Went in for new tires. Was impressed with the shop firemans knowledge of tires and she was quick to share specials with me. The only issue I had was it took the mechanic over an hour to get started on my tires after it was pulled into the bay. I will say this, once he did get going. It only took him 30 minutes to change all 4 tires.

Very stubborn service writer. Tech was great though. Price is good.

All the staff at this location are truly nice people and very professional. The Manager, Gene is a standup man and a VERY honest person. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for oil changes. I am satisfied with the services provided and feel I can trust my vehicle in their hands. Thank you for the great customer service. My family and I will return for more oil changes in the future.

2 hours to plug one tire. My car has just sat in the shop the whole time.

I only needed a car battery and as I did a little browsing and buying in walmart, they installed the battery. I was text on the progress of the work and called on the phone when it was ready. Quick and easy.

Slow service dont know if thats so you are shopping for a long time and buy your stuff there while you wait forever

Never could get anyone to answer from service department. Call w d a couple of times. Store answers and they transfer we rbyou to service and it rings and rings and rings. Went somewhere else.

I was told numerous times that I would receive a call through each step of the process, I unfortunately did not get that. I had to call numerous times to get updated on the process. My car has been in the shop for nearly 4 weeks for hail damage and a windshield replacement. Not sure if I will go back in the future.

The service manager, Ozzie, was awesome! He quickly resolved our issue regarding a defective tire. Very knowledgeable and super nice! He definitely earned our return business.

The tech Ozzie and his crew went above and beyond in providing service by cleaning up a mess that the previous place we used for an oil change caused, that we werent aware of. We appreciate their attention and extra time they had to take for it. I cant thank them enough.

I went today for a new battery. From the beginning Camille the woman taking my info was very helpful and gave me an estimate of 60-90 minutes. I went inside and picked up a few things and browsed around. I went back in an hour and my car was almost ready! Ashley handled checking me out and her customer service was awesome! Having been here before, I know first hand how SLOW they are. So today I decided to get ahead and be here first thing this morning. Need a tire balance & rotation. They had me set an appointment for 10:15. Ok, I thought, maybe this will be better. Came back just a little before 10:15. I am told they are backed up and still have the 9:30 vehicle to do. Really?? Excuses galore... guy wanted to add tires, only 4 techs, blah, blah, blah. My advice: Only come here if you have absolutely NOTHING else to do that day. You will be here way longer than you want.

3 yr battery bad after 13 months. Every Walmart battery should come with a pair of jumper cables. Replaced without problem.

The woman who takes down the appointments is an absolute Saint. She runs around that garage making sure every piece of information is correct and gives as good of an estimated time of service as anyone could in a busy atmosphere like that. I will NOT go anywhere else to have my oil changed.

They messed the oil plug so I had to replace the oil pan at a different shop. I did get an apology and They did refund me for the repairs I had to pay.I am thankful for that.

If there was an option for no stars I would give it that. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They blatantly lie to you in the phone saying that they will accept cars until the close. Once you get there, however, they tell you the total opposite. I got there 30 minutes before they closed and they said that I can’t get anything done. All I needed was a basic oil change, which only takes on average 15 minutes. I even asked over the phone if I get there around that time and the lady said that would be fine. Horrible customer service and overly rude! I tried to get ahold of a manager after I left via phone but was left on hold for 45 minutes so just gave up. If they don’t wanna hear it, then I will take it here and hope that my story will project the negativity that this place has for its customers. Again, DO NOT GO HERE PEOPLE!!!!

Wife walks in buys oil from yalls shelf, and just asks if yall could use that oil to change. Yall tell her Its $35 to change It? Yall s pit crew charge is $20. How does this make sense? So yall charge her more for her to buy her own oil from yalls shelf?? Please explain how this works.

There were five cars ahead of me. The man said they had 4 techs and 5 cars ahead of me so wait shouldnt be too long for my oil change and literally bragged for 3 minutes about how great and fast he was. I waited an hour and went back and there were still 5 cars waiting to be serviced!! One hour and nothing done. I cancelled my oil change and walked out to the garage and the techs are just standing around. They definitely need new, mature management in this place. I will not be back.

If you want your tire replaced by a group of incompetent idiots, by all means. Come here. If you dont want to die, try somewhere else. I was looked at like a moron when I brought my car right back after replacing a tire, of which my size they didnt have, however they had one slightly wider. Not a problem usually. I got on the road and my car began shaking violently. I took it back. They wouldnt even look at it and insisted that the tire was balanced and the issue was the difference in size. Now, Ive got over a million miles under my belt so Im no spring chicken, but a balanced tire is a balanced tire! My steering wheel is practically shaking out of my hand. Could it be that it was incorrectly balanced? YES. Also some moron put 45psi into my 32 psi tires. Idiots.

