I came to this store yesterday around 3PM to transfer my number back to Verizon. The rep there told me that he was on a “selling” shift only & that his systems weren’t working for that at the moment & he sent me to the store next to good will. At first I didn’t think anything of it until I spoke with the rep at the other store. Not only did the rep from this Gowireless store send me to a competitor store for support, but I found out that they’ve been doing this for months now… this store needs new management or to be shut down. I’ll be reporting this store to the corporate office & to the BBB.

My new.phone is not charging right and the boy that was there would not help me. He told me to call tech support or drive to Henderson Nevada. The store in bullhead city is no help at all. We need tech support there not sales people. I dont know why my new phone wont charge. I hope the CEO IS READING THIS! I think the boy is named David,did not want to help me !

I bought a screen protector for 50$$ less than 6 months ago with a lifetime warrente went to get it replaced dont have them no more is what I was told I can go to Walmart and get something similar for cheap was what he said I should do.... I should of stayed with boost Mobil that go out of there way to keep us happy. Thanks Version!

To the young lady who opened the store on Monday 6/28 .. Thank You for noticing that my phone was bent ( from sitting on it ) .. it quit charging .. and for the referral to the repair shop .. ( which i went to the other store to have the insurance claim done ) .. after thinking about the bent phone ( Samsung A51) i started to bend it back in shape a few times.. meanwhile my replacement was shipped.. ( if i broke the screen, no big deal, new phone would arrive today, Tuesday ) Well, it was now straight and guess what? its now charging ... Thank You again!!

Helen is absolutely outstanding! She has been helping me with my company cell phone for a few weeks. Every time I visit the store and she is there, I know I’m going to get great service. She is knowledgeable and creates a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Helen is an exemplary representative for Verizon.

This is the best Verizon Wireless store Ive ever visited! I had to go in on Black Friday, before noon, to get a technical issue solved. The store was packed. As I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a young man who was already helping customers. He asked for my name to put it on the waiting list. I later found out that this young man is Louis, the store manager. When I told him what I needed, he was very candid about it being Black Friday and he didnt know how long it would be before he could help me. I had to wait due to my issue. I witnessed Louis continue helping the same customers, yet being very aware of people coming in the door, and greeting them as if they were the only people there. His personality is very welcoming. I finally go to see Helen, who worked her hardest at trying to figure out my problem. She too is very friendly and helpful. She finally consulted with Louis, who was still with customers. I got the answer to my question and left very pleased with the service I received. Ive gone in the store twice since Black Friday, and am always greeted like a long time customer. All their agents are friendly and work hard to fulfill your needs!

After leaving the location at Mohave Crossing due to a not so pleasant experience we came into this location today for an upgrade and was immediately offered help from Victoria. She listened to our needs and pulled up a few phones she felt were right for what we need. She was very informative, professional, and very sweet. Madisynn is just as professional and informative and was assisting us along side Victoria. We laughed the entire time and left with the perfect phone. Thank you ladies for the great experience! The store manager should be VERY proud of his wonderful staff!!!!!

Came in and we were approached by Gary in a timely manner. He was very attentive and friendly! Listened to what we needed and gave us options, not the normal pushy salesman! Store is clean and very organized. Would definitely recommend. Ask for Gary.

I LOVE Verizon! But I was disappointed with this Verizon store. They charged me additional monies, for paying my cell phone bill, in the store. I have NEVER been charged extra fees to pay my bill, in person, EVER! I usually pay my cell bill, on-line, but had forgotten, was driving by, while out on errands. This was a rough experience. I do not think Verizon, themselves, know that this store, is charging extra for on store bill paying. I guess the manager of this store wants to line HIS pockets with monies that should not be charged. My recommendation....pay your cell bill, on-line or by calling Verizon. Do not go into this store, for any reason. Buy your phone on-line..,.it is less expensive for buying cell phones. This Verizon store is not the place to go, for any reason!

I really love this store, Taylor M. was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable on the phone,plan and answered ALL my questions. I need things put in laymans terms and never felt rushed or hustled out the door. He was also training an employee and was very respectful to see if we were all on the same page. Mac was our rep and he was absolutely wonderful. He listened to all of needs and assisted us immediately. He helped us upgrade and add a line. He answered all of our questions (there were a lot)! He was quick and thorough. It was a pleasure working with him and we will be in again to see Mac next time we need anything!

This was probably our best experience with Verizon to date and weve been with them for years. I was in with my wife and we wanted to know about the Jetpacks. Trevor sat down with us and gave us all the answers to our questions and laid everything out in a way we could understand. All the options, prices, and everything. Outstanding! This has been the first time we felt 100% comfortable about our purchase. The people on the phones only gave us a small amount of info, seeming unsure, and giving half the answers. Trevor is AWESOME and needs a raise people!!

From start too finish Christian adequate my experience with Verizon today and enjoyable and productive visit. He also updated my plan which will save me money without me asking. He was knowledgeable skilled and very friendly. Verizon store a better company with Christian on board. He deserves a promotion and a raise. Great job. Excellent customer service.

Service was exceptional other than the fact it took 6 hours for there district manager to give a code to refund my note 7. I was greeted in the morning (9:30)by Steven and he was very polite and and told me theyd call me when it was there. When I got my call at around 3:30 I went in and was very well treated by Michelle who seemed very knowledgeable about everything. Thank u so much u to. Only problem was the district manager not sending codes a lot sooner.

