I had the privilege to walk around the shop as well as the upstairs lounge - a perfect place to wait while your vehicle gets worked on.I especially liked the boardroom upstairs where I could work on my laptop while having the perfect view of my car in the shop.Very classy!

Truly top-notch work and customer service.  I brought my 99 M3 in for some much needed TLC, and these guys delivered big time.  I went with the Gold Package (3-4 step paint correction, 5 layer coating, with lifetime warranty), and added an interior detail.  I couldnt be happier with the results.  Harry was extremely accommodating of my schedule, and they took extra care of my car while it was in the shop.  They also operate the detail center for the Americana at Brand in Glendale, so I trust those guys with my regular car washes now once a month.  Overall, Im extremely satisfied with the work, and I recommend this shop to anyone looking for their car detailing needs.  If you havent been to their location, the amenities alone are worth a look. Next-level!  Thanks to the team for their hard work and care they took to get my M3 back to looking as close to new as possible.  Will be back regularly.

Took my car to this location for a ceramic coating treatment. Robert and Harry were very thorough in explaining the process and its benefits. Their garage was super clean with no worry of dust and dirt contaminants to get on the cars, and I could tell they were meticulous with the way they wore gloves while working on the cars, and making sure they used different towels for each type of polishing or cleaning. They did a paint correction and 5 layer ceramic coating process, plus coated my wheels, brake calipers and glasses. Also detailed the interior and coated my leather seats and carpet. I can’t say enough how amazing the paint looks now! The gloss is so smooth that the sparkle from the metallic flakes in my paint is brighter than when the car was new. It’s a different level of color intensity. After all was said and done, the work they did totally exceeded my expectations and I’d confidently recommend them to my friends & family.

You can tell they like what they do, and are passionate about cars. Was fun to go in just because of the amount of fun rides they have in there.Harry also came to open the shop early to accommodate my schedule, and was right on time early in the morning. (Sorry, Harry, maybe I shouldnt say this so that more people dont flex your hours!? LOL).They were the third tint shop I checked out after buying a new car, which would be used extensively in Burbank and Phoenix, Arizona (Temps are regularly in the 110-115 degree range).I had gotten a 3M tint job on my previous car, and it was fine. Every time I headed to Phoenix, though, it didnt matter the shade of the tint, which helped the eyes, the heat came blasting through the windows in even mild sun.Harry helped me select the right tint which not only reduced the color, but also the heat that gets passed through the windows. With an all black interior this makes a huge difference.I wanted to wait for some extreme heat days to make sure this was working as advertised. It DOES.I didnt have the huge moonroof done because it has a shade on it, and I wanted to see if I can feel the difference. I can.On a hot day in Burbank I cannot touch the moonroof, which is scalding, but the windshield is only warm.Kudos to Harry and their first rate facility. They obviously love cars, and took great care of mine.

I enjoyed the customer service and how friendly the staff was.Took my 2020 stinger gt in to have the clear bra and ceramic coating done.Brought the car back a week later to have them do a wash and touch up ( if needed) they allowed me to ask how to properly take care of the car with ceramic coating, i also asked a million questions in regards to material, products and what not and how to use them all without damaging the coating. The crew that washed my car were really friendly and explained everything and were not irritated, enjoyed me asking and enjoyed helping me.I will definitely be doing business with them in the future with any new car i purchase.

I brought my 2020 Tesla model 3 in to get an Xpel wrap on the front of the vehicle. The guys at the shop were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and honest. The best part for someone like me who doesn’t have a lot of knowledge about cars, is that they took the time to explain in detail all my options and show me examples of their work in the shop. They did an amazing job on time for a great price. I went back to them for tints and got more of the same great service. They are 100% my go-to shop and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get work done.

I took my M4 to the guys over at Ceramic Pro Burbank, It now looks better than it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. They are some of the most detail orientated and hard working group of guys that I have ever met. Words cant describe how happy I am with the finish product. I got the platinum package, and it was completely worth it. It did not change the look of the paint nor distorted it, it actually looks brand new now all the time! Would recommend to everyone.

