The lady working the front desk has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

By far, in the 20 years, I have been using dry cleaners (over all the country), this is the very best I have ever used! The staff is amazing and so kind. My clergy shirts, which by they are made are difficult to care for, look perfect. In fact, all my dry cleaning is perfect. My laundered dress shirts are simply amazing. I live in Fort Worth and have searched for cleaners and used so many here. They either lost articles of clothing, ruined them, or they would come back wrinkled and unkempt. Trust me. I have used some of the most expensive in Fort Worth, thinking I would get better results. I was wrong. At ABC, I have found the best. It is more than worth it to come to Burleson for my cleaning. I am down there often, so it works out perfectly. I mean this when I say it, you cannot go wrong making this your dry cleaner! Thanks, ABC, youre the best!

First time for me to drop off some shorts to get dry cleaned and the receptionist was far from pleasant. She asked if I wanted to get them dry cleaned or a different service I can’t even recall and when I asked the what was the difference she said “well, one is more expensive than the other” and kinda laughed. So I followed up with “well, I figured that based on the pricing, my question is what is the difference in service?” And she followed up with “well, one uses chemicals and the other one doesn’t” so left all kinds of confused, I left it anyway and asked for an itemized ticket so that we would both know how many pieces of clothing I was dropping off and supposed to pick up. She said “we don’t do that here, we just go with the last name” I mean, I dropped off 7 shirts and picked up 6. Now I know why they don’t provide you with an itemized ticket!The work itself was decent, I just wish they were more professional and pleasant to deal with.

Have had nothing but good experiences here. My clothes come back clean perfectly pressed and processed the way I have requested. And they are very friendly.

Re: A Google Users Negative ReviewIm very sorry your bustles didnt hold up for you, but as I expressed to you the day that you came to see me, we never retrieved any broken bustles that you described as different colors of yarn like ribbons. I tried to explain our process to you, and how I was 100% sure that this was not something that was damaged in our store. The other employees also tried to convey to you that they had not seen any broken colored yarn ribbons while your dress was in our care. We clean at least 100 wedding gowns per year and Ive yet to receive a complaint that we have ever ruined a dress until you came in without your dress to accuse us of ruining your gown. We are very careful in our wedding gown cleaning process. We clean the gowns on a shortened cycle in a net bag and allow them to air dry before we press them. We bag the gowns hanging full-length from the rafters of our store until they are picked-up by the customer. I truly am sorry that your bustles broke or didnt hold-up for you, but this was not the fault of our cleaners and my employees.

They do a great job

I have been using the cleaners since I moved to the area. I havent had any issues with service or customer service.

Lost my clothes and two months later I still dont have any compensation.