I came in today to have my phone activated and when I walked in I felt good vibes everyone was kind and friendly Madison was the first to approach and helped me have me some advise first which i tried and I came back a second time the same day and Louis helpped me this time and got my phone up and running I also got a nice deal on a case and liquid glass which Madison recommended for me to get and she also applied it which I really appreciate all in all I will recommend and come back again

Refused to help me into my account. Staff is more interested in each other than doing the job they are paid to do. Sad because everyone else is begging for work while the staff here is lazy and unknowledgeable. Ill be going to any other Verizon store to avoid this location in the future.

Ive always loved Verizon and shouldnt have left. Better coverage better service. Just kept billing me on a 29/30 a day monthly . If theirs a 31 days ban SHUT-OFF & they wouldnt negotiate. Im in the middle of NOWHERE and need phone service. I broke down on rt66 in 110° summer on the 30th & GUESS WHAT....NO service !! Life is more important than this Company. Proudly I went to SPRINT !!! Gotta new S9 & a tablet. Couldnt have it better except the coverage at times

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY !!!!!!We went in an made a 70$ payment for my husbands phone and the man took the money and did nothing to pay the bill told us we are good and will be tested a digital recite and this morning. His phone is off and no payment posted. Dude stole our money and they won’t do anything about it

Madisyn is amazing! She has The patience of a saint. Heading to Verizon today to upgrade my iPhone I was unsure of which one I wanted between the iPhone 11 and the iPhone 11 Pro. Madison gave me many options on the differences between the phones the colors they came in the cases. She alsoHelped with getting new AirPods and wireless charger at a great price. I highly recommend Madison so if you need a new phone go see her today. Thank you Madison for all your help and making a difference.

Went in with a phone that had been giving me a hard time. Manager Steven &associate Bobby were phenomenal! Never in all my 56 years of customer service have I been treated so well. Both of these gentleman are a great asset to the company. Kind, considerate, informative & professional.

Wnet there Monday November 25 to purchase a new jetpack and was told to wait till black friday because they were going on sales, so we went back black friday after noon when it was slow and talked to a young girl very nice she went to the back room and said she only had 1 jetpack in the store for sale and it was locked for some reason she would have to call and have it unlocked but it could take up to 20 to 30 minutes, we told her fine we will wait for her to do it. Well after half an hour of her being on hold she said we could leave and she would call us when she was done, we said good we had more shopping to do in that area so we left.Well after 4 hours of waiting I called the store and talked to her and she informed me that the store got very busy so she hung up on the phone call to unlock the one and only jetpack in her store. She told me her manager told her that they would work on it around 9 pm and I could come back in a day or 2 to pick it up, I then explained to her we were leaving the next day heading further south. She said there was nothing she could do for me, so I asked her if the other verizon store just a few miles from her had any she said she was going to call them and also talk to her manager to see what they could do for me and promised to call me back shortly, Well today is December 3 and we are still waiting for that phone call. Considering what has happened here I have no faith or the younger generation, I was lied to and told what I wanted to hear to get rid of me. Good luck to verizon but I am done with them.

This place is terrible, I purchased a WiFi hotspot device from them. Nothing but trouble since I got it. After numerous calls to Verizon to rectify the issues I finally decided it was the unit that was bad. I went back on the 14th day as stated on the contract to return and get a new unit.They said they would not exchange it or refund my $164.00 I paid for the unit. I lost it🥵, I called corporate they said they have to honor the contract. Now I’m so mad I’m giving up.plus I lost my $70.00 I paid for the unlimited Plan. Don’t do business with these people .

I went into the store and I did not have a mask on I was asked to put one on I told him that I have a disability unable to have a mask around my ears he told me to wait outside in the 110° weather and he would talk to me through the glass I told him that I can hold the mask in front of my face and I have a note stating that I’m not able to wear a mask and he said OK wait outside and I’ll talk to you through the glass so this is discrimination I don’t think he has all his customers wait outside in 110° and l’m a senior citizen I hope nobody is interested in shopping at this Verizon store it is the pits

Kathy Montoya makes the whole experience worth it. Typically, I dont like being in cell phone stores and Im sure thats how most people feel about it as well. Seems to always be a hassle in one way or another, but Kathy sure knows to eliminate that kind of stress. Shes very knowledgeable, energetic, professional and very courteous to her customers. If she doesnt know something off the top of her head she is always able to find the solution in a timely and efficient manner. Always smiling when helping and looking for out for your best interest. As the wait was long, as usual in a cell store, I noticed this is how she treated all of her customers so I made sure that she was who I would seek for help. While on the phone with tech support she was taking notes on a notepad to ensure she got all the details correctly so that by the time she was done on the phone, that if she had forgotten something it was right there on her note pad to look at and remember. A lot of people dont put this kind of consideration into their customers nor their jobs and I really appreciated the way she able to help not only me but the others as well. Making the workplace a better environment on both sides of the table. I highly recommend to anyone to choose this store over the overs just because of Kathy. She will also call a few days after helping to make sure she did the right thing and you are no longer having a repeat issue. Thank you very much Kathy at GoWireless.

Just to let you know I had great service from wireless consultant Christian he was a wonderful person he resovled my issues! Store is lucky to have him! He greeted me as I walked in while with customers and walked me to the door as I left. He needs a promotion and raise!

I Deal with this location quite a lot and everytime ha been such a Great experience! Not only are they helpful and knowledgeable but they are friendly, now thats hard to come by in a griping and complaining industry. How many times have you seen someone go into a phone store and actually not dread it... well personally I go into this location and not mind a wait at all because, The employees are on it and they honestly want to help, you are not just a paycheck to these people they see you as a person and your issue is theirs to fix. Hands down 10/10! And a huge shout out to Filipe for rockin it!
