Sent me to change the oil after selling me included maintenance. This was after me renting from them for a month, costing $800. The car did not survive the 4 hour oil change, and I had to argue for the manager to come and drive me back to the horrible rental counter. They were quick to come and get the broken car, but content to leave me stranded until they got an earful.The next car was filthy and missing registration stickers. Waste of 10 hours.

Not a star value, I booked a car, my flight got delayed, then tried to call them for picking up on the following day morning. After that, I called them right after they opened, the staff said we have nothing with pretty rude attitude. Never recommended this god damn location, shame of hertz

The worst ever. Very long waiting, no respect, restroom and horrible service. I will never come back again. Wasting time.

Hertz upper floor desks were all closed while other rentals were open. We were directed to go down stairs but the elevator was super busy and slow. Finally we got down, then half of desks were closed and massive people were waiting. I had a reservation and I am a Gold member so they said my name should be on the display. But I could not find it. After long wait, I got an agent he told me I can just go outside and pick up a car from Gold Midsize or Full parkimg lot. I walked there but lots were empty!! I asked another guy and he said I can pick any car from any lots. I waisted 1.5hr to get to my car.

Cancelled the car but they left my contract open anyway. The following week I get a call from Hertz car control saying when will I return the car. Bounced around from department to department to resolve, took an hour. Dont rent here!

0 star. Booked for pick up at 10am and no one was there. Called them several times and they keep giving the same calling number which was not helpful at all and telling me someones on the way.... Waited here for 1.5 hours and still waiting. No one was helpful...no one.

Horribly rude service.

Just terrible. Dirty car. Slow service.
