Horrible experience. I came on a business trip from New York to San Francisco, and had a Cadillac Escalade reserved. Once I landed in the airport I had to run around the airport attempting to find, the company’s booth, because the receipt said the location was in the San Francisco airport, but then after having a long conversation with the company I was told I had to get a ride to their office. So I had a Uber take me to their office in a small plaza with no signs saying it’s theirs other than a small 8.5x11 piece of paper taped to the window. I had to knock on the office door because it was locked only to be greeted by a guy who didn’t speak English at all, and had me on the phone with another guy trying to get my car. After all this the guy tried to give me a Ford Focus which is nowhere near the Escalade. Also the office looked nothing like in the photos, and none of the cars in the picture where in the parking lot. After a long few hours of trying to sort out something with the company, I opted to get the refund, and the guy didn’t even know how to print a receipt out for it. I had to get a ride back to the airport and get a car from Enterprise which I would’ve done from the beginning if I knew what was going to happen.

One of hardest things to do when going on a trip is figuring out logistics. Coming back from a bachelorette party I was in a problem when my car broke down (the front of my car was smoking up), luckily, I found reach rental through a friend and I was able to rent a nice car for a month at reasonable price until my car was fixed. The associate that helped me was named Tim and he was so kind to me and my friends. The whole process took about 15 minutes and I was out with a brand-new car. Thanks reach rental be professional and having a clean car.

I rent a car in Las Vegas to return it in San Francisco for a road trip. The day before I leave home the company called me to confirm and to give me the cell Phone number for the delivery. At my arrival at Las Vegas airport I called this number. The guy AND the car WERE in the airport parking. NO waiting, No shuttle ride. To return, verry easy and free shuttle to the airport. VERRY HAPPY.