Extremely pleased with the results of the full paint correction and ceramic coating. My cars are never garage queens but I like to have them looking pristine. I have had both ppf and vinyl wraps in the past but this is my first experience with ceramic coating. Both Harry and Robert were very informative of the options available to me, the pros and cons of each and displayed extreme professionalism and care throughout. My vehicle is black which obviously shows up everything and prior to the coating I felt I needed to wash it every few days to maintain the showroom shine. Dust does not settle as easy as before now which has made the upkeep so much easier, I find the wash and dry duration has halved! Would highly recommend for anyone who like myself loves their car looking clean at all times and/or maintains that themselves. I would most definitely return to this company with my next vehicle.

The minute I stepped into the lot these guys explained their ceramic procedure from beginning to end in detail. They use the best equipment possible ! People there are great to top it off. My 16 Challenger shaker looks like new now. I get compliments on it daily asking if it is fresh off the dealership!

Went to Ceramic Pro for a tint and Xpel clear bra for my Model 3. Harry stayed in constant communication with me from day one to help me decide on which options were the best for my car and it’s progress while in the shop. Rob the shop manager also took time out to walk me through the process as well. The process took one additional day than I was expecting, but the results were worth the wait! Will definitely return if/when I choose to have the car wrapped.

I got my new Tesla the full window tinting and the ceramic coating to protect the paint. Ive never had tinted windows before and I now wish I had done it sooner. It really helps keep the interior much cooler. The maintenance of the exterior is so much easier. I just bought a power washer as they suggested and weekly washes are a breeze. The water beads up and it dries to a nice shine with the use of a microfiber cloth to absorb any remaining water on the exterior. The shop is very clean and there is a nice lounge for you to wait while they are working on your car. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Thank you Ceramic Pro!

This is the absolute best spot to get any tinting/obviously ceramic coating/wraps done in LA. Dont waste your time going anywhere else. Call them and Harry will take care of you no problems what so ever.I went in for the ceramic tints on my windows and they did a phenomenal job and im 100% happy with how it turned out!

The customer service is amazing! I didn’t know how it would go, having ceramic coating done for the first time, but Harry was, and is still, so thorough in his explanations, so accommodating of my schedule, and the work is always done on time. What an amazing crew and place. This is the only place you should get your car clear brad or paint protected film. These guys are fanatical and obsessed with doing things perfectly. A-class facility and AAA service. Definitely worth the time and money.

This is my long term review. After ceramic coating on my Mercedes dust sticks a lot on the car, especially the wind shield feels very sticky than ever before. I have wash my car regularly (atleast 2 times a week than before) to keep away the dust. I do not recommend this ceramic coating.

Ceramic Pro Burbank really did a great job on my White 2017 BMW 340iThey did their Ceramic Pro Silver Package. My car looks amazing and I cant get over the mirror finish it has. Im taking less time to maintain it. I was made aware that I only need to add pressure water to it and blow dry it. also dry off the excess water drops with a micro fiber towel and that will be all. Again Thanks to Ceramic Pro Burbank.

I took my Black Tesla Model 3 to them after six months of ownership. I am very picky about my cars. 2 bucket wash the whole thing. I took my car to them and did paint correction and I did life time ceramic coat on my car. So worth the money. I took my car to arizona and back to return with the whole front of the car covered in bugs. I just rinsed it twice and it was like new again . I HIGHLY recommend this company, every person there is professional and treats its customers with the utmost respect. Almost a year later and my car looks like I just picked it up from them. Excellent work by the team here! I brought them my new SUV and they were able to apply ceramic pro coating without the need for paint correction. Glad I brought it to them when I did! Julian went out of his way to get me back on the road. Definitely recommend their services for your new car and also saw them work magic on a truck with noticable swirl marks.

