I went in for a cleaning and while the sides looked great, the entire top of my car was not clean.. it had bits of leaves and pollen all along the top. I was told I needed an additional clay bar treatment to remove that. . I literally poured water on it and rubbed it with my finger and it easily came off. So no. I will not return. Its a shame they did a good job with the inside but to be told there was no way and I needed additional treatments for something so basic that anydrive through a basic corner carwash would take care of is really not excusable in a carwash.

Not sure if this place has changed ownership but the quality is not there any more. Had to point out areas that needed retouching and on the way home noticed that they missed a bunch of areas with the vacuum and with wiping down. The exterior of the building needs quite a bit of repair and simple upkeep like sweeping and taking care of weeds seems to be more than they can handle. Last time going. Unfortunate.

The outside of the car looked great but the inside vacuuming and wipe down was half-hearted at best. I ended up finishing the job myself when I got home.

Car wash is good and dried with hand towels. They take good care of the car.

I have gone here a few times with OK service but today was the last time. They did a horrible job cleaning the truck and when I pointed out where dirt was to the guy he had the biggest attitude wiping it down.Because of that and everything that was dirty I also decided he does not get a tip for poor work. As I was closing my door and he was walking off he said something but I did not bother to engage.I added photos below of where it was pretty clear what was not cleaned. I ended up going to a self serve car wash to finish what they did not.They also did not lift up the back seat to get under them when vacuuming.In the bed of the truck was the worst. Leaves, gunk, dirt, etc were not even attempted to be cleaned.

Shut this place down. This place messed up my car!!!! Look at this! Do not give them your business!

I went to wash my car there manually after they finish I found something missing from my car I came back and ask sir I have something missing in my car and his response was so defensive I was not here yesterday I dont know and he walk away so the way of handling the problem was not professional at all

I didn’t want the numerous poor ratings to be true because the staff is so kind, but it truly is not up to par. They tried to give me my car back with dog hair on the mats and water drips. Even after having it redone I still left with these smears running down both sides. Totally unacceptable. I even bought an upgraded package! Not sure what I paid for other than smiling friendly staff haha!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband just came back from this place after trying it out for the first time and and I am pissed to have spent $24 for a BS job. Please see photos attached. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The manager was chatting with 2 customers who werent wearing masks inside the store section... Ill never return. I tried several times to call before leaving this review but their phone number is full and isnt taking new messages. Whether you choose to wear a mask outside is your business... dont put others and my health in danger as I try to pay for my car wash.

Theres a streak of dried water spot on my windshield, doesnt look like that part was touched at all. After all I only paid $25 + $5 tip

The place did a fairly good job on the car wash but failed with customer service. This was my first time visiting here and the staff were less than helpful in explaining the process. To top it off, when my wash was finished, the cleaner walked me to my car and opened the door for me BUT asked me for a tip as I was getting. When I said that I don’t have cash and was midway into my sentence about to ask him if he has Venmo or cashapp, he slammed the door in my face. Luckily I moved my hand at the last minute or it would have been crushed. Won’t come back here for sure

Very quick and looks ok but I went there today for an inside and outside clean. Had black smudges left on the outside door. Looks like a rag from another car left this.But I took it back and they fixed it very quickly. Make sure you look it over before driving away.

Been there yesterday as my doctor is just around the corner (and saw the place being busy - regularly a good sign ;-)Paid extra to clean tires and stuff (the $20 package #3), they did not even touch them. Got the car after 15 mins - and was very disappointed. I wish I had gone somewhere else - and having read some of the reviews, I can only advise you: take your business elsewhere. These people obviously do not care what they do.

They were so nice. We took our daughters car that had been sitting under a tree they washed it twice to get the sap off of the car.

Lakeside Car Wash used to be the best car wash. The new owners are running this place into the ground. I recently had my car washed here and it was so bad I had to finish cleaning it myself. I tried pointing out all the spots that they had missed on my car only to receive a deer in the headlights response. You will get a better result at a School car wash fundraiser then you will with these Clowns!!!

The quality of the wash at this place has nosedived... Ive been coming here for the last 8 years and most recently, service has been less than satisfactory...its like they arent even trying anymore... You would be much better sir if you went elsewhere

I want to like this place. Ive been about a dozen times, hoping it would get better, but more so because its so conveniently close to my home and work. For the money, the car never seemed to get completely clean and I had to wipe up both the outside and in. I was the last customer on Sunday near closing. The fellow was cleaning my car while two of his colleagues sat nearby, beer in one hand and smoke in the other. Which drifted into my clean car. That was my last visit.

