Your experience here will definitely depend on who does your nails. Tara does a great job! Some of the other techs are horrible. My last experience I had one male do my gel manicure & another one do my pedicure. It was obvious that neither one knew what they were doing!! The nail tech made me bleed on two different fingers!! The colors didn’t match. The polish on my toes is already chipping after two days. It was such an awful experience.

This place is just disappointing. unprofessional. workers are rude. they don’t do what you ask for they like to do what THEY want. never going back. they literally don’t care if they’re doing the job right they just do it… lol. disgusting.

When I first started coming here a few months ago the service was really good. I last visited this pass Sunday 7/18/21 and the last few visits have not been so pleasant. My pedicures and manicures have been rushed on, on top of them forcing you to do them both nails and feet at the same time. So now you have to focus on not dropping the electric gel drying light in the pedicure water electrocuting yourself.Coming to the nail salon should be a treat and a relaxing visit, not leaving out with a tensed up body and a bad paint job. It’s time to find a new nail bar/salon. Someone please point me into the right direction!!

Ive been wanting to come here on my way home and finally decided to give it a try. Really nice place, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Tracey did a wonderful job on my SNS. I asked for a nude ombre with a glitter ring nail and she picked perfect colors. Turned out great!

For the past six months I have had consistently great service. I normally come after work, and when I come on the weekends it is extremely busy, but they manage it very well. So far Lily has been my favorite tech, she does great work with S&S!

On point with the cleaning.. always consistent. Love this place. My go to when visiting family.

Lieu did so amazing on my nails! I came in with a botched nails done elsewhere and she completely transformed my nails to what I wanted! I had great conversation with her the whole time! Ive found my nail girl forever!

This was my first time going to Palazzo nails and spa and I loved it! Angie was so sweet and she really did a good job doing my nails. I will definitely keep going there. Everyone there was just so sweet and welcoming!

Wonderful atmosphere. We got the margarita pedicure and it was amazing. You get one complementary margarita and an hour and a half of pampering to your specific needs. I will be back.

My daughter and I came in to get mani-pedis and I had Amy. She was personable and friendly. Amy and I had really good conversation and laughs. She did an AMAZING job and from now on, I am a customer. This place is very accommodating in offering water, etc. I was comfortable and was able to relax. Prices are good for the service you get. Definitely coming back! My daughter was very satisfied with her manicure as well. Thank you ladies!!

I was a regular customer giving a pass to things like not requiring customers to wear masks during this pandemic, double booking appointments resulting in long wait times, gel polish/regular polish actually not matching, not answering the phone during normal business hours, etc, but today Palazzo proved they dont value my business. I called for a 5pm appointment 3 hours ahead and when I showed up I was told my nail tech was not available and I was not listed for an appointment. Instead of apologizing and providing me options for rescheduling they decided to mention repeatedly that I wasnt listed as if I would bother to take out time on a Friday evening to show up to an appointment I never had. Then when a lady came in after me the lady at the desk proceeded to take her temperature and check her in as if I wasnt standing there first. I wont be back.

I’m very upset I paid $175 like 4 or 5 days ago I’ve had 4 nails break off. Poor quality. I am in pain will not return here.

Best nail place in town

I have been going here for SNS for nearly two years and Ive never been unhappy with the results. Every once in a while I try someplace else that might be 5 minutes closer but its never as good (one time at Tips & Toes in Buford it was actually rough and painful) and I go back to Palazzo. They are the best!

Was immediately greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. The lady that did my nails was very sweet. However the quality was just not there. I asked for square nails which should be pretty easy and the shape wasn’t done well. My nails were also very messy. Had to go home and clean them up and reshape which I shouldn’t have to do after paying for a service. Probably wouldn’t come here again.

Came here for the first time today and really loved my nails! Ty was quiet but very thorough with my nails, and took time to literally show me all the different colors while my nails were soaking instead of just laying them out in front of me. I paid 35$ for a fill in-SNS. I love that they have so many different colors to choose from! They were practicing social distancing for the most part, just wish they made all customers wear masks, there were a few who weren’t. Will definitely be back.

Love this place, I drive from Gainesville area all the way to Buford just for their professional nail services. The assortment and variety of nail colors they have are limitless. Must go if you haven’t already. Staff is very friendly as well.

Sat in the shop for 15mins and was never serviced. Lady walks in and sits right down. I walked out! I will never go here again and no one i know will either!!

