Service: Auto detail package without carpet shampoo.Quality: 3/10. Poor attention to detail on the interior. Trunk was not vacuumed at all. Interior carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed, some spots were ignored entirely (between seat and armrest). Interior of center console ignored. Center console and door armrests were not thoroughly cleaned. The interior cleaner they used is very greasy and was almost pooling in spots on the dash and by cup holders. Exterior looked great as did the windows, upholstery cleaning was decent.Experience: Dropped off vehicle at 11:50. Staff member that handled the drop off service was very kind and professional, she said it would be 3-4 hours and that they would call me to let me know when the detail was finished. This was the best part of my experience.Professionalism: The staff never contacted me. Called Burleson car wash at 5:10 to check on the status, I was told it was ready. I arrived at the car wash at 5:20, the staff were running all over the parking lot and gathering around the lube center. I went to my car and asked the detailer where to get my key, he looked around and then pointed to the lube center. I walked that direction and an employee noticed and started running to the drop off area. She apologized. Didnt ask my name or check info, just said make of car. I nodded and she handed me the key.

Love this place! This is my new quick was since I moved to this side of town. Ive been there a handful of times now and it is always been great. They dont rush on the wheels, and they put just the right amount of tire shine that it doesnt sling everywhere and make a mess before I even get it home. Lots of clean microfibers during the drying process. My *only* concern is that they use the soapy brush on my dry car before the wash. Swirl-city! At the very least somebody should be hitting it with the pressure washer before somebody hits it with the brush. But Im a little B when it comes to my paint. Its an easy workaround, I just ask to skip the brush and he hits it with water instead. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Never a disappointment. Ive been here to get my oil changed ( and complimentary exterior wash ) a few times now. The manager and his team are efficient, professional and kind. I went ahead and had them clean the inside of my car as well and I am so pleased with their work. Plus they were fast. I wasnt there long. Everyone that works here is very sweet! I really appreciate this because all the car wash places I’ve been to before are always rude and short with you. They offer a great deal just to clean the inside of your car which is perfect for a rainy day. I will definitely be back! Super happy with the results!

Poor quality car wash, I paid for a “presidential” wash and the interior was just as dirty as when I dropped the car off. No one cleaned the windows they just ran I tru the machine and slathered the tires with armor all. After the car was “washed” I had to wait another 30 min since one told me it was done, I had to go look for the car around the parking lot.

This was my first experience at this business. Once I determine with whom to speak in order get an estimate the lady was very pleasant and helpful. I had my car hand waxed and had the inside detailed...to include going over my leather seats.I just picked up the car. The inside of the car was wonderfully done. The exterior wash and wax was ok. When the car was washed there evidently were still bugs marks left and the waxing was done right over it.

Wow, so happy that I used Burleson Wash and Lube. From the moment that I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a helpful employee. Purchased the presidential package that included cleaning the interior and exterior. Ate lunch next door at Mojos and my vehicle was finished by the time I completed my meal. I am so happy with how good my vehicle looks both inside and outside, I plan to return with my husbands truck tomorrow!

Not good. I payed for the Presidential. When I got in my car, there was still debris all over my mats, and the center console wasnt vacuumed or wiped out at all. The interior panels and molding werent wiped. Inside the back hatch wasnt vacuumed. The whole job was INCREDIBLY poorly done. I couldnt believe it. Never going back. I felt robbed.

I went there for the special. I usually wash my car myself. So I didnt really know where to go or what to do. I started to go inside when a very nice young lady stopped me to help me. She had been with another customer. She apologize. I wasnt mad just didnt know the procedure. I will come again.

Dropped car off 1245 for oil change and hand wax they say 2 hours walk back over after the two hours and they say it will be 2 hours..... I thought they were kidding

Brought two cars in. The pushed at least 5 cars who came in after us before they did ours. Told us they were doing them in order which was not true. Second car they left it in the sun. Got tired of waiting so we just left.

