Came here today June 2021. Guy that helped me upon arrival spoke in a series of mumbles I couldn’t make out. Employees smoking everywhere. Also saw one of the dryers get into it with the main guy, told him to f-off that he kept accepting cars when the carwash was supposed to be closed and he wanted to go home. Will never have my audi washed here again.

Waaaaay over priced. Charged me $60 for regular wash. When I picked up my vehicle my dash was dirty, outside mirrors also dirty, & they didnt even bother to clean my mats. This place sucks. Do not recommend.

This place is extremely overpriced for the quality of wash you receive. The price is not competitive, you can get better service for a fairer price in the area. My tires weren’t clean after the “wash” and as many others stated, there were some water spots from a very rushed job. The interior was cleaned pretty well. But that’s about it.There is no one at this business following Covid protocols. No masks (for the people cleaning your car as well) and no face shields. A lot of the other customers weren’t wearing masks either which wouldn’t be as big a deal if there was a waiting area/ place to sit and distance yourself from others. There’s about 5 chairs (not distanced) outside but that’s it.As others have stated, the guy who walks you through the services isn’t transparent about what is included in each and the cashier is very rude and unfriendly.

Don’t get the regular wash. Youre car will still be dirty. In order for it to be properly washed you have to pay for many different specific “washes”. Was less than impressed and pretty sure I could’ve paid anyone else on the street to do a better job.

Hands down best carwash great group of family own business

WORSE service ever. You cannot understand anyone. They dont do any detailing at all. Entire car showed water spots everywhere and they claimed that is normal. Wheels half cleaned and tires were never cleaned.They broke parts of the car and they claimed they didnt do it even after we showed them pictures to prove it. Found the broken pieces shubbed on the back of bench where the cars get washed. The roof needed extra cleaning and they never touched it. They said it would Not come off even after I showed them it could be cleaned. Lazy, plain lazy.Anyway way much more to say than wasting my time typing here.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

AVOID. I saw one employee wearing a mask, the rest were completely flaunting COVID regulations. Most of the employees were smoking near customer areas. Customers were maskless and/or smoking as well. Incredibly dangerous.Signs for low priced packages were missing and not even presented as an option. I told the guy I wanted a basic wash and without saying anything he wrote down package #3 (package #1 is cheapest). I get the upsell technique but really? Super shady. Lesson learned - I’ll stick to my local place next time.

This car wash was pretty fast and pretty good for the price. I went at the very end of the day, not a big line at all. Car looks great.

Never coming here AGAIN!!! They left the car sit for a while and because of it caused water spots! And they couldn’t get it off. They said I would have to pay extra to get the car polished! Bunch of crooks!!!

They crashed a window at a friends car and claimed they not guilty

The last time I went there (seriously, the LAST) and got in my car, something bad must have happened inside, because it smelled really bad, and the smell didnt go away for many days, maybe weeks.

Worst experience i have ever had i got 40$ package that they do spray wax on the car , after they gave me the car there were a lot of stains left on car and also as soom as i opened the door they didnt even bother to vaccum the car and clean the door sides , they didnt even clean the dash , this was my forst and last time going to this carwash and i am telling you dont waste your time going there you will be disappointed.

Went early Monday morning, had a great experience - Approached by a gentlemen who asked what I wanted, and I told him the basic package. I wasnt upsold anything.Team of 3 people detailed the car in and out and did a good job, hell of a lot better that what Id expected for $14. Plus they even gave me a free bottle of water.

Customer service is not a priority for a lot of businesses, these days.This place is definitely one of those! I guess they have enough of a base that they dont need anyone new. The Unwelcome Committee consists of a guy who doesnt speak English (who has no boundaries and starts climbing into the passenger seat to vacuum as soon as I stop) and a grumpy old guy who immediately tries to sell me some $30 car wash.I told the guy I wanted the next to cheapest. I just needed it cleaned and vacuumed, with a touch of freshener. Well, they vacuumed it, washed it, wiped the tires and walked away, apparently. Most places wave you down and let you know theyre done. I sat there for almost 20 minutes after the car was ready because no one told me it was done. Apparently notification costs extra.Then I go to get in the car, and it smells like it did when I drove there. So I have to go back in and tell them to do the air freshener. The gal inside grabs some spray stuff (which actually smelled pretty decent), and hits it a few times. Now I leave, wondering what else was supposed to be included in that package that wasnt done.They offered me a frequent washer coupon. Dont want it. I will not be going back. I dont need attitude, an unnecessary wait, and an unpaid supervisory job to make sure they do the job I paid for...

When I first came into the car wash, I was greeted by an Armenian gentleman who didnt speak any English. He pointed out there were lots of water spots on my car from sprinklers and I would need this detailed wash for $80. I said I just wanted a normal wash, but in his broken English, he told me the normal wash (which was about 3 times cheaper), wouldnt get rid of them. I went with the expensive wash, hoping for the detail it advertised.After getting the car back, there was nothing special about the wash. I still saw some spots around the rear side of the car. I could have paid less than half the price for the same or an even better quality wash at any other place.Maybe if I spoke Armenian I wouldnt have been scammed. If you need a decent price for a car wash by hand, I pray you take your business elsewhere.