Terrible service and attitude. I will not return. Youd think with so many businesses struggling right now better service would be a priority.

Dont bother coming as the shop opens. Have about 5 employees just staring at me as I type this because its 20 minutes after they have opened and not one person has talked to me or the other 2 people here in line with me... Finished review after they finished my car. Feel bad giving a 1 star review as the people who actually washed and dried my car (I did tip them) were good, but whoever dropped the ball on waking up on time and even apologizing for being 30 minutes late is why Im leaving this review. Wont come back here.

This was the first car wash in the valley. I used to go there all the time in the 60s as my mom & dad did before me. The owner, Mr Duffy was a very cool guy. Jerry Lewis did a shoot there for one of his films and I shot two short films there for USC & Disney. Good memories! These days I rarely fall by though. Hope it can survive!

Its a car wash. You wont get red-carpet treatment or any customer care. Theyve always done a good job cleaning my car, though, and its $20 for wash and Armoral.

They did a great job! They were even kind enough to remove the antenna (and put it back) so it did not get ripped off during the wash. And, it smells great!

The car wash is pretty good. I had a lot of dog hair on my passenger seat and they got rid of most of it. I am happy with the job they did on the outside. They did not do such a good job on the inside of the car. I also had to ask them to clean the inside back window after they were done. The prices are pretty good and it is a convenient location.

Got the most expensive wash hoping to get fully serviced. Upon receiving the vehicle I noticed the one drying my vehicle was a bit tipsy, but I didnt mind hoping I paid a premium for my wash and it the job might be done well. Driving off is when everything changed, the interior was not wiped down, dust all over my console, no tire applicator and more swirl marks on my paint. Truly not satisfied.

This place is a little pricey, but they are fantastic at getting the job done right! My hubby is pretty picky about his car being done right, and he was really happy with the job they did! The guy who dried our car took the time to get in the hard places. Would go again if in the area.

Asked for the exterior wash only, and when it came out of the wash, the car literally looked pretty much the same as when it went in--no more dirt, but bugs all over the windshield and front of the car.When I pointed this out to them employee who was drying the car, he just shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. Really felt like Id wasted my money.Seems like other people have had a similar experience here. I would drive a little farther and get better service.

Been taking my Mercedes here for a year and other cars previously to this. Never had a major concern and the service was always decent. Took my car in today and noticed some extreme scratching from a towel dry. I thought no problem Im sure that they will fix it. I returned to let the manager know that in one area in the rear of the vehicle there was a lot of scratching that was obviously due to a dirty towel. His response I dont know what to tell you. We use microfiber towels and we wash them. So I ask is it possible that maybe one towel had small amounts of debris that caused it to create all of these scratches? He proudly told me no and that they would do nothing about the damage.Be warned although they did a decent not great job they will not take care of you if they create any damage. All he needed to do was offer up a discount on a buff and I would have been happy. Instead he was rude and arrogant and didnt care if he lost my business.

This car wash is next to the dental office that I go in Burbank. I had used their basic wash which came out pretty clean and on time. Thank you very much, will be back again.

Ive been taking my cars here for years, NOT ANYMORE. They do a great job with washes and drying the cars but not when it comes to customer service. The last time I took my brand new 2013 Porsche Carrera to this establishment for an interior detailing was in January of 2014. Yes, they did a great job cleaning the car, but at the same time they caused over $21,000 worth of damages on my car. When I went to the owner the next day and asked him if he is going to be responsible for the damages they caused, his answer was NO and all he offered me was a refund for of $70 that I paid for the interior detailing which I refused to take. Later that day my car was towed to the dealership and its still sitting there waiting for parts to arrive from the factory. As a loyal customer I was expecting them to do more than just offering my money back for the wash.

Not sure why people are bitching about this place, i drive a classic car, always get a hand polish, been coming here for 10 years. Mario is the only dude I let touch my car. Excellent service. Wake up, this is LA, dont get the cheapest wash and expect perfection.I love this place.

