The guys that work there are fast & efficient. Weve done our last 2 oil changes there. No Hassle and prices are reasonable. Well definitely go back. We didnt even have to get out of the car ‼️😀

Second time coming here for an oil change... I get middle synthetic oil for my car. They also add air to your tires, check all your fluids, and check your head lights, high beams, turning signals, and break lights. Very thorough check. I drive for a living so I make sure that I stay on top of my car and for $75 its a very nice deal 👌

Stopped in for an oil change and the gentleman working were very kind and courteous! Very reasonably price and no pressure to add additional services. They did recommend a few minor things that can wait until I have more $$$. So stop on by and have a pleasant experience @valvoline

I liked the convenience of being able to stay in my vehicle. The prices were reasonable. The lube guys were all friendly and customer oriented. My only complaint and it is minor is that it took a lot longer than the 20 mins they told me it would when I first arrived. That being said I will return again and you should too

Great service for oil change. Only downside is they left oil all over my door handle and hood. At least they can clean it to satisfy their customers.

The guys are always polite and well informed. They go over all the details of your service and the prices are wonderful. I love not having to wait in long lines or even get out of my car!

I did not have a chance to use the service. I ended up leaving because I was waiting too long. There were two other cars besides myself that ended up leaving, so thats three services that were not performed.I definitely would not recommend going here if you value your time. I was told that they were doing transmission services to the vehicles in both of the bays and that it would take at least 30 minutes to get in. I understand people have to get services on their car, but at certain times they probably should only offer transmission services in one bay only. Each lane had another car waiting. so by my calculations it probably would have taken me close to an hour or hour and a half to get in just to get my oil changed.I have had my oil changed all over the country and never in my entire 30 years of driving have I had a place that was so slow for a supposed 15 minute oil change.

Very Customer Service oriented staff, friendly, professional, had no problem explaining things, had paitence and very quick with the service that was completed.

We had to wait a while, but it was expected on a Saturday morning. The staff was great.

My vehicles have both had a visit here. First my truck, i asked and paid for full synthetic and got standard cheap oil. The guy aced like it was no biggie and he would give me a refund and handed me my keys. I gave them back and said I didnt care what his opinion is or the cost, put full synthetic oil in it. Thats what I use. Second was my wifes car. They left the oil cap off which I didnt figure out for 6 months as I didnt have the car. I got it back and found oil covering the bottom of the car. Never again will I go here even for gas.Response: Sorry, you cant be trusted with my vehicles. I am not wasting any more time with you. You had 2 chances and blew them both. Never again will i return.

I loved my first experience at the Valvoline Oil Change in Kingman so decided to try the center in Bullhead City to change my radiator and transmission fluids on my 2006 F150 with 200,000 miles. Carlos and the team were awesome.I know I can find a cheaper service elsewhere but I love the team approach that these guys use and I love the quick turnaround!Great job Valvoline Instant Oil Changers!

More expensive then I could believe. Did not check any of my other fluids. I am shocked it cost $93.00 dollars and that was with a $7.00 dollar coupon so if I didnt have the coupon it would of been $100.00 dollars for my oil change. That is absolutely ridiculous, last time I got my oil changed it was $65.00. I will never get it changed there again.

The techs were very professional and friendly even though were in a pandemic. Fast, friendly service. Very happy with their service. I go online and get a mobile coupon before I go and they just scan the barcode from my phones display.

Be careful they like to up-charge. I got worst mileage after they serviced my vehicle. They Got grease all over my super clean truck. I had to clean my engine compartment as well as the fenders. They don’t use FENDER COVERS. Very unprofessional. I won’t be going back. $$$$$$