I drove up and waited between 10-15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The drive in bins were empty, there were two men who worked there in and out of conversation and even though they saw me they never acknowledged that I was there. There was only ONE lady there doing her job and NEVER got to me because she was dealing with someone out of the bays. I finally drove off to get my oil changed somewhere else. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. If they dont care about their customers then they sure as hell dont care about the quality of the job they are going to do to your car. I rely on my car too much let it be handled by this type of attitude and lack of service.

Went there with a rim in hand from my Honda Civic that had a flat tire and had to wait 15 minutes for the person responsible for taking orders to finally show up and tell me that it would be 2-3 F@#$ing hours to put a new tire on 1 single rim. They werent even busy and had absolutely no sense of urgency to get my order taken. Ive walked into another Wal-Marts before with the same exact kind of rim needing the same exact kind of tire and it took about 40 minutes from when they took the order to completion of said order. And that Wal-Marts automotive section was actually busy! I left without giving them my business or allowing them to waste my time any further. INCONCEIVABLE!!

Takes way too long for service. Bought 2 new tires (waited 2.5 hours) and had to come back 4 days later to get them balanced. Waited another hour. If you can go to another tire shop, do it.

Burleson Wal-Mart tire center is by far the best one I have been to. I had my tires replaced at the North Arlington location and they broke the censor, balanced incorrectly, put some strange liquid in the new tire, plus made several other mistakes I wont get into and the fine people at the Burleson location helped me out very nicely and fixed all of Arlington mistakes. The manager even came out and made sure everything was perfect. Best customer experience ever!

Waited an hour to have a new battery dropped in the truck. They serviced other vehicles that came in ahead of us and then were not going to do what we asked. We have always gotten poor service but this is the last straw.

Use this location frequently for basic oil changed. This trip seemed unusually long being I was the 3rd vehicle in the area and went straight into a bay. My keys were turned in with completed paperwork from another car caused confusion and about 10 extra minutes. Things happen!

Crew takes forever on simple tasks. Seems like no one really knows anything about cars. Will not be coming.

Worst nightmare in my life!!! Brought my car in to have routine tire rotation and tires balanced, only to discover that they said my tires were to unsafe to rotate and balance cuz there was not enough tire tread on my tires, keep in mind these tires only had 14,000 miles on them and all 4 tires were aligned 4 days after i bought these brand new tires there, these tires had plenty of tread on them and i have work order reciept of all 4 tire alignment 4 days after these tires were put on my car, after speaking with inexperienced shop mngr they decided to rotate tires and balance them, after speaking with store mngr all the shop workers decided to all gather and point at me and all were laughing about getting me frustrated over theyre inexperienced judgement of tires, after reading my tire warranty papers i realized that if they determined my tires were to dangerous to rotate and balance these tires should be replaced at no cost because of faulty tires, its been 2 days that ive been waiting for the regional mngr to call me back and Im sure the store mngr and the regional mngr will be very embarrassed after they review theyre surveillance video and see how inexperienced and immature theyre staff and shop employees treat theyre customers, and out of spite the mechanic intentionally left 4 lugnuts so loose on one front tire i got 3 miles down the road and my front end was wobbling on I35W so i had to tighten my lugnuts on the shoulder of a major interstate highway, that could have been fatal to me or anybody else on that interstate, im sooo upset that i think i finally may have the opportunity to finally use my prepaid legal firm that Ive been a member of since 1987, cudos for me for having that kind of protection, I sincerely hope and pray that they except theyre responsibilities of the warranty on these tires or i will let prepaid take care of this issue so i dont have to deal with this nightmare of a life experience

Terrible first the teck couldnt remember my tire size, wrote my order wrong trying to recharge me for my tires that were already paid for. Now picking my car up they have put a bunch of other fees that were not suposed to be there terrible service 6 hrs later still dont have my car

It took me three visits to get my tires rotated due to them being so busy. I generally go for the prices but the weekend waits are about to out weigh the prices and I am thinking about going back to discount tire for my next set of tires.

They had me waiting for 3 hours for my car. They had closed and everything. Onlu gave it 3 stars because they gave me my oil change for free due to the long wait

AWFUL service. Ive literally been waiting over an hour and a half for an oil change while atleast 4 mechanics are working. Theyre BSing around and 1 is just standing here smoking. Wheres the manager?? Do your jobs!

This was my first time at this auto center. I waited about 10 minutes to get checked in, was told I wpuld be the last oil change...I arrived about 90 minutes prior to close, my car was not ready until 45 minutes after close! The tech I had was slow, because other techs were getting 3 cars done to his one! I have never waited so long for an oil change.

There is no sense of urgency in this garage. The more the cars pile up the more the workers talk.

Very busy the day I was there.
