I couldnt believe the time one of the stylists took to cut an old lady short hair. Another girl cut mine in between dying a hair and I was done and the stylist cutting the hair on the old lady was still doing it. She talked and talked...my husband had to wait for his haircut at least 40 minutes because of that stylist. Not happy about that. I understand politeness and I appreciate it, but to talk and talk and talk, while people are waiting...extremely disrespectful.

Ever since covid started my hair had been getting worse and worse (especially since I bleached it) and then I got my hair cut at a different hair place and they ruined my hair, the man that cut my hair made my hair noticeably uneven and I had major split ends, it took me like 45mins to brush my hair every morning, and I was trying every product I could to fix it well, I decided to visit Karen Walken at Procuts! She literally fixed my hair, she helped me figure out what I needed to do to get my hair back to its healthy state, she cut off a bit, added seemless layers and put a mask on my hair, she was so kind and sweet and knowledgeable, she gave me advice on when to come in again and it was honestly the best and most professional experience I’ve ever gotten from a hair salon! I’m definitely going to come back soon! ❤️

Sam cut my hair and she did it just how I wanted she took the time to ask if I wanted it shorter or if that was ok she was extremely nice and professional. She cared about what I thought. We will continue to go back and ask for her only. She is the best stylist there is.

They always treat me well here, even though there is literally a completely new staff every time that I go. Whats up with that? Where do they go? I have my suspicions and it involves magic and alternate dimensions.

Don’t know what these folks are doing right, but I have been here 5 times in the last year and have been impressed each time. Four different stylists and I would recommend all of them.Super friendly and willing to consult and discuss best options.Lastly, they are not overcharging us.After tip , I still get out for under $25.

I went to this location because I’m a fan of Karen. She wasn’t available so I asked Natasha if she could do my hair. Let me tell you, she made my hair gorgeous. She also helped me find the correct products for my hair and my son’s. Great atmosphere and extremely wonderfully talented stylists. I will definitely be returning every week!!

Last weekend I went in hopes of chopping off my stringy, outdated, dead hair... I left with a perfect haircut (Long bob) and I couldn’t have been happier! Almost a week later and I am still in love with it! Highly recommend Karen, she did a fantastic job & she’s a sweetheart!

Came in at 4pm and was immediately put into a chair by a very nice young lady. Talked with her about hair lengths and ended up deciding on a 2 on top 1 to 0 fade on the bottom. (Low Fade) She was super nice and extremely thorough! VERY pleased with the quality of haircut and friendliness! Was out the door by 4:15pm. GREAT JOB! Will DEFINITELY be coming back!

I will never come to this place again in my life. I went for just a shampoo and blow dry. I haven’t washed my own hair in 2 years but will never come here again even though it’s 1 minute from my house. My hair isn’t dry, there’s a lady with green hair that obnoxious, and again my hair is not properly washed nor dry at all. Worst hair experience ever.

Just want to thank you for the great haircut yesterday. Glad things are getting worked out at this location. I recently also had bad experiences and quit coming to this location for quite awhile then decided I would give it one more chance and things were alot better. I will definitely start coming back.

They are always understaffed (like 1 or 2 people working), wait can be an hour easy. Very high turnover, which doesnt allow you to find someone you like and stick with them. Ive managed to get a decent haircut here for last 6 years with a few exceptions.

Yall. My guys went here yesterday. Boyfriend and son. Boyfriend got a brand new stylist. Not only does she NOT know how to cut hair-- she cut him and didnt apologize (also tried to hide it by whispering to the stylist next to her what she thinks she should do?), left uneven hairs everywhere, dug into his scalp and left red marks all over and still charged him for this bs haircut that he had to come home and fix himself.Then when he went to pay- he wanted to pay for both cuts together and the other stylist who did my sons hair yanked the receipt from him and said, Were paid on commission. Thats mine.$18 haircuts at a PROCUTS. Seriously? For this service? Rather pay a few extra and go to an actual barber or salon.What the actual hell?? WILL NOT BE BACK.Terrible service and customer service. Someone needs to teach these women how to act. Especially if theyre COMMISSION based!

The lady that cut my hair didnt do a really good job. Had to fix my hair on my own after I got home.

My husband is a senior (over 65) and when I asked if they offered a senior discount as we were paying I was told that it had to be requested in advance?? So beware seniors they will not go out of their way to give you your discount. Also my head itches today so hopefully I didnt pick up head lice. Will not go back.

Horrible service . I walked in with nobody waiting and two working . One was cutting someones hair the other one was cleaning. I was not greeted til I sat down than she ask if I needed a hair cut. I replied yes and she said to sign in. After waiting 15 minutes I walked out as I watched the other blond lady with the glasses clean.... HORRIBLE ....

My husband went to get his hair cut and the hair length is uneven all over. There are chunks of long sticking out randomly throughout. My husband thinks it was because they were closing soon and the woman who cut his hair rushed. Whatever the reason, we will not be returning.
