DO NOT EVER EVER HIRE. STAY AWAY.1. They broke the chandelier while installing the windows.2. They broke the mirror in the driveway and blamed it on the pool crew.3. They cracked the interior wall installing the window.4. They did not measure the first time they came, so they installed the window without a proper molding. The molding that they did install has staple holes in it because it was done so poorly. I have to hire a painter to fix it. Ive been waiting a month for them to come install the rest of the molding. Ive contacted Fusion twice; no response.5. The exterior of the building is cracked and the paint is destroyed because they installed the windows negligently.When I let the salesman know about all of his crews negligence, he told me that I complained a lot. When I reminded him that I spent over $15,000 on the windows he said, and I quote, The money doesnt bother me and told me that others spent way more on windows. Apparently windows salesmen are big multi-millionaire ballers and think $15,000 is nothing. Im just a poor working shlub; thats 3 months of my income. I should have become a window salesman and balled out of control while at the same time unapologetically tearing up peoples living spaces.NOTE: NOTHING THAT IVE ENUMERATED HEREIN HAS BEEN FIXED. IVE HAD TO SPEND MORE OF MY OWN MONEY (that apparently doesnt matter) TO FIX FUSIONS NEGLIGENCE.STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY.

We have remodeled over 200 homes in the last 8 years. We recently needed to replace some windows in a high rise condo at Wilshire Corridor and got bids from 3 contractors including Fusion. They were the best prices bid and very responsive. They were excellent during the install with great customer service and communication through out. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future.

Fusion has been installing windows for me since mid 2000s. These guys know all there is to know about windows/doors. They sell you what you need and what you ask for.I had them install over 22 windows and a patio door in granada hills few months ago. Install was smooth and fast! The guys did not make a mess like other contractors do! Im very happy with Mr V and his services.Thank you!

Although we were recommend to use Fusion Windows from a friend, we became a customer because of the service we received over and above the other companies we spoke with.

To be fair, cant really comment on the quality so ignore that (must choose category) since we didnt get very far after had provided only 4 picture windows and doors that needed dual pane replacement with photos and dimensions at their request along with a couple of follow up calls but it didnt seem to be enough business to worth their attention. suggest if one must try them then make sure its high quantity.

Their service is outstanding. They are very nice and professional, they know their job well . It was my first experience and I strongly recommend every one to do business with them.
