These guys are awesome! Id highly recommend them for any HVAC installation or repair. They are professional and very knowledgeable. They installed a mini-split system with handlers in five rooms. They were the best price. The system looks great and runs flawlessly!

Nordic did a great job. They replaced our old heater with a new one. This is a project wed been planning for a couple of years, so we had the opportunity to get bids from a few of other companies... none of which impressed like Nordic did. From the first contact Nordic was professional, courteous and timely. Also, excellent at communicating and answering the many questions we had for them. The crew that installed the system was great! They started on time, kept everything neat and clean, they were polite and also good communicators. They installed an awesome system.If I had to describe the experience in one word, Id say professional.Would I recommend Nordic Temp. We have a large Geo Thermal system by Bosch. The company that installed it, once competent, has fallen in quality and we no longer trust them. Weve had 18 months of chasing an issue, and Bosch service online referred Nordic Temperature Control. The Nordic guys found in about 30 min (as part of routine maintenance checkup). They were professional, on-time, and delivered top service. I will be using these guys for all our future needs.

After my 20 year old furnace finally died on us, I was in complete scramble mode to a new one installed because winter was vast approaching Whidbey Island. After calling 6 other companies in the area I stumbled upon Nordic Temperature Control and decided to give them a call. Right from the beginning Dave was on another level then everyone else when it came to customer service, please keep in mind I was down in San Diego, CA trying to coordinate getting a furnace back up and running for my family on Whidbey Island. Instead of doing what every other company(Ronk Brothers, Island Heating&Cooling, Barron Heating, ect) did and just say this is what you need/what we can do. Let us know and we might be able to fit you in, in 3-6 weeks. Dave listed multiple options so I could easily decide the course of action I wanted to take and at the price point I wanted. This was even before coming to the house and accessing the situation, and once we came up with a game plan Dave then took the time to call my wife and work out a time that didnt affect her work schedule to come and look over the house. The only negative I have to say is that Dave, despite inspecting the attic and the furnace, forgot to inspect the crawl space which we came to realize needed new insulation and a duct repair because of rodents. However, Dave quickly remedied this problem and even gave us the name of his insulation guy so we could work with him directly instead of going third party, which ended up saving us more money. Did I mention Dave also came in $1000-$1500 less then all the competitors? And he also started the work in about 1-2 weeks? Dave and his Nordic team was a breath of fresh air because for once it felt like someone cared about the needs of my family instead of their overhead. I plan on adding AC to my system in the future, which Dave and his company already set up during the furnace install, and I am sure after reading this review you will know who I am giving a call to. Again, my family and I were lucky to stumble upon this company and I couldnt be happier with the service. If you want companies that only care about their overhead please go ahead and go with the ones listed above but if you want someone who actually cares then go with Dave and his Nordic team.

Our furnace went out and we got quotes from different companies. I called Joey because he was recommended by a friend. And his service was outstanding, from the coming to our house and discussing our options. He was honest and fair. The man that came in to install the unit was knowledgeable and very helpful and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

It was that time of the year for maintenance on our ductless heating and air conditioning system. We wanted to make sure that we had it done before the start of the rainy, windy and cold winter season. I scheduled our appointment online and was called back in a prompt manner. The schedule was made and an appointment window was scheduled. I was very pleased that the technicians Dave and Cory showed up on time. They were very professional, through and informative. They thanked me for taking such good care of our system and they gave me some tips on how to better utilize the features that it can provide. I had one of Nordics guys come out and clean front of my glass fireplace, he was very nice, professional and did an amazing job!I also had a heating/air conditioning unit installed in my house I am extremely pleased with this unit. It works great, is energy efficient and easy to operate. I would highly recommend Nordic Temperature Control.

I contracted with Nordic Temp to provide and install an A/C system at my house. In my professional life, I work in the commercial construction industry and hire HVAC contractors all the time. I would consider Nordic Temp to be one of the best HVAC contractors in the PNW for both residential or commercial projects. Very professional & courteous with high quality workmanship. Their pricing (bids) are extremely competitive and you can trust that they will provide cost effective options and not sell you on products or systems that are unnecessary. They service what they install and stand behind their equipment and work. I dont often take time to write reviews, but in their case, I felt it was warranted.

Very friendly ovr the phone and professional service

The repairman showed up on time and corrected the problem I was having with me tankless water heater. My heater would heat sometimes and not heat other times. When it wouldnt heat I would have to unplug it and then plug it back in to reset it. This had been going on for over a year and I thought I would need to replace it, They saved me a ton of money.
