Used to come often and even left a great review before. Came in and did not get the right design and got cut on majority of my fingers. These were supposed to be my engagement pictures nails 😞 sad to say I have to paint over them to get good pictures.

Used to always go to VIP nails. They have a few technicians that are amazing. However, after my last visit, I will NEVER go there again. I went with my sister in law, and she wanted a basic service done-removing her no chip manicure. There was one technician who was working on her nails, and another customers nails at the same time. She then excused herself to blow her nose, and then wipe her nose with her bare hands. She didnt wash her hands, and proceeded to come back to finish her work. My sister in law insisted that she should wash her hands before she touched hers. The tech became upset, got up, rinsed her hands for a couple of seconds, and dried her hands on pants and came back. Completely unsanitary, unacceptable, and disgusting. Working on multiple clients at the same time is not ok. Not washing your hands is not ok. They make you sanitize your hands upon arrival, which is great. But lets keep that same sanitary energy throughout the nail salon as well.

Came for the first time . One of the worst experiences at a nail salon. First they were working so fast because they’re in rush to leave , then they didn’t have the matching color for no chip and regular polish. I suggested they do a color similar and they said that was as close as it gets .smh . Never again!

Loved this nail spa. This was my first time trying it. Friendly service with masks on, plastic dividers and a cleanly process to do your nails.I was able to quickly get an appointment, but it’s often not necessary they said. They had nice staff that can speak English to get exactly what you want done — I asked for rounded square tips for a no chip mani and a normal pedi this time, although I’m looking forward to trying their fancier pedi treatments with scrub and massage when I’m not in a rush.I tried the matte finish dark blue nail on my fingers and loved the way it turned out. They looked sleek with my bridal party dress that was slate blue.Great experience at a fair price — if you don’t live nearby, I recommend it to anyone looking to kill time before heading to Midway down the street!

Im extremely picky when it comes to my nails. I admit, sometimes a little to much. This was my go to spot for roughly the last year or so. But as of lately, about the past 3 months Id say the quality of service has severely went down. Im going to be a lil bit of a Karen and give yall my experience here yesterday. Came for a ombre dip powder full set and a pedicure. Got my pedicure, which doesnt look the greatest paint wise, feet still rough, but ehhh whatever. I could deal. So Im sitting waiting because ol girl who did my pedicure only does pedicures. Understandable. Meanwhile some people walk in and 2 employees that I know do nails rush to start there pedicures instead of doing my nails. I know they do nails cis they have done mine before. Finally get my full set started. They are so uneven horribly shaped. Some are even longer than others on my left hand vs. Right hand. All humped in shape. Just gross. Not sleek or worth the 58$. I pointed this out to her 4 times. 4 TIMES DURING THE PROCESS. After the forth time I just gave up because clearly she wasnt understanding. Blamed it on my nail shape. Not her choppy filing skills. Then had nerve to be mad over a $5 tip. My nails are thick, lumpy, uneven in length, and oddly shaped. Which I mentioned throughout the entire process. Youre lucky I tipped at all. I used to really like this place. But now they seemed more interested in the number of customers they serve vs the quality of service they provide. Not to mention $15 just to paint my daughters nails and toes. No mani or pedi. And they have lost all polish on one hand already, we just came yesterday afternoon. Smh. They dont sanitize stations/chairs between customers and while doing acrylics after they cut down they just wipe it on the floor under the station. Lmao take a look next time you there if u dont believe me. What happened VIP yall used to be bomb?! :(

I went today to get pedi/ full set the pedi was okay I didn’t like the guy who did my full set he was on his phone and pulling my finger just wanted to hurry up and get it done but worst part there was nails on the walls not coming back here !!

Made appointment just to sit and wait for 45 minutes!!!! I left. Whats the point of making an appt. Just have walkins if u cant keep an appt. Time. All these places say come on in and then wait wait wait cuz they dont want to lose the money.grrrrr

When I came 2 VIP I was told that I would get a acrylic powder but it could not be done because of the color…when I was sitting in my chair the fumes from the liquid smelled like SEVERE MOLD burning 🔥 my eyes n the two nail technicians were sharing the brushes back n forth the experience was just unprofessional, unclean non sanitized n my nails r terrible 😞 I wanted 2 tell people 2 observe because with the COVID they definitely will transmit something!!!!!!¡!!

Its okay, not the best ladys. First I paid extra for the stone treatment, I think it was $28. The man barely scrubbed my feet that it still felt a lil rough. I also got the French manicure and 1 week later the nail polish is already chipping off😖.

I came in for a acrylic set and not even a week later my nails fell off my actual thumb nail is literally gonna fall off i liked my toes but my nails were a disappointed will not be coming back here

This is my favorite nail salon! They always do such an amazing job and pay close attention to detail, attend to their customers quickly and with care, and making an appointment is so easy. I could never go to a different salon, they’re my regular. So happy they’re open after having to close due to covid. I can finally get my nails done again. As long as they’re open for business they have a customer for life!

The girl was rushing. She filed my nails uneven and didnt leave me any nail when I was growing them and even started taking vitamins. My nails now look really chubby with that super thick uneven layer. I know they are just nails but I dont know why I am so upset. I also paid way too much for them and just cant wait for them to outgrow.

The ownerd are unprofessional, horrible with customer service and do not care about customer satisfaction whatsoever. Mechanical file and hand file nail paper thin. Acrylic nails should last longer than 4 days. They also dont acknowledge appointments that have been made.

Ive always liked their work, but the last couple times I was there they had so many people waiting that they rushed through and get sloppy. This last time it was by appointment only and they seemed to be overbooked. If youre always that busy, hire more nail techs, so that people can get what theyre paying for. In fairness, this seems common across the nail salon industry.