Went there for a “quick” detail. Took almost a hour. Windshield had streaks all over passenger side, dirt on the step rails, some kinda of gummy substance all over our paint. Then the inside was hardly wiped down. Floor mats still had dirt of them, crumbs on the center console. Def won’t be going back considering husband had to spend 20 min after the “detail” cleaning it himself.

Burleson Wash and Lube is the best place to go in Burleson great prices for very precise service. They helped me immediately and helped me get exactly what my car needed for a very good price. Highly recommend asking for Victor, very friendly and fast worker.

I got an oil change as well as my whole car detailed and I was extremely happy with both. The staff is always smiling and attentive. My car has never looked so clean. I will be bringing my car here for oil changes now and cash washes as well. Very impressed with the results.

First time there and they did a great job. First I thought the price was high but I did not fully realize everything that they did for that price. Now its a good deal! I picked the lowest, $18 wash. They vacuumed the car, then took it thru the wash. I thought ok, thats that but then they detailed the inside of the car, floor mats and all! It was worth the $18 just for the fact that they cleaned the inside of my windshield. I hate doing that! Husband talked to the owner as owner was walking around managing the guys and making sure everything was running smoothly, as it was. Good to see an owner take pride in his business. While husband was talking to owner, I noticed that no one was just standing around. If someone finished what they were doing, they went over to help their fellow coworkers with what they were doing. Very impressed and we will definitely be back.

Just paid for a Presidential full service. Be cautious of the words full service. I couldve done a better job myself honestly. I went just after opening so it wouldnt be very busy. I wanted a car detail. I told the girl that & she showed me the Presidential full service. Very disappointed. I went back up there because several areas werent even vacuumed. Girl seemed very irritated with me & said she didnt have enough people for a detail. She couldve told me that the first time. Would not recommend this place

Final Update - 5-27-2020Customer service was absolutely incredible! I made appointment this morning at 9am as they wanted to look at scratches.Victor (manager) was there when I got there. He was so nice, explained what they would do and how they could get small scratches out. He wasnt convinced all of the scratches were done by car wash although said he would work on all it to make it look new. We have only owned car for a few months and had less than 4,000 miles during initial car wash but hard to know for sure.They washed my car (no new scratches btw) and took their time to buff out existing scratches. When I say they took their time, they spent 45 minutes going over it and over it to make it look like I just pulled the car off car lot.Wifes car now has 4,400 miles and it looks as good the day we bought it when they got done.My initial mistake was not calling as I had convinced myself they had signs up for no liability and after visiting today I now know for a fact I was thinking of a different car wash regarding sign.If you have any problems at all contact Dustan or Victor and I know they will take care of you.Thanks so much and wife will be so excited her car is back to looking NEW!Ill definitely be back!Original review for context below......After all of the rain we really needed to wash my wifes brand new car. We figured Burleson Car Wash was the place to go as they have new equipment/remodel recently. Not even 4,000 miles on the vehicle and we get home to find scratches on both sides of the vehicle. Im so frustrated and with the warnings at the car wash on how they arent liable its not even worth dealing with it. I HATE leaving bad reviews but must warn others as I would hate to not say something and someone elses new car get all scratched up. We wont be back and honestly now worried to try anywhere else. Hand washing in the drive way might just be the way to go.UPDATE - After receiving a reply from owner, I emailed them right away with a copy of my receipt showing I had correct car wash. Hes been super nice and wants to see if he can fix the scratches for us. He did inform me there are NO signs stating no liability. I apologize for that as I must have been thinking of a different car wash with a no liability sign and honestly the reason I never called to begin with so that was my fault.I surely appreciate him reaching out as accidents happen but willingness to fix the accident garners a lot of respect from me. This has always been my go to spot for oil change and a wash. They always do a fantastic job for a reasonable amount of money. Ive been out of state for a couple of years and dropped in to clean the travel grime off when I was down for a visit. They were fast and efficient. I understand they are under new management.

We brought 3 cars here for inspection. Dustin has gone above and beyond his job. Justin, Alex and Everett are also beyond helpful. All four are essential employees in my eyes. We will be bringing 2 of our cars back to these guys.

