because customer service isnt her calling.

I will never use Lowe’s again, I contracted Lowe’s to install a fence in April of 2020, it’s now august, I still have no fence, and I am still missing materials. My original installation date was in June, but he didn’t show up again to finish after placing the posts. Now my grass is dead from Where the materials have been laying, I have missed a whole summer outside with my kids (which was the point of the fence) and I have not gotten the first apology from Lowe’s, and very little communication to me on the status of our installation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Its a shame that Lowes and Home Depot are the only home improvement stores. They both use their monopoly to have the most outrageous pricing!! Im serious, we should boycott! Everything that they carry is absolutely overpriced.

They stood behind their paint when it did not match the paint sample that was marked. Usually able to find whatever you need and employees usually knowledgeable and friendly.

I was in the store yesterday which was a Saturday, it was very crowded. I needed help with some electrical things but couldnt find. What I needed, a nice young lady by the name of Brittney walked by and asked if she could help me even though she worked in the decorating/blind department which was right next door. The reason I feel this review needs to be left is because not only did she try and help me she made sure I was connected with someone from the department and repeatedly came back to check and see if anyone assisted me yet. She made several pages and he finally came. This is the way customer service is supposed to be, I was never abandoned and left to the buzzards! Thank you miss Brittney!

It is a great place

The store was well stocked and that was great. However, I needed help locating an item but couldnt find anyone to help me. I understand things are a bit different now with the coronavirus going around. But stores need people that are willing to help the customers.