I think this is a very good place to get your nails done the man that did my nails done a very good job!

I love the work that Doris does! Second time coming there and first time she killed it with the color and my nails lasted for weeks until it was time to get the done again due to outgrowth. I usually pick a multi polish job and she always kills it. They have a chair for kids as well and I’ll bring my daughter with for a manicure and pedicure while I get mine done and we’ll have a mommy daughter day. The prices are very reasonable as well. It’s usually $75 for the both of us with my upcharge since my color uses extra products.

I take my girls here and Im not sure but the last 3 times absolutely horrible!! Their nails always chip within days and then always looking bumpy and thick. When I complained during them getting nails done the lady gets super rude. They are always in a rush! I use to love coming here not sure what had happened in the last few months. Poor services!

Got a mani and pedi, pedi was uneven, polish felt like they polished my toes over dust, I was cut during my mani, the lady attempted to just polish over the dried blood, although I asked should I go wash my hands... no answer, she attempted to remove the blood with alcohol and a nail file, that wasn’t even a brand new file, I will not be returning, sanitation is key, and it’s definitely not here

I recently started coming back and I can honestly say I love the way they do nails and pedis. I got my first pedi here and they did such an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly.

I got a full set done on Friday and by Monday I had 3 broken nails. Then I got them fixed and 2 of the same ones broke again. I had 2 different men work on my nails and both times they were extremely lazy with the quality. The acrylic is thin and doesnt cover all corners of my nails. The best thing they do is shape.

I have mixed emotions about this place. The woman who did my nails was very nice and kind. I loved the color of my nails they looked really pretty and Ive had them on for about a month already. So thats the thing. Either she added too much glue but they wont come off for anything. My actual nail broke because there was so much glue. And theyre already grown out already.

Very calming and relaxing. The nail tech took her time and made sure I was satisfied. I enjoyed myself and will be returning!

Recently i did my nails at this salon, i got a dip powder after only 2 days most of my nail polished cracked , it never happened to me before at other nails salon my dip powder to crack after such a short time, she did horrible job!!!

Service is terrible and when they do the powder dip its suppose to be 2 coats they put 3 and it be comes too thick . And it comes off faster . I did research and it suppose to be two coats beside the shine and it suppose to last 3 weeks. It only last less then two weeks. And its over charged ! Do your research before you get your nails done .

Being going there for a couple years and I came back to say the polish on my nails came off within 5 days they laughed at said regular polish only last 3 days. Ridiculous. While I was there another lady came in saying her polish came off within an hour and fought with her. They don’t stand by their word or customers. The turned off the lights while my nails were still drying and only care for the customers that get gel nails. It’s cheaper but not worth it. Horrible

They started charging for changing the shape of your nail with a fill in. NEVER heard of that. They charge an extra 3 dollars. NEVER have I been charged for that since its apart of a fill in. These new owners penny pinch everything and the male employees here have such bad attitudes. I dont mind paying for extras; designs, color change, etc. But, that is not an extra. Its apart of a basic fill in.

Went in for a pedi, it turned out ok. The young who took care of me was very sweet. There was a list of different pedis they offer. I picked the hot stone one, which was $25. It felt nice. The tools looked a little old. But she didnt dig into my nail beds or anything so Im not too worried. I probably wouldnt go back. Just cause its so dated.

Nails last forever but not everyone is great at nail art so you will have to bounce around until you find the right nail tech. But the massage at the end is relaxing

Nail place is terrible. Wait a long time. I had a no chip manicure and a pedicure. Finally got in chair for pedicure and had picked a color that was from a swatch that said PERFECT MATCH (meaning they had the no chip polish and feet color that match) LOLMy feet were ORANGE and my hands were PINK. Then in one week my nail polish was off some of my toes and my NO CHIP MANICURE should last 2 weeks at least, at most places 2 and 1/2 weeks, but it was so thin you could see my nails and lasted 5 days!! Went back to show her and she painted my toes over but told me my hands were fine. Well I was not happy and will NEVER be back there. Also when the lady finished my hands, she was to give me a massage, well she punched on my back and it hurt like hell!! I paid good money for a crappy job and I tipped good too!!

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years & it’s disappointing to see how bad it’s gotten within the last year.. they’ve gotten sloppy with their work & their nail polishes don’t seem to get restocked/replaced often .. the quality has definitely gotten poor.

Horrible service. I went there with my mom and sister and as my mom was picking a color for her nails, they kept rushing her to take a seat. Both my sister and mom were getting a pedi and I asked for a mani. They got seated and I waited. As I saw 3-4 women get seated at the mani tables, I mentioned that I was waiting for a mani and the main woman, I believe it was the manager, said I know and went back to what she was doing. No explanation. So I decided to walk out and go to another place where the service was pleasant and friendly. Needless to say, I will not be going back top this place and would not recommend.

Ive been coming here for about a year.. my first few mani pedis were amazing. But the last few months Ive gone and had horrible experiences with 3 different women. Theyve been filing and sanding my nails way too thin, which is unnecessary and unhealthy. I have to keep getting no chip just so my nails dont break now. The last two times I left bleeding. This last time was so painful. 3of my fingers are scraped and cut. my pinky is so scabbed, red and stinging.. hoping doesnt get infected. Its been an hour and it still hurts bad. For $65...Im pissed... I liked this place a lot but I cant come back. :(

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. After coming here for a couple of months I ended up with fungus on my nails. The staff is extremely rude. The cheap prices do not compensate for the horrible service!
