These guys are awesome! They fixed my sons Volvo after taking it to 3 other shops, spent over $300 on basically nothing, but them holding my sons car for ransom. Brought it to Jimenez Auto Repair and they had it fixed 2 hours later I was so happy with their work I gave them an extra hundred dollars for great customer service being truthful and honest and great prices thank you to all you guys who work at Jimenez Auto Repair. I will definitely take my car there again if I need work on it. And I will recommend anybody to try them out. Thank you so much you guys.

Our Vanagon (with a Subaru engine) blew a coolant line on I-5, about 5 miles from Burlington on a Saturday morning, and we were lucky enough to be close to Jimenez Auto. Ed and Greg said to bring it over and they’d squeeze us in, and boy are we glad we did. They isolated the problem quickly and were able to make the repairs quickly, then encouraged us to take it out for a few miles to make sure everything was up to snuff. It started overheating again almost immediately, so they took it back in and were able to diagnose the lines needing to be bled, kept it around for the afternoon to check to make sure it all was safe to drive again, and never made us concerned for overstaying our welcome.If you’re lucky enough to break down anywhere near Burlington, I’d make a beeline for Jimenez. I just wish they weren’t 70 miles from home or I’d make them my full-time mechanics.

Amazing people! They fixed the problem and had my car back to me the same day. After getting home they called to let me know about a recall on my car (small issue-the car wont blow up).

I was up visiting my daughter in Burlington, when the starter on my 07 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel went out. This was on the new years weekend, Saturday 1/2/21. Greg and his team picked up my truck, around 1:00 PM, installed the new starter, and had it back to me by 5:30 the same day. What a great effort on a holiday weekend. 5 out 5 for my experience.

So I took it to Jimenez Auto Repair To rebuild the transmission and the engine Hilario and Greg really know what theyre doing they take time with your car and do it right and Ive taken all my cars there before that and theyve always done a great job theyre very nice people and theyre also very of professional people I am really happy with the work that I got done .my Van runs great and the transmission shifts better than any other transmission work Ive had done before I started to going there .goes right into gear so good that you can hardly tell it went into gear you know but as really nice and it runs great yet they really do A great job they go the extra mile.👍👍😊

The younger mechanic, Gregory (I believe his name is) is very knowledgeable, and good. I found out my car is having some engine issues, but I appreciate that he let me know what was up and that the engine light was probably turned off. If it werent for Ed, the older guy in the office, I would give this place five stars since I felt the work was honest, and I was allowed to watch them work on my car!Ed made me very uncomfortable, as a 50 year old man, he told me he liked me, and then called multiple times, leaving two voicemails asking me if I wanted a side job of doing his laundry and helping him clean out a storage unit. He also offered to go with me to Utah and made various other comments on my appearance and lifestyle that made me very uncomfortable.BOTTOM LINE: GOOD MECHANICS, BUT IF YOURE A TEENAGE OR YOUNG ADULT FEMALE, DO NOT GO HERE! That or bring your dad, a male coworker, etc.

Caring, Considerate & highly skilled. It’s rare today to find business and people that truly care. Jimenez is a rare rare place. I just needed a blinker light changed and went to two other places but passed on them because of the long wait times. When I stopped by Jimenez the kind man came right out, ordered my light bulb and fixed the blinker very quickly. He also didn’t charge me for the bulb. Who does that? A fantastic person that’s who! In the last month I have been in the hospital and had a major car repair, that gesture of kindness is such a gift to me. I will certainly bring my car here in the future and I highly recommend this place. I really appreciate your kindness!

While on a short road trip, my check engine light came on. I called Jimenez Auto Repair and they agreed to look at the car with no appt. They did some diagnostics on the spot and got me on my way in no time. They were fast, courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Relay switch went on my radiator fan on the way to the north cascades. They took us in right away and fixed the issue so we could get back on the road. They saved or trip and the Jeep. Love these guys! Highly recommended.

My 2001 GMC Sierra was spurting out gas and left us stranded in Mt Vernon on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. I called Jiminez Auto Repair and was told to bring it on in. I arranged a tow and the two truck driver said a lot of positive words about our choice. I seriously thought the truck would sit over the weekend and Id get a call on Monday or Tuesday. Not at Jiminez Auto Repair!!!! They called us at 5pm and then waited until we arrived at 6! The charge was more than fair and I was happy to pay. Thank you so much to Greg and his father. Polite with immense work ethics. Ive never left a rating for a mechanic before. Im just happy.

Adding to the amazing reviews because they SAVED us!! We rolled in 30 minutes before closing after breaking down on the interstate with a clutch issue in our jeep. I live 300 miles from this shop, on my weekend road trip my transmission wacked out and they saved me!! Between being open on Saturdays and after hours, keeping me in the loop on my car, making countless calls to my insurance/warranty people on my behalf, and actually fixing the problem, they are the best! My daughters car (recently purchased used) started making horrible noises and shaking violently on her way up to Bellingham on a Friday night. Jimenez Auto Repair was still open at 7 pm and they immediately looked at it for her. The diagnosis was loose lug nuts on one of the front wheels. They tightened the lug nuts, wouldnt let her pay anything as they said it was a simple fix, and she was safely back on the road in no time! Lifesavers! Thank you!
