Ignacio, Gus, Jose and Joe all great professional people to work with. There are others whose names I do not recall but let me say they were all great and took pride in their work. We are very pleased with the windows which have cut the heat by at least 5 degrees in the hotest room of the house, and the noise from the airport is now just a hum rather than a roar. The Cool Wall Paint also cut the heat exchange from the outside temperature. The airconditioner is now just partially on - before it was constantly on.We cant say enough about this product and the Company and their workers and staff.Thank you so much for all you have done.

Everyone did a great job. Our new roof looks amazing. Staff was polite & courteous. Robert was great, he did little extras that really made a difference. The only constructive criticism is, could be a little better at E.T.A. times. But overall the experience was awesome!

A #1 Hands down best staff and quality ever. West coast just completed a new roofing project for our home. We received several bids but after talking with Michael, the sales representative, we found their company to be the most straight-forward, honest and highest quality. They worked with us every step of the way, including the schedule and financing. We had cell phone numbers of the PM and Superintendent and constant communication. Our project was difficult due to it being a 20 year old roof and improper construction from the prior owners. West Coast did a beautiful job, the roof looks amazing - they were all so nice and helpful. I just couldnt be more pleased, thankful and happy with ever aspect of the project!!!

Amazing how the Yelp reviews can be so dramatically different from the Google reviews , probably because 90%of the Google reviewers on this site have 1 review?I had the misfortune of allowing this companys representatives into my home, high pressure sales, grossly overpriced beyond industry standards, would not take Nofor an answer, had to keep calling their boss when we said we would not sign anything on the spot.had to ask them to leave our home after 3.5 hours of nonstop high pressure and gimmicks.Google should investigate these reviews, better yet if youre even considering doing business with this company READ THE YELP REVIEWS.

Wish I had pictures to show you of before and after but I didnt take any and I havent received them from West Coast yet so lets just get on with the review. First, I would like to say I never post a perfect score because no one or company is perfect. Would I recommend this company to family, friends or just someone looking at my house yes I would most definitely.I had only wanted to have my house textured coated and painted but when all was said and done not only did I get that done but I also put on a new roof and bathroom remodel and new water heater. I still have yet to do a garage conversation to a master bedroom with a full bath and walk in closet. That room I am waiting on for a few months.My projects did take some time to complete but that was because of all the rain we were having. This company gives you amazing warranties and believe me they do stand behind their work. I forgot to mention I had a slider door replaced and a front window as well. Everything matched up perfectly and here is where the awesome warranty came in. The slider is so beautiful and you dont even notice the screen and one week after it was installed my 145lb bullmastiff ran right through it. I was so embarrassed but I called Victor one of the project managers and he told me not to worry and they had it replaced in less than 10 days. Well not even 24hrs went by and he did it again. I was just going to call someone to come fix it but Victor and Joe stopped by and said they would get it fixed but we need to find a screen guard to put on so the dog will stop turning it into his personal doggie door. Im hoping we find one before the new screen arrives. All in all they did a beautiful job on my house. I now have a home that looks amazing in the neighborhood. I have a beautiful new roof and it is so sleek and beautiful and all my neighbors love it. I have gotten so many compliments on the color of my house and how beautiful it looks. My old outdated bathroom looks amazing and my family cant believe how beautiful they made it. You never need to worry about anything you always have a project manager to call any time to answer all your questions. I would like to thank Victor, Joe, Robert, Andres. Gus. Luis, Hector and Jesse for everything they did. They became like an extended family to me and believe it or not Im going to miss their smiles and positive personalities they all have.

Let me start by saying why I am giving 5 stars: my experience began when they came out and provided a free estimate. After they were able to confirm what we suspected, our roof was bad, we were faced with the huge expense; they were very reassuring about the great investment and provided a complete warranty through our contract. Day one started with the huge mess of project managers taking pictures, placing traps throughout the house, and within a few hours, my old roof was gone, and all the bad wood replaced. Before they left for the day they cleaned and left my house looking as clean as it was before they arrived. The workers were very professional and hard working, even working though the 100% weather! After they inspected the new wood that was replaced, the installation finished flawlessly. I was very impressed through the whole process by everyone involved. They were very responsive and always more than willing to answer all of my questions; they made me feel better and more comfortable about this huge expense. I definitely recommend; I am very satisfied.

Our home had a rat infestation in the attic space. WEST COAST came in with their specialist and assesed the situation. The rats chewing and droppings damaged our homes insulation, air ducts, and roof. We moved forward with West Coast to protect our house. Great decision!!!

They were supposed to do their work over the course of two days. Twist ending: they got it done in one. These people are rock stars and anyone who says any different should be tar and feathered in town square. Their customer service was great from start to finish. I could write an epic poem about how efficient and clean they were, but I’ll spare you.

This place does it all. I needed a patio cover and they did an amazing job. They quoted me accurately, and everything was transparent at every stage of the process. Team was friendly, clean, and left the space spotless. We came in under budget and WCB Homes finished with time to spare.

Was in the market for new bay view windows with Pro-latch lock system. WCB Homes didnt jack up the price or try to sell me on a bunch of extras. They listened to me, got me what I wanted, and were fast and clean with the install. The whole process was transparent, too. No hidden fees. Came in under budget. Feeling good about the price and the service.

Ive been burnt by contractors before. Shoddy work for a steep price - its hard on the wallet and the psyche. But these people came recommended by a contractor friend and boy did they deliver. My Coolwall coating is top notch. We had a goal to save 15-20% on cooling expenses and WCB Homes is showing us the way.

I, Irene Zepeda, observed West Coast putting on a new roof on my neighbor’s second d home. Victor asked me if I would like a free inspection on my roof and that I would receive an honest opinion. Victor and Alex proceeded to do a thorough inspection. As it turned out, my roof was in pretty bad condition. They suggested we meet, and include another family member, to show us pictures of my roof and explain the process and materials to be used in installing a new roof. My daughter Lily and I met with Victor and Alex at my home, which I thought was a nice personal touch. They gave us detailed information on the condition of my current roof, including photos. They also gave us detailed information on their certified roofers, materials used, and the order in which they would be installed. We were able to view samples of all materials. We received warranty and financing information. They went the extra mile and set up my financing and deposit. We were very impressed, never felt pressured and felt confident they would do a great job. Which they did! Their salespersons, managers and installers were all excellent and efficient. Everybody who was doing the work did what they were supposed to do. Everybody concentrated on the job very well.

All the work in general was fine. Only some details no. But everything was fixed and we were happy.