Very nice people and workers but their system will not wash all the soap off your vehicle.

Great place to get a car washed

This review is on the lube center. I recommend the wash they do a pretty good job. I pulled up to lube center about an hour ago. There was 1 Car in the middle bay none in the other 2. I seen 3 employees I sat there for 10 minutes and not one time did any of them acknowledge I was there. So I just drove off and took MY F350 6.7 13 qt synthetic oil business to theyre competitors. Prime example why 15.00 min wage is too much!!!

I went in today (Sunday) and paid extra for my weather mats to be cleaned and they were not. I noticed the drivers side not done when I left but just thought Id do it when I got home since there is water everywhere and when you get in the car it gets wet. I got home and none of them were cleaned and I question if they even vacuumed as little stuff still all over the floors. They did not wipe down the consoles and sides as there were still shoe prints everywhere. I tried to call and let them know and they dont even have a working business number. Highly disappointed in todays experience.

Great prices for an oil change, filter and car wash? $58.18 In and out with-in 40 minutes. The kids and the dog didn’t mind the wait at all. The place was clean both inside and out. And the employees were all very nice, friendly and courteous.

Paid for the full detail, $153.. They did well with the outside but their definition of a clean interior is absolutely dowsing it with Armor All product, windows included. My hands are still slick from the steering wheel 2 weeks later, my shoes are even still slippery from the floor matts. I had to clean the windows myself to get the product/streaks out.

Paid 28 bucks for a wash and supposed thorough cleaning of the interior and received sub par service..interior had not even been wiped down..spent an hour at this place..will not go back to this carwash..

Disappointed with the new ownership. I went today and saw they had new equipment and had higher expectations. It seems more like a gas station car wash now. They did away with the counter in the lobby and you pay outside now. They no longer have the rewards program tracked by your name or phone number. I was told they use punch cards and the worker outside said he would leave a punch card on my dash when they were done, but he didn’t. Punch cards take away their personal feel to the business and are easily lost, which I am sure they are counting on. The new equipment looks like a gas station car wash, and they even installed the light up signs showing what is being done to the car pointed at the car and not the glass observation window. The prices went up, which I can understand if the wash was going to be better. I bought the highest level wash and I paid extra for the Armor All on the inside, and they did a good job on the inside. They didn’t give the exterior much attention though. When I got home I had to spend some time getting dead bugs off the front of my truck. If I am going to get a gas station level wash I think I will stick with the gas station down the street for half the price.

3.5 Stars. While I still think its the best car wash for your money in town; I dont feel they cleaned my truck as good as they used to. I do have to say that I am very pleased that they no longer have the large squeegees at the end of the wash because those things used to leave scratches from front to back.

I came here today because my usual place was down for maintenance. I’d never been here before and didn’t realize it was full service! My car was a total mess inside and I was so embarrassed, but they cleaned it out for me and vacuumed without batting an eye (not in front of me anyway 😂). They did an absolutely amazing job and they were so friendly and helpful. Totally reasonable prices as well! They’ve definitely earned my business from now on!

Went yesterday and they said they could detail my car I just had to drop car off and couldn’t wait in lobby.No problem except I couldn’t make it back up there in time... called today and all the sudden there’s a “city ordinance” and they can’t detail interior of cars.So either someone doesn’t want to work or someone doesn’t know their policies.

Amazing service each and every time. I have a membership and I go a minimum of 5 out of 7 days a week (normally every day). I receive THE BEST service each time. The manager and owner are involved in daily services and really know how to keep all members of the wash & lube team on their A game! I have had wash memberships from Stephenville to Saginaw to Dallas, by far the best car wash. I have free car washes from my Infiniti dealership, & I choose to spend my money at Burleson Wash and Lube.

If you dont watch them very carefully theyll miss half your car being cleaned like it should be

I FOUND my new car wash. I was in over the weekend, met the new owner and absolutely love what he has done to the place, all new everything, all new washing system, chairs for the lobby and the best atmosphere. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. My truck has not been this clean since i picked it up new, all for 23.00. Even had free coffee and donuts. go check them out.James
