Had the most pleasurable experience at Post and Print in Burleson. Sean provided excellent customer service and was very professional in meeting my needs. He had a great attitude and was calm under pressure when a computer glitch occurred. Wonderful customer experience and my congratulations to Post and Print for such a hard working employee like Sean

Levi was very helpful. Even though they were unable to ship a package for me because of the time that I needed to ship it, he was able to point me in the right direction. He was even he was busy at the time. I appreciate his thoughfulness and help.

The hours change...they now have “emergency hours” 10:30-6”I show up at 1:23 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. They doors are locked. REALLY!?!I wanted to use them for convenience, but it’s lore convenient and WAY CHEAPER to just drive the extra mile to the post office. At least they are open the hours they say they will be.

They sent my package to the wrong state, and then charged me again to ship it to the right address for a mistake they made. Levi was very rude and unfriendly.

If you would like to ship internationally, I would recommend the post office. I saved 50% by doing so. First class I international was 24 Dollars vs over $40 Post and Print wanted to have. When Manuel still owned it, he had a small fee which was understandable. But over $40 for First Class and about $80 for Priority Mail.

I am VERY pleased with their attentive service. They made a large custom box for me at a very affordable price. I was then able to ship my packages from their location. To top it off, everyone was kind and pleasant to me. Highly recommended!

I honesty don’t know why everyone is being negative about this place, When I went in there they were very nice and helpful. My package that I shipped arrived on time. They very helpful and professional. It’s hard to find good customer service these days and they have great customer service here!

I love this place. they know me on a first name basis, and i ship here all the time. i travel all around the local area and use many of the pack and ship places around, and always appreciate the great service they give me when im around. prices are very reasonable and wes does a great job!!!

NOT OWNED BY Manuel anymore! Went in and needed 1 stamp and the very rude girl at the counter said it was 75 cents due to a convenience fee. Seriously? She told me if I didnt like the cost I could go wait for an hour and a half at the post office in the most sarcastic tone ever. I did not buy her stamp. I will not go back.

Their sign says that they open at 9am. I was there from 9-9:15 but the doors were locked and theOpen sign was off. I went back an hour later and upon finishing my transaction, i asked why they didn’t open at 9? The young man walked away from me saying, “i was running late.”No sorry for any inconvenience or anything. It’s bad business to not be open during your business hours. It’s really bad business to not apologize when questioned. In addition to the obvious concerns i have about this place, after looking at the receipt, they listed another persons first name for the transaction that just happens to have my same last name. Very disappointing. Despite the close proximity to my home, i don’t plan on using this establishment any longer. If the owner is also concerned and would like to speak with me, i would be open to that.

I had to send a package on Good Friday while the post office was closed, this package absolutely had to be there the following Monday morning or I would be terminated. I went in and shipped , and not only were they open , the employee there was helpful. My package arrived Monday morning and my job was saved. Thank you Cameron at Post and Print Burleson!

Great shop for all sorts of stuff. Also does FedEx, UPS and regular post office! So close to my house!!!! Notary Cameron was on his game and very friendly/helpful!

Charged me twice as much to mail a USPS Priority Mail Envelope than the Post Office would charge. When I asked the employee why they were charging me double the Post Office price, he rudely replied, Were not the Post Office.I will not be doing business here again. Manuel ran a much more professional and customer service oriented business than the current owner. Too bad for us who live on the East side of Burleson but Id rather drive to the Post Office than tolerate rude behavior.

Not owned by Manuel any more. I went to ship a small box UPS ground and they wanted to change me $28! Just down the road is the UPS Store. The actual cost was $11!

I witnessed the tape incidint that the employee wanted to charge for taping that fellows box. that box was destroyed...it looked like someone had jumped on it several times. it was threadworn and had multiple holes in it...no amnount of tape would bring it back to life. the young man let the cutomer know what was involved with repairning it and it was going to cost a little bit of money and half an hour to fix it so it was usable. the guy wanted it free and made a big stink about it being free. the employee told him the box wouldnt make it but the guy wouldnt listen and yelled and berated the young man. in front of all of us customers...that customer was very rude. as he walked out he louldly cussed and threatened violence on the business...

I am the new owner of Eagle Post and Print Burleson. I would like to address some of the negative reviews we have received. First fyi, we take all feedback very seriously, good or bad.We took over the store in march 2017. Manuel was closing, he couldnt sustain the business at the current price structure and there were better opportunities that allowed him a much better wage structure.After taking over the store, we implemented a pricing structure that allowed us to make a small profit. Im not ashamed of this, i dont think its unreasonable for a for profit business to actually make profit. Our price structure is very competitive with our direct competition in Burleson.to address a few of the complaints. We charge .75 per stamp. this is a minimal 25% mark up. most businesses charge keystone markup or more which is 100% or greater. I saw the video of this encounter with Mrs. Jones, a customer, and my employee was not rude or condescending. The lady was very rude to our employee. My employee addressed her nicely and let her know alternative places she could go and that the wait at the other place she could go was an hour and a half wait in line.Mr. Jones her husband came in with her and brought in a package for free drop off. Fyi, we accept these drop off packages for free as a convenience. We do not get paid for them. the package he brought in was destroyed and needed severe repair. The box was severely worn with multiple holes and would never have made it to its destination. he wanted us to repair his box for free. we offered him multiple inexpensive alternatives and he declined. Yes Mr. Jones, if we need to spend 15 min and a whole roll of tape to fix your box, its not unreasonable to charge a minimal fee for this. we usually tape all drop offs for free, but not if the package is in horrific distress as this one was.To address the customer with the ups package, you stated we priced a ups package at 11.00... first of all we do not ship ups packages at all. so it would have been impossible for you to get a apples to apples quote after going to the ups store.I personally would like to take this opportunity to show my appreciation for the incredible support we have received from most of our customers. They appreciate that we are here and working diligently on their behalf assisting them as they have need of it. We have upgraded many of our services and added multiple new ones to address the needs of the community. please dont hesitate to call my cell if you experience any issues good or bad.

I use to live in Crowley and always did business with Mark at the Eagle Postal in Crowley. Late last year I moved to burleson and now I do all my business here. Trust is hard to come by, and you can trust they will handle our business with care!