Everyone here is rude and unfriendly. Outside of the car still had smudges on it that would have easily been cleaned with a little effort. Guy mumbled something in Armenian angrily when he wasnt happy with the tip presented.

The cashier is an exceptionally nice lady. The inside of the car wasn’t cleaned properly. When I took The cloth to clean it myself, the guy, who was attending my car, stood by and called me stubborn. There was barely any armor oil on the tires. When I asked the attendant about it, in a very unprofessional manner, he told me if I wanted him to put so much of it on my tires to make them look messy. I’m not going back to that place.

The customer service here is nonexistence however is one of the best car wash in burbank. They take their time with your car. They spend time cleaning every details of your car. The price is a bit higher than most but I dont mind it since it does come out clean inside and out!They also have a nice outdoor waiting area, with a coffee and snack bar.

They did a good job on my car when I went there recently. Didnt really armor all the tires well. If you drive a manual transmission car I am not sure I would trust them really as they dont know how to drive one properly. I always recommend getting a hand wash.

NO complaints here! Had a groupon! Took it no big deal - got the job done and standard wait time. Other people who complain about the wait, I wonder if they factor in the amount of traffic that is coming into this place. I also wonder if they take into account, sometimes its okay for it to be awhile to ensure, they are cleaning every bit of it.

Damage to car

Rafi and Alex took good care of me. For 17.99 I received a hand wash, interior was vacuumed, floor mats were cleaned, and tire dressing was applied. Good value and my car looks great.

WORST CAR WASH!!!! In the area!!! PLEASE DO NOT take your car there. I went to get my brand new car washed The guy convinced me to get armaral exterior/interior to sell me a $30 package. I am a woman I don’t understand that brand new cars don’t need it. He sprayed this oil all over my car even my windows now I need to get my 2 month old car detailed to get the oils they used off the interior and the exterior. It looks terrible 😢😢After He was done it was still dirty. I asked the man to touch up some spots. With an attitude barely wiped it and once I gave him his tip he Cursed me in Armenian not realizing I am also Armenian. I was horrified. Low class !! Low quality!!!!!unprofessional I will not be back and will tell everyone I know not to go there!! unless you want to damage your cars and get ripped off and let’s not mention the fact the lady at the register asked for cash and didn’t ring me up😱. STAY AWAY!!! !!!!!!! This review doesn’t even deserve one star.

By far and away the worst car wash I’ve ever seen. The only benefit I could see is that it is open 2 more hours than most other car washes. Abysmal.

Good car wash that is not as crowded as the one on Glenoaks. Good job on the was and really good on the detailing. They polished the headlamp covers back to a like new condition.

They broke the windshield of my friends car

Terrible wash, rims had gunk left over that wasnt cleaned properly windshield has a film of oil causing rainbow effect, but the worst part is that they use a broom style brush on the exterior of your car ensuring you get micro scratches all over. Saw a lot of nice cars there which tricked me into thinking its a quality spot. It isnt. Avoid it.

Great place to relax and clean your vehicle

The guy was using the same towel to dry the car and his own sweat of the face. My car smelled bad, so I had to clean inside again.

Ive been coming to this car wash for years.... I like the service and I like the quality. On occasion, if my rims are not fully cleaned, I just ask them and they quickly fix the problem. Ive been to other car washes where this sometimes happens to so for me knowI do like this places prices, albeit for a standard wash...

Buyer beware. I took my car in to be washed and vacuum and was returned with my beige seats covered with dirt hand prints. They stated I brought my car in with the prints. No customer service and was told that they can clean them. My seats were not dirty to prior to having my car cleaned. BUYER BEWARE!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH.

First time going there was very impressed my car was very dirty cause of the recent rains ... Got my car back and I gotta say fantastic very detailed from wiping down my interior windows wheels Im definitely coming back

WORST CAR WASH EVERRR! DO NOT GO THERE! THEY SCRATCH YOUR CAR MULTIPLE PLACES THEN TELL ME IT WAS THERE BEFORE! My mustang was scratched in severalll places and big scratches too. Such crooks over there trust me people they are very dirty people. They also NEVER do a good job and are extremely rude and aggressive in trying to sell you the highest priced wash.

Decent car wash, Ive noticed it takes a bit longer than your average place.

They do a good job I guess but they are so slow. If youre not Armenian, get ready to wait. Its such a Armenian social club here.

Worse car wash detail I have ever seen. Took it back Owner talked to me bad, wouldnt clean up car, told me I had to pay for clay wax 79.00. When all I wanted them to do was get dirt off car left from day before.

Whole car had water spots on it windows werent fully cleaned. It took over an hour and there were only 2 cars at the carwash.

They do a nice job in most parts.
