Great place the lady that works there Reba is a super outgoing person and cheerful prices are reasonable

Rented from her over a dozen times. Shes small but wiry and strong. Can back up, lock and load as good as any man. Dont let her small stature fool you!

Rented a moving truck about 2 years ago from this place. the man that i dealt with was of age mid 60s -70s?? Anyhow, after agreeing to a 2 day rental, my storage place had closed down for a day rendering me useless in moving anything. This gentleman upon hearing of the situation, called up my storage, affirmed that it happened, asked them well why would You do that to your customers? Id never do it to mine. And then he didnt charge for the extra day and a half I had to use the truck to make up time for. All in all, I had a great experience here. This was in November of 18

Worst experience of my life, I had to write and asked corporate headquarters to call this location and get some help.

Absolute worst experience at a uhaul ever. Expect to wait over an hour once you arrive. The lady had to call about 50 people to figure anything out and i allready had everything reserved. Playing around on an ipad. Went to the bathroom in the middle of checking me out. Just horrible horrible unexperienced underqualified employee. Worst experience ever. I arrived at 9 sharp for my trailer its 10 and i still havnt gotten it. Unreal actually

Stopped in to ask some questions about a truck and dolly. The lady was more concerned about the game she was playing than a customer. She couldnt answer my questions about the truck which she should have been able to and referred me to call uhaul. Went down the road to another uhaul place and they answered everything.

The lady who works there is hardworking and heloful.

I had a great experience renting a trailer.

We have a 7:00am rental reservation and no one in the office and the phone is a recording. Very lousy way to run a business.
