I paid close to 2500 for them to run new cables for brake and turn signal. And before driving vehicle out of shop the lights stop working.

Just came in for a quick vehicle inspection for Uber. Seemed like they were pretty busy but Mike was able to get right out and do the inspection immediately. It sucks that it costs $50 for such a quick and easy thing but thats what every shop charges. Mike was friendly and got me back out on the road in no time.

They told me to come for inspecting my car, I drove long way to do the inspection but they refused to do.

Worst customer service and attitude. Last Friday, I come to ask for my vehicle inspection and the guy at the counter told me to come back next Monday morning to get inspection, no need to schedule appointment. When I get there on Monday morning, I met the same guy and he was using the PC surfing the web while he asked him for the service again. Then He asked me back what vehicle inspection it is without even turning his back to look at me. I nicely told him that I want to drive Uber, and Uber referred me to his place, then he responded that he dont do it and just starred at the Pc screen. Then the whole place become quiet for a while and I dont know what to say. Then, I decided to leave. I guess hes the owner of the store and his name is Mike. Not sure.

Overpriced for an Uber vehicle inspection

Our experience with Hiline Auto Repair was outstanding! A local dealer wanted to charge significantly more to repair our SUV. Mike and his quality mechanics were able to save us a ton of money and get us back on the road in no time. We will definitely be recommending and using Hiline Auto Repair in the future.

Anything about cars besides where the oil goes and the gas is pretty much all gibberish to me. Had just moved here and needed a good mechanic that we could trust. Did lots or research and found highline auto repair. I’m so glad I did. They are trust worthy and quick and ive never had a problem with any work they did on my car. I did end up going to a backyard mechanic and he screwed my car so I have to fix his mess up and I’m out a lot of money , I tried to save money and it it’s gonna end up spending more because i trusted word of mouth . Anyhow got it over to highline got it right in and told me what the problem was and will get it over in the morning . I never had a bad experience with them what so ever

This place took car of my van after it broke down driving. The cost for repairs matched what I expected. Had a hiccup after repairs, they fixed it no-charge. Told me one of the replacement parts wasn’t up to par. No excuses, or blaming me. Van is working well. Seemed rather honest and helpful to me.

In todays world its difficult to find an honest and qualified mechanic that you can trust. Mike and his shop is exactly that. Mike and his crews are very professional, honest, friendly, polite, helpful and the price is extremely fair. I could not find a local auto mechanic like this wonderful and amazing auto shop in Burien. Mike got my exhaust systems, recharged A/C, and checked all appropriate parts of my car that needed to be checked. I am extremely happy that his shop got these repairs done just in less than 1 hour (the same day, 8/17 dropped off at 8:30 am). My appointment was scheduled for next Tuesday, 8/21, but my car was ready at noon about 1:30 pm on 8/17. Please keep up the great work that you have been doing. We have been taking our three cars and our in-laws cars there for years. Totally honest bunch of guys. Mike races on the side and all of the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We trust the guys to the max and highly recommend them to anyone. There have been several times we have taken our cars or trailers to them on short notice with a light out for example and they fixed it for free. We took our Kia to the dealership for a 60,000 mile check and they wanted 600 dollars and Mike did it for half that price. Cant say enough about them.
