I was pretty disappointed in the level of service received. I stopped in for a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. I will say they were able to get me in quickly, but I felt rushed throughout the entire experience. My water was scolding hot. My pedicure was very basic and my manicure was terrible. My fingernails are unevenly shaped along with paint being in the crevices of my nail. The tech was holding my fingers very tight where it was causing pain to my hand. I will most certainly not return.

They were great at following covid guidelines, not too crowded, decent polishing skills, clean, friendly staff. Not bad at all.

Made reservations . Got there 10 minutes before my reservation told me Id be 5 minutes. Ended up waiting more than 1 hour!!! Ended up leaving would not recommend 😕

I won’t say that this location isn’t clean, professional, and fast... just the quality of the nails is horrible!! I ask for a full set no chip American manicure I paid the price which was 40 but.. I didn’t get what I ask for the acrylic gel was laid on too heavy I don’t have the desired shape and every time I made a request on my nails I was ignored n I believe insulted in another language.. then on top of it all they used pink instead of the proper colors used for my desired style I don’t mind paying but not for what I don’t like (I won’t b back)

This place is so so. But THE DONT KNOW HOW TO DO MANICURE. THEY DONT CLEAN THE DEAD SKIN ON TOP OF MY NAIL. THAT WAS WEARD. OR CUT THE THE DEAD SKIN BETWEEN MY NAIL. FIRST DAY THE LADY CUT MY SKIN WITH THE SCISSOR.I BLEED ALL THE TIME..THEN SHE STARTED TAKING KOREAN WITH HER BOSS. No good.👎💅

They skipped steps for my no chip nails, did them super fast, when I was done all my nails were bumpy and lop sided... unreal.... sides were un even and chunky as hell.... horrible

I’ve been getting my nails done at this Nail salon for 3-4 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The workers are respectful, and have good hospitality.

Clean building, I felt welcome upon entering, and they took their time. I have small toenails and they still did a perfect job on my pedicure. It’s $5 extra for the sea salt scrub, but it was 100% worth it.There was also no wait so that a plus.

The staff there can care less about how they preform the pedicures. Second they don’t go above any beyond the cleaning. The elder lady’s give you the stink face when you have requests, which makes me feel uncomfortable. I’ve given them a few redemptions,but I am definitely never going back. Hopefully the manager can hire decent staff.

Ive had many good experiences here, their prices are decent, the quality is good, theyre polite and its clean. Its never busy, which is kind of a surprise to me oh, but I dont mind it because I can get in and out.

I love this place! They always do so well on my nails. Been going here for a few months now and refuse to go to any other place. They are very sweet and always precise! Not to mention it is extremely cheap. Definitely recommend.

Pleasantly surprised by extra gesture of sanitation, as they have plastic disposable liners for the pedicure bowl. The pedicure was lovely.

I didn’t have to wait for a pedicure they greeted me soon as I walked in the door . I have horrible feet and hate going into the salons buttttt she treated my feet as they were her own lol . She did a good job and I would recommend the shop I’ll come back in two weeks .

Nails done for a No chip Mani for $20.00 best service ever. Definitely recommend and will come back to get my feet done.😄 I love the man that does Mani he has is very nice and friendly to his customers.💕

Do not waste your time here. The man who did my nails was EXTREMELY RUDE. After he polished my nails he only put the clear polish on one hand thinking I would not notice. When I told him to do the other hand he caught an attitude. My pedicure was rushed also. Overall they have bad customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE LUXURY NAILS ON CICERO IN BURBANK TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I asked for a French tip worst ever she didnt speak and started with a plain manicure then started painting my own nails when I said I wanted nails and if you know me.i have no nails so I dont know what she was thinking all in all Ill never be going there again expensive And not worth it

$30 for a fill in with no chip & my nails are chips already on top of that I got my feet done as well & they look horrible. Its this one lady that always tries to talk you into getting something extra which is sucking! Please dont go there you will be wasting your time & money

The service here is going down. Used to be my favorite shop but once Angie left its not right. Water to cold for pedicure feet still dry and ashy. My nails which are real is now chipping 😩..... Never going back and I tried more than one person after Angie.

Rude and disrespectful employees. Dont even know how to file your nails straight and on top of that they damaged my nail.
