We used Elite Floors for new paint, new floors/carpet, and a remodel job. Randy did a great job with the time and cost estimates (they were on time and on budget). Emmanuel, Thomas, and Christian did an outstanding job with the painting, flooring, and carpentry. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

They just finished doing flooring throughout our whole home (minus the kitchen and closets). It turned out BEAUTIFUL! The crew was always so nice, professional and worked their butts off! We hired Elite Floors last month to remove carpet and tile on almost the whole first floor and install luxury vinyl plank and new baseboards. Overall, it was a good experience. The project was completed on time and the crew cleaned up well each day. My husband had a couple of small concerns at the end and both were addeessed and fixed promptly. We absolutely love our flooring!

Hired this company for dustless tile removal. This is a big job that I started and realized I didn’t have the proper equipment for. These guys did an excellent job! Plastic and taped rooms off and all kitchen cabinets. They did the whole job in a couple hours and when they finished I swept the floor and didn’t hardly get anything up with the broom. (They clean up well!! Overall very impressed! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

The installers (Ray and crew) came out, and were polite and respectful. The finished job looks great. We will definitely use them again.

Attempted to call, but the first time someone picked up the phone and hung up. Thought it might be a mistake, so I called right back. That time a fax answered. Couldnt even get them on the phone to request an estimate...in retrospect, I think they did a horrible job installing my back splash a few years ago...glad they hung up on me- it helped me remember that mess.

I purchased a large carpet piece from Elite and had them bind it for a room size rug.it was delivered today and put in place in my home. Tyler is the young man that did the work..there was a lot because he had to run a wire and cut the hole in exactly the right place for an electric plug to come thru. I cannot say enough good things about this employee....neat, polite, common sense...and on and on. Best customer service I have ever had. Total satisfaction! I have used Elite Floors several times over the years, last week they installed vinyl plank flooring in two rooms and I couldnt be happier with the results. The installers were prompt, professional and highly skilled, they completed the job in less than a day with minimal disruption and the floors look great.

I really dont like to write bad reviews, BUT I sent pictures to Elite showing where the installers did a poor job and After the installers came back to fix the floors (the wood is still not level and sticking up), elite didnt even call me back. I LOVE the engineered hardwood floors and the price was good, but Elite does not have their own installers, they contract it out like a lot of other flooring companies do and the installers they hired did a poor job. I realize after the floors are laid, you really cant fix any mistakes without pulling all the wood up so I wish we would have had them laid correct the first time. The floors dont look that bad now and its only a couple of spots but whats it going to look like in a few years as the wood continues to chip off???

I had hired the company ServPro to install my flooring after am insurance claim and they completely and utterly robbed me. My floor came out terrible and I was devastated. I hired Elite to rip everything up and redo the flooring and it now looks amazing! Would definitely recommend company to anyone. Prices were good and team that came out was very professional and fast.

I honestly cannot recommend this business to anyone! It was a completely horrible experience dealing with this place!!! When we paid for our flooring and installation we were told it would only take 2 days to complete the install. It took a week and a half to get this done. We purchased wood flooring and scheduled the install to begin on a Saturday. The called us the day before the install, which was Friday, after 4pm and left a message stating it would be best for them to drop off the flooring a day early so the wood can get acclimated to our house. By the time I received their message and was able to call them back they said the installers had already left for the day. First, if they would have called us earlier in the day or told us this when we ordered the material then we could have made arrangements to let them in our house to drop off the materials. Saturday they only stayed for a couple of hours after removing our carpet and did not install any flooring at all. They couldnt even remove the vinyl flooring in the bathroom because they said they didnt bring the right tool and were not told it was vinyl flooring; they said they brought tools to remove tile but not vinyl which was completely unacceptable! When they returned on Sunday they didnt even have all of the wood trim they would need to complete the installation of the wood floor. They returned on Tuesday and installed part of the bathroom tile... why did they only install part of the tile? Because they didnt bring enough! What kind of idiotic flooring company does not bring enough tile with them when THEY are the ones that came out and measured our floors themselves!!! They came back on the following Friday and still were unable to complete the job because they still didnt have the remaining tile needed or the remaining trim. I called and spoke with one of the sales people and she said the owner was not able to talk and wouldnt be available until The following Monday. I emailed this idiot and told him he needed to call me on Monday. He finally called and actually acted like he was shocked that I was upset. They finally returned on Tuesday to finish the job. If my father in law was not available to come and let them into our home while we were at work then it would have taken even longer to finish this job. I can only recommend that anyone even thinking about hiring this place to install your floors to Stay Away! I heard every excuse from the owner himself and I really don’t feel that he even cared about what we were going through. There is apparently no communication between everyone in the company because no one really even knew what was going on from day to day! Ill never do business with this place again and I will never recommend anyone go there as well! If I could give this place a half star I would.

I am so very pleased with the end result of my kitchen remodel. I had called a couple of contractors to get an initial bid and they were all close in price. It took me quite a long time to get started on the remodel, and had called them again after some months of waiting. He was the one who returned my call. He got back to me promptly and kept his bid the same even though months had passed by. He used great contractors and completed the job within the time frame I was hoping for, if not sooner than I expected. My remodel included custom cabinets, lighting, backsplash and counters.My kitchen is everything I was hoping for and more. Randy stopped by often to check on the progress, making sure everything was right. I had changed my mind a couple of times throughout the process (added under and over cabinet lighting, different countertops, and added a glaze to the cabinet stain coloring). He was understanding and accomadating of the things I added or changed. He even looked at ways to keep my costs down as much as possible!On time, on budget, a beautiful outcome...what more can I say except thank you for making a girls dream come true!! I love my kitchen!!!

When Randy (the boss) first came to my house for a quote to install bathroom tile, I thought he was nice enough. They did get us scheduled in quickly and quoted a reasonable price. Let me just say I loved Thomas and his crew who came out to actually do the work. However, after they were done with the job, it was very clear that the layout had not been thought out beforehand. Carrera white marble tile is what we had installed, and it was very clear that they did not alternate which box they took the tiles from when installing; they simply used up one box and then moved on to the next. So our floors looked very splotchy. Luckily the crew was coming back out to seal the floors, so we pointed it out to them when they came back the following day. At that point, Thomas agreed with us that it didnt look correct and he said hed come back out in a day or two to fix it. Luckily, he was able to make it look a TON better (although its still not 100% as we didnt have enough leftover/extra tile to use on all the splotchy spots). We paid them the original quoted price for their work and gave a generous tip, simply because Thomas and crew were always so kind and worked hard. When I spoke to the boss, Randy, on the phone the following day, he absolutely chewed me out because we didnt pay Thomas and crew more than the quoted price for the extra work they did (apparently fixing a bad tile job increases the price?!). Randy then proceeded to talk down to me, saying over and over that it was MY fault because I bought defective tile. He was extreme harsh and unprofessional on the phone, and I could barely get a word in as he ranted on and on about it being all my fault. I told him I would not pay more because the crew didnt do extra work, they simply fixed their own error, which Thomas had even admitted to. I will NOT be using this company again and advise everyone else to do the same. Its sad because I really liked Thomas and crew, but cannot believe how unprofessional and rude Randy was to me. Its too bad, because we were going to use them for our entire kitchen and master bath remodels if we liked how or floors turned out.
