Because of porch pirates, I have all my FedEx packages redirected and held at this location. The staff is always so amazing and helpful. Aubrey is a standout there and a true model of customer of service. Dont hesitate to trust the staff here with your important packages or documents. They will go out of their way to take care of you!

This store provides excellent customer service each time I have been there. They have a skeleton staff but super efficient with minimal wait time. They are responsive and respectful. Assistance with activities like faxing are a breeze. I would highly recommend it versus the competition close by.

Horrible experience this evening with Jasmine. Rude, combative, unhelpful. Couldn’t get a receipt to print, couldn’t issue a refund. Stressed out husband said it’s fine no refund, I just want to go home-she said “then leave.” She still had his debit card! Horrible service tonight. I went in to ask for the manager and she started arguing with me about what happened-in front of another customer.

Ive used FedEx for my printing solutions for years now. It was convenient to email, use the self-serve and then go on my way. The few times I had issues the people at this location have been helpful, much better than other stores who were put out, I would even bother them. But their printer has been broken for months, theyve been made aware. And its still not fixed. Ive had similar experience is it 2 other locations I frequent. Today, I decided to go to UPS Store. THEY were cheaper. Better quality. Printed them for me. Told me to call next time, and theyd bring it out to me. Very nice and helpful. I felt appreciated. They have gained all my printing business.

When I came in Aubrey was the person helping me , she was amazing ! I had a lot of confusing size prints I needed and she made sure it was exactly what I needed. It was a relief to find her after I had went to two different stores asking for the same job to be done but people would refuse to do it with my paper . Thank you again Aubrey you’re awesome !!!

This store is the only place I go to for prints of any kind. Today my copier got jammed and Chris was at the copier before I could even tell him it was jammed. These days customer service is hard to come by. This store gets it. Thanks guys!

Very helpful staff. Considering the fact that Id never had prints of my art made before, I wasnt exactly sure of how to go about the process. They were very patient and even managed to take care of a few other customers in the process of helping me out as well. On a side note, I really appreciated the interest the other customers took in my art. Ill definitely be going back again soon

I use FedEx A LOT for print work (over $10,000 a year in print work) and this is the first and last time I ever use this location. Ordered online with a selected pick up time. I had not heard from the location so I called to follow up to find of the three items for print (two very small simple things 8.5x11 laminated paper) none of the project had even been started with pick up time approaching quickly (20 mins.)I was told it’s being started. Two hours later I call back for an update and the project had still not been started. I asked when the project would be completed as the pick up time had passed. I was told “idk by the time we close” which is 11pm. I am leaving town at 3am and needed the main part of the project. I asked if the two small items could be done so I could come get them. I was told “ummm yeah maybe by like 9pm.” I said I’ll be there within the next hour and they need to be done. Told them to cancel the mounted posted board that was to be laminated and I would get it done at a location in the town I was going that I have used before.The staff at this location was rude on the phone, in person, and left a poor taste in my mouth. Now I have several locations I use regularly Burleson (tx), Denton (tx), Gainesville (tx), OKC, Katy (tx), and Tulsa all of which have always gone above and beyond. This one is a hard pass for ANY future print or shipping.

I paid for 2 day shipping and my package was supposed to be here by today but the pushed it back a day. Very displeased and would like the extra money I wasted on this company trusting them to get me my package in the amount of time I paid for.

WiFi was slow. Employee said, Yeah. Everything is slow today. No eta on when fixed. I chose to find another place to print my 120 copies from my laptop. Office area is small and bland with zero employee interaction. They obviously dont care about the office part of FedEx Office. They seemed very busy with mail and faxes and post office duties.

I use this FedEx to ship to brand new iPhone 7s and a new pair of tennis shoes to my girlfriend in New York on September 23, 2017 unfortunately the third day out Found out that she had given me the wrong address tried to put a new address on the package but the people at FedEx said it had to be shipped all the way back to Fort Worth Texas to me somehow just break FedEx people sent the package to the wrong address for a week and A half it took me that long to get somebody on the phone with Fedex whats the sense to get it shipped to the right address that was on the package when I finally did receive the package back there were no iPhones at all in the box somebody at Fedex had stolen the two brand new iPhones it has taken me from around October 5 to November 6 to get someone from the claims department on the phone and this lady wanted me to ship the box with the tennis shoes in it Back to her I had told her the only way she would get the box what a generous use it it was when she paid for the tennis shoes I tried to explain to this lady that it has already been 6 1/2 to 7 weeks that we have done without our new iPhones that a FedEx employee has to Stolen. The phone company has trace the iPhones and has said The phones are still in the Fort Worth area they will not give us an exact address so they could only do that for the police department so I guess the only way Im going to get anything done with these scamming stealing FedEx people is to go to the police so I guess tomorrow that is what Im going to have to do I have lost their minds if they think Im ever going to use Fedex again please if you choose to use this company to ship your packages make sure that you insurance on it. Have a wonderful day and use UPS

Macy was the most rude associate I have ever experienced. Both in person and on the phone when I called to talk to the store manager. My wife waited in line with a package to be shipped and because it said live harmless animal she refused to take the package and wouldnt reprint our shipping document even though we gave her the entire information. Wether yall know it or not I have been shipping through yall for a few years now and no problem, now that there is an uninformed csr there that freaks out because I want to ship something live. You need to have your associates read the agreements you have with other shipping companies. I will also be filling a complaint with the district office and your partner company I have been shipping through. If I have a problem next time I try to ship you will lose my business.

I went in to the Burleson location to have a few pages laminated. Their very helpful employee took me to the self service laminating machine and took the time to perfectly laminate all of my pages for me all while helping other customers as well as they came in. Although this is a smaller location, their service is top notch.
