First off the facility is very very nice. Clean with two comfortable customer lounge areas. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Alex, our sales person is great. She spoke and treated like old friends or family. She listened to our desires, needs and wants. Then directed us to vehicles that met our criteria. She worked with what we wanted . Agreement made, paperwork done, finance office no pressure friendly and out the door with the new vehicle. I had to return to have a tire repaired due to road hazzard. Alex spotted me then went and made sure the repair was done correctly. She even had a diagnostic done on the tire pressure sensors to make sure they were working properly. Now that is great service. As far as we are concerned this dealer is family and we will return here to make our next car purchase.

I have been a Toyota customer since 2004 when I purchased a Tundra and have been extremely pleased with the vehicle. The truck was at 330,000 miles and as expected began to have a few problems. I brought it in for service and my service representative, who name is Carlos, began the inspection of the Tundra. Unfortunately the repairs needed exceeded the value of the vehicle so sadly it was time to retire the Tundra. Through my conversations with Carlos he introduced me to Paul Denman, a Sales Consultant there. Working with Paul he went out of his way to meet my needs was able to place me in a 2022 Camry within my stated price range and budget. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, kind and cared about my situation. I felt that Paul went out of his way to make sure I was happy at each step of the process and I believe I made a new friend. While I would like to think I was somehow the exception, Im positive that everyone Paul comes in contact with ends up feeling just as special as I did. From my planned service needs on my 2004 Tundra to Pauls assistance with my 2022 Camry the entire process was wonderful. Even the young man who processed my loan was exceptional. I know many people just say they will be customers for life but as for me no words can adequately express my appreciation. I cannot imagine going to another dealership for a vehicle. I understand why their name is Family Toyota because I truly felt like family. There is no doubt whatsoever that I will be part of the Family Toyota family for life and that is absolutely the truth.

This is indeed a family dealership tho it’s corporate. I was welcomed like a family member and the service was excellent. I have to give credit to Jo who spotted me as soon as I walked in and took care of me providing options and service. My daughter, wife, and I all use Family Toyota of Burleson for all of our vehicles. Today, we sent our daughter over to get her car serviced and to get a tire repaired. My daughter waited for service for and hour and a half and was told that her car was ready. My daughter ask, what about the tire because the tire was the issue that worried me the most! She was told by a Carlos, the service specialist, that no one told him about her car so he had no idea that the tire was the primary issue. He told her AS HE WAS HANDING HER KEYS TO LEAVE, that they didnt have the tire and that she would have to come back tomorrow to get and new tire. She asked how much would the tire cost utilizing the insurance. Carlos said he didnt know. My daughter could have been told about the tire issue before she waited an hour and a half and decided to come back the next day and get everything done at one time. I called to talk to Carlos and he was very rude and I ended up talking to is manager. Clint. Normally, these folks are great, but NOT TODAY!Had to edit this post because I had the store manager call and apologize and actually not charge my daughter for the new tire or the oil change. I appreciate them being concerned about our feelings.

I was having an horrible experience until I came top family Toyota. Alex Bass found what i wanted, no runaround or wasted time. And the price was very honest. No hidden costs after my decision. I will be back for my next vehicle.

Daniel was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
