My first impression of lunchbox was it was very clean and the staff is professional. I booked an appointment with Judy. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and she took me in right away. Judy performed my wax and since it was my first time she answered all of my questions. I highly recommend lunchboxwax.

Julia was the very best. Great work and she made my very nervous teen daughter feel so comfortable and secure. It didn’t hurt at all and time flew while she kept the conversation going and making her feel at ease. My daughter can’t wait to get back for her next session (and she didn’t want to go for a waxing appointment)Thank you Julia and company

Horrendous- avoid at all costs! I left a good review upon my initial appointment but beginning on my 2nd day after an almost full-face wax, I began to breakout and see scarring all along the waxed areas. They are over-priced as it is, however I was reeled in by their deal and professional reputation. It is a clean and friendly place however they use far too much wax on the skin, and this cannot be good for you. I am still suffering skin issues almost a week later, swelling and severe acne, never seen anything like it, they will tell you your second service is free but you will not want to come in after your first! Save your time, hard earned money, and skin, go elsewhere- every salon locally does facial waxing and as for other body treatments, look for somewhere where the employees have a better skill-set. Services here would get a broken square rather than a single star for this review if that were possible. Having a fancy website, locus, and discourse does not guarantee quality these days. Remember that you are coming in for your health and your beauty. Dont take a chance and roll the dice, you will get better outcomes that you will not have to cry over, spend money on medical treatment for, etc. by simply going to a different spa or salon where these services are offered. Wax amount seems to be on steroids here, questioned it while it was happening but unfortunately I trusted these guys. Truly appalled and disgusted. Unlikely they will even provide a refund. Learn from my mistake and stay safe folks.

Katieann did an excellent job. She was quite knowledgeable and very professional. She is a person that is easy to talk to during a period of being uncomfortable. I especially liked how she gave a warning when she was at a sensitive area. The place is really clean and I would recommend it everyone

I live 30 min away so first came here because it was the only last minute appointment I could find. So glad I did! First the location is great, near a lot of restaurants so you can walk to grab a drink and app before or after. The facility is super clean and the policies for Brazilian wax are hygienic and as modest as possible. I had Marley and will always rebook with her. Amazing brows, extremely thorough and fun to talk to! This is definitely my new place for waxing for the foreseeable future.

They really need to be more professional and consider people’s time ! Wax esthetics were servicing people while going in between answering phones. They did not have someone servicing the front desk. Waited 30 minutes and just decided to get up and leave as I was there during my lunch time. I did not appreciate my experience there and will not be returning there. I love this company! When their Framingham location closed I knew I had to make the extra drive to go to Burlington. After you find a place you really trust and get good results at it’s hard to leave. Amber is the best! I went to Burlington because of her. She has great attention to detail and I enjoy catching up with how she’s doing every month. Overall great staff, clean establishment, trustworthy and amazing prices for the quality care and products!!! Definitely recommend!

Every time I come to lunch box wax I always have a great experience. I like how thorough they perform the services. (They get all the hairs!) I also like that they give a little wipe prior to the service. (Most wax centers don’t do that.) The wax center is clean and professional. I also love the products offered at lunchbox wax for ingrown hairs. I feel it really helps a lot. Whenever I get checked in, they are attentive and helpful. To me, those are very important qualities that someone should have in any profession and she’s got them. I also noticed that she pays very close attention to detail which I really do appreciate. Any questions I had, she answered and gave me her honest opinion. She was also very informative too.The place itself is very clean and there’s a friendly atmosphere when you step in. I felt very welcome in there.All in all, five stars. I’ve already booked my next appointment and I’m looking forward to coming back!

Great service and atmosphere for waxing. While booking for the first time I ran into two snafus last minute (on their part) that resulted in me not having the opportunity to get the full service I paid for and wanted. Since then I have returned multiple times and love the service they have provided. It is hard to keep the same person as it seems they have a good turnover but so far I am happy with the experience. Im bumping my four star review up to five since they have been better since the first visit.

I have used LunchBox Wax 5 times so far and was always very happy with, not just the results, but, also the process.The place is clean, well lighted and the waxologists personable, professional and talented. Barely any ouch...From the perspective of a man, I can only highly recommend this place.Only thing I would change is adding a service option for “Mankini” for those who prefer a clean-up without having to look like a little boy. I book online and end up paying for a full Brazilian because of the lack of options but so far I have let it slide because they are so good and it is difficult to find places where they also offer their services to men. I’ve been here a few times before and after covid. Both experiences were identical (except for mask wearing) as everything here is always super clean and fresh! I would highly recommend Samara and Ivana, their professionalism is stellar and they both have given me the quickest, seamless, and most comfortable wax ever! My skin loves their products too, no irritation or bumps! Once you visit lunchbox its hard to go anywhere else!

I made a last minute appointment online and let them know in advance I would be a few minutes late due to a conference call. They had a automated text message and replied with no worries and would still accommodate me with their service! Sydney waxed my eyebrows and she was very professional and friendly. I asked her about eye brow tinting (because I’ve never had it done before) and she answered with her honest opinion, which I really appreciated! The space was very clean, and I felt very welcomed even with face masks on. I’ll definitely be back for my next appointment! :)

This was my first experience at a wax salon and I was very impressed! I’ve never had my brows tinted and waxed together but I have to say I really like the way they look! The faculty was clean and inviting. The staff was welcoming and warm! I already booked another visit!

I have been looking for a good eyebrow place for awhile. I never thought Lunchbox would do eyebrows (because of the name!) but when I found out they did and took walk ins I was glad to go in! I went in this afternoon and was greeted right away. Even though the internet was down, no one was panicking or rushing about. They were able to fit me in. The rooms are SO clean. They are specious and bright. The tools and everything they use is completely sterile and brand new when they set it all up. My technician Molly was awesome! I had absolutely no redness and my eyebrows are usually red and puffy when I am done. Not this time. She shaped them up and they look awesome. She was very polite and clearly knows what she is doing. In short: go here. Ask for Molly. You wont be disappointed. =)

Despite moving out of Burlington into the city, I continue to drive back here for all of my wax appointments because of how high-quality Lunchbox is: comforting environment, phenomenal staff and customer service, customer-friendly website/booking platform, and nonpainful wax. I love Samara! She makes any appointment comfortable and easy and is great to chat with. HIGHLY recommend!

I got an eyebrow wax for the first time, and my experience was very good. They were very nice and the room was very comfortable. It had music playing in the background and it smelled good, making it a very relaxing setting. The wax felt a little painful, but it was nothing too bad. My eyebrows look very good after the appointment.

I came here to get waxed for the first time. My experience with Julia was very pleasant and virtually painless (given the area she worked on)! From the waiting room to the waxing rooms, the facility was spotless and not to mention the perfect temperature given the warm wax and lights they use. I already felt so comfortable on their soft tables with head rest. They use a really nice liner instead of the crinkly paper which allowed me to relax. The wax they used was so much better. I’d say this was the best bikini wax I have ever had!
