They informed us of what to expect but they also had a door tarp which zipped up enough to just allow their machine/hoses but not any extra cold air. Shifted into our house and had multiple allergies.It turned out that the former occupant had several cats. I hired Pavillion Air Duct Cleaning and crew showed up with a removal system. I was showed the 1 thick layer of cat hair in one of the ducts. My allergy symptoms were gone the same day and have had no problems since then.