You need to stop by this place and get the tour. This is the best protection you can get for your car. I got it done on my Denali the ceramic coating and my car feels like glass and water and bugs just wipe off. They did my wheels and brake dust doesnt stick to the wheels. All I do is just do a regular hand wash to keep it clean now.

First Ceramic Pro Burbank worked on my car and although he did ask for some extra money to cover some extra care not included in the coupon, I was happy with the result.

The employees here are very welcoming and friendly. They know a lot about their products and what they provide with each different package. They are very genuine people and wont try to rip you off. My friends and I were shown a few demonstrations and the qualityof the products is definitely worth it for the price.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ceramic Pro owners Pogos and Omar at one of their recent Cars & Coffee events that they curate at their Burbank headquarters. I got a chance to tour their top-natch facility and realize that they really have a passion and commitment to customers and car care. The facility is worth checking out simply because they store half-million dollar cars for their clientele. Their indoor space doubles as a garage for car enthusiasts who want to safely store and protect their vehicles and pick them up whenever they want to take it out for a drive. During my visit, Pogos and Omar explained and demonstrated their slew of services. I ended up getting the ceramic coat and clear bra, with the tints and detail to boot, and I couldnt be more happier with my decision! I was previously shopping around and I came to the conclusion that their prices and services cannot be beat. I only wish I had discovered them sooner because I keep getting compliments from everyone who sees my car in person.

After an exhausted search and research of Ceramic Coatings a friend told me about Ceramic Pro in Burbank. I decided to take a drive to them and check them out.I was pleasantly greeted by Pogos the Co-owner. The shop was immaculate! Really Really clean w/ 3 or 4 guys working on vehicles. Pogos walked me around the shop explained to me the process of ceramic coating which is a tedious process!!!! I got a good vibe from the shop, the guys working, and Pogos. The cars they were working on were from everyday day driving cars to very high end sports cars. I was impressed w/ the whole enchilada!!!After talking to Pogos, and after he explained everything and answered all of my questions to me I pulled the trigger and decided to have Ceramic Pro Burbank do my black truck. Its a long process, not cheap and they had my truck for over a week, but Im here to tell you it was worth every single penny!!!! No more swirl marks on my paint on my black truck which shows every blemish!!! This thing shines like no other!!! If the were such a thing as better than new...this would be it! Im a recent Tesla owner and learned real fast that the black paint on Teslas are pretty soft. Within the first few days of ownership I got my first rock chip and thought life was over until I found Ceramic Pro Burbank. I do days of research before I let anyone touch my cars so after watching hours of online videos and discussions about ceramic coating I decided to jump in and call the guys at Ceramic Pro. I originally spoke to Omar, super professional and he was able to work around my schedule to allow me to drop off the car. The place is very easy to find and is literally right under the freeway exit off the 5 FWY. Walking in I met with Pogos and Harry, super nice guys. They offered to give me a quick tour of the space. I was BLOWN away. It looked more like a showroom than it did a garage. I literally could have eaten off the floor, thats how immaculate the place was. I was raised to respect and clean my workspace and these guys do just that. After seeing their lineup of cars they work on (Ferraris, Rolls, Porsches, etc.), I immediately felt comfortable with them taking my baby into their hands. Pogos took his time to explain the entire process of wash, prep, coat and cure. It was really interesting and you could tell how knowledgable he was. A few days later my car was ready for pickup and upon arrival I could already tell from wayyyy across the room that they did an amazing job. The car looked incredible and for someone that washes their car at least once a week I was excited to to have this coating, especially on black paint that shows every imperfection. Upon leaving, Pogos gave me some tips on washing in the future and set me up for a followup appointment in 2 weeks to see how the coating was doing. Ive had the car back now for about 10 days and besides a little normal dust here and there it still looks almost as clean as the day I picked it up and I havent washed it yet. Couldnt be happier. I went for the Gold Package and it was well worth it! Comes with a lifetime warranty which is huge! If you care about your car, I couldnt recommend the Ceramic Pro Burbank guys more!
