Not impressed at all. Went in there to have my daughter birthday outfit steamed so I could do her photos in it. It is Friday morning, and I was looked at very weirdly when I asked if they could have it back by Monday morning. The lady just stood there as if she was just asked to hang the moon. I reiterated the question back to her and followed it up with are you able to have this done ? Again akward pause, follwed by I am sorry we can not. Went down the road to ABC cleaner which they were nothing sbirt of amazing and are able to get it done by Monday morning, friendly staff and all. Poor customer service and turn around time. ABC even did part of it to show me.what it would look like.

Called ahead of time asked very specifically what the price would be to get my suit cleaned. The girl gave me a price. I explained that I wanted to be very clear and that I had two button up shirts. I asked her how much it would be to clean the pants jacket and two shirtsShe gave me a price with starch in the shirts and without. All seemed clear.My son took them in for me to drop off (that is the reason why I called in advance, I knew that when some people have a 16 year old in front of them, that can be a factor) When he got there, she quoted him almost double the price. I had told him in advance to call me immediately, if they said anything different that what she told me on the phone.So when she told him that he didWhen I had him hand the phone to her she knew she was in trouble... because I was crystal clear with her and now she new this was the same person. She tried to get out of it.In the end, we had him graciously leave and he went down the road to ABC cleaners and we were quoted 1/3 the price not sure yet how that will all work out with ABC cleaners... but thats where we are going. Hope its owned by a different person.Oh by the way... before writing this review I called back to Valet Cleaners and asked to speak to the owner ...the same girl answered and said I couldnt speak to her. I asked to speak with the manager or whoever was in charge and was told that I couldnt speak to them that there is no manager. I explained that I believe in giving people a chance and even a second chance. I have never written a bad review before but have done everything I can to let the owner know maybe this will at least let the owner know what happened.If you use VALET cleaners be crystal clear and write everything down like I did and quote exact language they used of laundering versus dry cleaning starch and no starch.By the way my suit was less than $8 at ABC and the shirts just to launder were less that $2 each total $11Valet quoted me a little over $14 on the phone But when my son got there it was crazy expensive. When I got on the girl on the phone she started double talking and saying all sort of things that didnt add up I just asked her to just give me the least expensive cleaning possible for jacket pants and two shirts no starch nothing fancy... just cleaned ... least price... she said let me get my calculator ... it was almost $25I write this with sadness. This was totally avoidable

It took them three times to finally get my dry cleaning request right! Its like they had no idea what I was talking about. All I requested was heavy starch and creased sleeves and finally on the third time they got it right. Then when I decided to give them another chance, 4 of the 6 items I brought in were not ready the next day. Apparently the cleaners they ship your items off to forgot an entire order and I didnt get my stuff until the following day. Im not wasting anymore time or money with this company.

Came in, clearly stated how I would like my clothes to be done. Told I was able to pick it up at 5 came back in shirts werent done to specifications told to pick them up in the morning. Called and the shirts were not going to be ready till later that day. Cashier girl said that this was a common occurrence. Unacceptable and will never come back here again, overpriced and bad service
