Billy at Miracle Method was absolutely wonderful in getting a timely quote to us and even promised we would be moved up in the schedule if an opening popped up---he kept that promise and got the work scheduled a week early! Chris came out and was professional and flexible. He worked around my schedule. The job was AMAZING and beautiful! We love the work! I will use them again for all my other projects. In June 2021, Miracle Method restored two bathrooms in my home. One hallway bath and one master bath. They should have restored the sinks, countertops, surround for guest bath, and both bathtubs. My surround for my tiled master bathroom was painted in error by the technician. To rectify this, they agreed to cover the cost to get the tile replaced. I called and let them know that we did not have enough left over tile to complete this. I was told that the owner would be informed and let me know what he would like to do.At this point, we had moved into the home. Within one week, the countertops were peeling in both bathrooms. Now the master bath and guestroom surround are also peeling. The service has a 5 year warranty. I was scheduled for a technician to come out on 3 occasions and they did not show up each time. I called and left messages to which again I was not contacted. I finally called the corporate office who connected me with the local office. The local office told me that he would not schedule another technician to come out and that I needed to speak with the owner. The owner acted as though he had never heard of this. He also did not schedule a technician nor did he repair the tilework. He will no longer answer his phone and said that he will file bankruptcy in a week. I asked the corporate office if they could send a technician from another office to fix the work to which I was told that they would not and that I must work with that office or that I can pursue legal action. Theres been a lot of runaround and we just want our home repaired.Maybe another Miracle Method office is fine but I DO NOT recommend dealing with the South Ft. Worth office.

To begin with, the front line man, Billy, was exceptional at guiding me through color choices. He went above and beyond to communicate. In addition, the owner himself came out to talk to me on the initial visit to explain the process their company used. I was very pleased with my countertop. I await my refinished bathtub as I write this but I am sure the technicians will do a great job.

Chris and the team did a great job. They were professional and respectful and communicated well. Billy was also a great help with customer service.

Excellent service. My Porcelain kitchen sink was refinished and it looked brand new. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Colton, the young man who worked on my sink, was very professional yet very polite and friendly. He took his time and his work was outstanding.

The actual refinishing job came out well but communication with the customer and customer service overall needs improvement. If plans change, the customer should be informed as soon as possible. The customer should not have to contact the company to find out why no one showed up on the day services were to begin.

I called them as the result of a referral from another company. They were very courteous and provided me with a quote over the phone. They scheduled a service date but the Arctic blast held things up. Once the work was completed, it looked like a new bathtub/tile. Steven was great!

I had an old yellowed cultured marble tub refinished and it looks great. Service was quick. There was an odor that lingered for a couple of days afterward but it was not overwhelming to me. It might be so in a small house or for people with sensitivities.

Miracle Method resurfaced my bathtub. The results are excellent. I recommend this service.

My tub is very old cast iron and this is the third company to fix it - and I think it will never have to happen again.All the chips and bubbles are gone so I dont have to worry about rust destroying the finish from the bottom up - or it degrading from the bottom down. Beautiful job!

Brandon and his team refinished an old cast iron tub we couldn’t part. This was our second time refinishing a tub. Our first was very disappointing. There were imperfections & dust in the finish & I was skeptical how long it would hold up with prolonged exposure to water. This time around we researched thoroughly and scoured reviews and decided on Miracle Method. They were clear, on time and careful with the renovations we had just completed in that bathroom. And the tub looks great! They took great care of use.

Made a 60 year old cast iron tub look like new without the hassle of removing/replacing or covering with vinyl. The two day process came off without a hitch and cost substantially less. Will use them on my next remodel.

Completed the project in a timely manner. Couldnt beat the price of resurfacing my kitchen counter tops compared to replacing them. Outcome was a sleek and much needed update to my out dated kitchen counter top and 1957 wall mounted stove which I had resurfaced to match the updated appliances too.

These guys are great!! I was very impressed with the quality of the work, my only regret is that I didnt let them do more work (another area) while they were here...