Honestly the WORST car wash I have ever paid for IN MY LIFE. $90 for the exterior and interior to be cleaned and it is still filthy! Smears on the windows, mud on the floor mats, drips and dirt all over the outside of the car. I honestly could have done a better job using a pile of dirty napkins and my spit. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ironically the place needs a good cleaning and reno..the client/customers sat outside on plastic chairs. There was a room if you wanted to wait inside, it was dirty, dirty, and warm, with an unusual bad odor.We wanted only an exterior wash. It was cleaned..job done. They need to work on presentation and having a more comfortable place for clients to wait.

08/25/ about 300 pm I had my car wash $ 20.00 . it took him ten minutes to wipe it dry . and that is all he did . he did not wipe the inside at all.... the same dirt was still there. he did not put the tire dressing on the on the tires. I had to tell him I paid for it... I checked that because the last time I got home and notice it was not done... This time I had to come home and clean the inside my car and the outside since he only spend 10 minutes on it.... I was wondering why I was leaving before all the other people that were there before me .. maybe you need to have a talk with your guys or you will lose business . I know there is more then one guy who forgets to do your tires . because it happen before. if you know who this man is please tell him I wrote this review because of him he was a older Latin man. hope that helps....

I use to frequent this car wash years ago, 20 or so, and the workers or laborers had been there for years. I now get my car washed at my work site which is convenient. Last month I came here randomly because my car was just filthy. I even had something that looked like a smashed grape baked on my steering wheel. I noticed all the old workers were gone, my car was finished quicker, AND I still had that smashed gunk on my steering wheel! I thought...what happened to this place?

I have never experienced a worse job in my life. My car is still very dirty and I paid more than I have ever paid in my life. They even had the audacity to argue with me that it was not dirty. Unbelievable.

Terrible wash for the price. The wheels had the tire dressing applied, however the rims were never cleaned after running through the wash. The inside of the car was barely wiped down. I had to ask for the air-freshener that I paid for. The windows appeared to only be cleaned from the wash, not cleaned with window cleaner. Stay away from Lakeside Car Wash!! You will be very disappointed. I went to Magnolia Car Wash and there were to many cars in line. I came here and there were only two cars waiting...now I know why!One ☆ is not deserved.

They talked me into spending 90 dollars on a wax and clean because my car was very dirty from a tree it was parked under. Regretted doing it. They did a piss poor job and couldnt get some of the spotting, which looked like soap, off the bumper. Then they tried to get a big tip out of me. I gave them one, Want repeat customers? DO A BETTER JOB. Place has gone down hill with these new owners.

These people WILL steal things out of your car. When I confronted one of the supervisors, she told me if I didnt want them to steal from me, I should have taken the change out before I trusted them with my keys.

Expensive but worth it. Great seating in their little outside lobby room. A little on the chaotic side. But the staff is friendly, fast and thet do a great job. Ive been coming here door years and I recommend coming here at least between every 8 regular car washes - at last to get it re-waxed.

Best car cleaning service in Burbank...went for detailed cleaning...my kiddos make my car so dirty...it was sparkling clean after the detailed wash...no more food in the car is the new rule.

Just no. Tried the automatic car wash, made sure I was following the instructions and it never worked. I even had a regular customer try to help me figure it out and after 3-4 min of trying and following the lights, the car wash timed out and lost $6. There wasnt an employee there so I called the customer service number. They wanted me to wait for them to come back in 30 min. No thanks. They told me Ill get a refund, Ill be waiting for it.

Pay $110 for a polish wax and it came back looking like garbage, bugs everywhere, barely wiped down, and instead of refunding me theyd rather waste more of my time fixing it. Ill let them deal with the bank.

DO NOT COME HERE! They stole all the change out of my dash and the car wash was terrible. they missed huge portions of my truck. Absolutely terrible. If I had noticed either of these things at the car wash I would have pointed them out but I was in a rush and didnt notice until I went to reach for some change to pay a meter.

This was OK... Honestly, considering the price I paid my car was still dirtier than I expected. The windshield wasnt even completly cleaned, and they didnt clean the gum off the side of my car (the whole reason I brought it to a detailers to begin with). I honestly wouldnt recommend it unless youre just getting a clean for the heck of it and this is the closest car wash.

Paid $45 for a special ... wash and hand wax. The person handling the post-wash stuff barely wiped the car down, and didnt clean the inside of the windshield at all. I had to go around wiping up smudges and spots everywhere, and clean the windshield myself.

Horrible, do not go here. Their window spray contains some sort of chemical that ruined the tint on my windows.
