Sonora Quest Bullhead did what CVS in Fort Mohave could not. I had originally went to CVS to do a covid test for travel, yet the pharmacy there decided to close that morning with no emails or calls to their customers, very unprofessional of their company. Luckily right after I called Sonora Quest, I was able to come immediately to their lab and get my covid test done. I dont understand the bad reviews of this place, as the front desk ladies were very professional and polite, and I had zero problems with them, there were also over 10 people in front of me waiting, yet I was able to get in and out of the place in only 20 minutes time. Also my covid PCR test results were available the next day at 9am, I received them in less then 24 hours, which is a faster turn around then any other company youll find around the area. Another thing I could add is that the PCR test at Sonora Quest is also $25 cheaper then any CVS location in the country. I dont really write reviews but felt I had to write one for this company, as they went above and beyond my expectations, something I cant say the same for the very unprofessional CVS company. Be smart and use Sonora Quest instead for your future Covid PCR tests, youll thank me later.-Jason

Cissy, thank you, I came in scared for my life with an actual phobia, you calmed me down, the work was super quick and easy, and over way before I knew it. Now I no longer have a fear of giving blood. Thank you!!!

I have been there at least six times in two years. The front desk staff have always been nice but professional. Same as the all phlebotomists. Never have had a problem with them. In fact just about any time I have had problem anywhere. It has been my fault because I have misunderstood something.

I have also been treated rudely by the staff at the Bullhead City location, twice. Also, I tried to call the office today because I needed a copy of my latest lab results. My called was routed to a location in Tempe, AZ. S-Quests procedures for obtaining lab results are labyrinthine and absurd. Later in the day, to my surprise, I received a call from a pleasant young woman from S-Q who told me how to obtain my test results online through the S-Q portal. She was so nice! Id give her 10 stars and then some. I settled on four stars overall because S-Q corporate management needs to send a few undercover people posing as patients through the Bullhead City location because some of the staff (not the ones who draw blood) are ASTONISHINGLY RUDE. And I mean it: Theyre bad, and theyre giving the company a bad name. And its not just me. Other people I know have had like experiences. The problem must be solved, because otherwise S-Q will increasingly and unnecessarily lose business to the Valley View Medical Center (a local hospital) and other local providers. V-View is no procedural walk in the park, (wait times can be long) but at least they dont insult you. I will not be insulted. If someone insults me, I will bite back with sarcasm. On one occasion, I did so, and it cost me two extra hours of waiting because, so they said, I was somehow forgotten, even though I had an appointment. As things stand, if one of the staff insults you, you have to grin and bear it or suffer retaliation. I must say its no way to run a business unless you just dont give a damn because you think you have a captive patient audience, so to speak. But there are other labs in the area, so if I were S-Q, Id take my complaint and the complaints of others, collectively, quite seriously - unless you just dont give a damn. I for one will use V-View for the time being until I hear that S-Q has seen the light and culled its staff or put the fear of God into the existing staff.

I am 7 months pregnant went in as my OBGYN asked me to for my glucosamine test. Hadnt eaten or had anything to drink in 13 hours for them to ignore me and speak amongst themselves and then finally speak to me rudely like I was interrupting them. They then refused my insurance(when I have been there without issues prior) fat woman with dark hair and a skinny grey haired lady treated me like I was nothing. I will never go to this facility again. Anyone who can speak to a pregnant woman with complete disregard has a special place waiting for them

The staff is great, with one exception they do not reply when I left my telephone number at least 4 times over the last two weeks. I have an appointment with my kidney Doctor and I needed to make an appointment. Please work to make it possible to speak with someone. We are all busy, in my business our clients are our first priority. As a medical office I would expect that patients are your priority. Thank you

I had my first visit here today. I could not get my lab work drawn due to an error on my part. The lady at the front desk was very understanding and offered to make me another appointment in 2 days at 7:30 am which I gladly accepted. She was every accommodating and not at all judgmental.

I dont understand the bad reviews. I have never have a problem with this place. I was in and out in 30 minutes on a Monday morning with 18 people ahead of me AND I didnt even have an appointment. Everyone was very professional and all cheery. Id give 10 stars if there were that many.The only reason that I could think of that people might have to wait is that they dont sign in properly at the kiosk or they have insurance issues, which are not the fault of the staff.

I have lots of labs done and the office staff is very kind, caring and helpful. Tina is an exceptional employee, she has gone above and beyond to help me .with a speciality tests. She’s very caring, competent and professional.

I am not happy AGAIN with this lab!! The first time was last year when I was there I felt they were very rude, made me think nobody loves their job there! Today when I went in I was told they didnt have any order from my doctor and it had been 2 days since my appt!! When I called my Dr I was told they sent an email AND a Fax with my order for labs and that was 2 days previous. It seems not many greet you with smiles or make you feel at ease. Not a happy place???

The woman with glasses that calls you to the window sucks at her job. She had my grandmother sit for 2 hours after fasting since the previous night. Its now 115 pm still fasting...while letting other patients that came in alot later than us go infront of us without having an appointment. Multiple people got fed up with it and left. Multiple people complained to her as well and she says theyll call you when they can!. No call us in the order were supposed to be called. Its on the screen the order in which you should be called. Do your job correctly or dont do it at all. Terrible place with terrible customer service. Will never return!!!! Multiple people complainong as well

Discriminates based on health insurance. We dont take THAT insurance! Minus 2 stars.Poor manners. Minus 1 starThey did tell me Lab Core will take me. This will be my 2nd time going there then. Sometimes pride bites you in the ass.

I would give zero stars if that were possible. My husband and I came twice and had to dral with rude, unprofessional staff both times. The first time we came, we were told that we needed an order for labs (which is untrue). I tried explaining that to the employee and was talked down on in front of the entire room, so we left. The second time, we arrived at 7 am so that we wouldnt have to wait in a long line to get our labs done. We turned in our forms and were waiting for our name to be called and the employee (same rude one as the last time) called us up to pay. It was for the wrong lab, so when we told her that they were charging us for the wrong one, she said we had to fill out new forms and start all over (meaning we were now last in line in a room full of about 30 people). So we arrived at 7 am and had to wait in TWO lines and were not even called in until after 9 am. The staff was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. We will NOT be coming back under any circumstance.

Front desk, check-in is a nightmare, woman should not be allowed to work with public. Was in there for 2hrs, most of the lab techs were doing paper work instead of drawing blood like they should. Poor management

I have always used LabCorp but my insurance changed so I had to fg to Sonora. The lady at the front desk is one of the ruddest people I have ever encountered. Tina should not be working with the public . Hope not to have blood work anytime soon .

Absolutely impossible to speak with anybody without going in, and will stil get a run around. I never even got to make an appointment. The website wouldnt accept my information, and there is no way to get anyone on the phone. If you go in they say to go through the website X [

This place awful they put me last on the list when Im diabetic and have to eat so Ieft coming back tomorrow they said I should be here at 6am when opens at 7am .I know there discriming because people went before me that came after me its my insurance they dont like state insurance were too bad lots of people are on state insurance in this very poor retirement town.

I have been trying to call them for an hour now and there phone line is busy. I want to get a hold of them to see if they received a fax from my husband’s doctor, before we drive down there. My husband isnt feeling well, so I hope they have it, or we drove all the way down there for no reason. Very frustrated! Sonora Quest needs to answer their phones!