I went here for my first fill after trying S&S. The nail tech did not remove the S&S, instead she just piled more on top, leaving my nails large and clunky. Unfamiliar with the process, I chalked it up to her just being bad at S&S — not that she did it completely wrong. I only learned of her error after going to a new shop and seeing the correct process.During that same visit, my friend also had an issue with her nails, as there was paint all over her fingers and the paint was uneven in lots of places. She actually had them redone on the spot. But because I didn’t learn of the error until weeks later, there’s no resolution.

Every nail technician Ive had there is incredible. Never been disappointed.

I love my nails and the technician was amazing very nice lady. Long wait but they made it right. Only reason i gave 3 stars is because when i asked about eyebrow tinting and eye lash tinting i was told they were to busy not today. To not be properly staffed on a Saturday and be able to provide all services is poor management.Returned to have my nails done again. I will never return again my nails look aweful i got coffin tips snd she made them so narrow they look like claws and my pinky has broke in less than 24 hours. It was a beyond uncomfortable experience and do not recommend this place at all

Love this salon. The staff is skilled and friendly. Theyve taken excellent precautions for COVID. The space is big which is a major plus because social distancing is easier. Theyre good about keeping appointments or taking walk-ins. Highly recommend.

Van is amazing!! Ive never been to a more amazing nail tech! My nails always look gorgeous and even better natural with the SNS.

Tutu was amazing! I’ve gone several times and the others always left my acrylics really thick, uneven and would rush to get them done. I totally recommend Tutu, she took her time and left my nails exactly how I wanted them.

I got SNS done on my nails last Wednesday and by Saturday, two nails had popped off. I am a busy girl on the weekends so I didn’t have a chance to get them fixed, so when another popped off less than a week later from barely touching a car door handle, I pulled the whole set off. And they came off SO EASILY, which says a lot for having them done less than a week and a half. When I get SNS, I expect they stay intact for AT LEAST 3 weeks. Like come on. They were so fragile. It took an hour and a half for them to finish, and they felt loose the next day. If you want a mediocre manicure this is the place for sure!!!

I have being coming to this nail salon since they have opened and continue to enjoy it. They are very good at accommodating you with appointments. The staff is very skilled. Tu is the best at SNS nails and the quality of service is unbeatable.

Just had my nails done by Kim. She was so sweet and did an amazing job. My nails are perfect and exactly what I wanted. Already scheduled my next appointment. The salon is beautiful, and spotless. I highly recommend them.

Great for pedicures! They were able to immediately accommodate my mom and I on a Sunday afternoon. Prices are decent and customer service is great. We weren’t offered wine, but apparently that’s an option as well!

Fantastic pedicure! Get the Jasmine. It smells great! The technician gave me a wonderful leg and foot massage. Better than expected!

Staff is super nice. But the young gentleman cannot do SNS nails. I told him several times my nails weren’t smooth. Had him repair one but finally gave up and left. The lady who painted my toe nails did a good job. The young man’s SNS job was awful.

I went to this place for the 3rd time and no, I definitely not recommend this place, my nail broke twice went to fix it and it just didn’t look the same I told the lady and she didn’t care she said “it’s ok I’ll fix it” but she never did, I was on a rush that’s why I didn’t say anything else but it was just bad and for the price even worse!

First time going there today and John did a fantastic job. Was very careful and very thorough for my pedicure, while still moving quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be back.

Ryan is great! I am a diabetic and he took special care of me during my pedicure. Very nice person and so attentive to the special needs of a diabetic.

Had a great visit and the best ombré full set that I’ve ever received. My 2 year old daughter loved the kid chairs, and her tech was incredibly patient even when she had to fix her nails (a few times)!

I had a good experience here. The place is beautiful, with a baby grand piano in the middle of the shop. Itd be nice if they had a day or a time of day, when someone would play it. Anyway, I was seated right away, and my manicurist was friendly. She did a great job!

I liked the interior of the salon. I selected the ultimate pedicure and manicure, and the prices were slightly on the high side from other salons in the area. I asked for gel and the polish literally fell off my nail a week later. As in the whole thing fell off vs it chipping. The polish started to peel or lift up at the edges and when I put my hands in water one fell off and the rest did shortly after. The staff was very nice, but I felt like when they worked on my hands they rushed it. Which probably explains the polish falling off. Outside of that I probably would give them another chance.

I went here on a Saturday with my Mom and Sister to enjoy our FIRST girls day together. We all three wanted gel manicures and pedicures and were seated immediately. The prices in the end were much higher than advertised and when my nails were done they had bubbles all in them. The manicurist came back over and filed them and added some polish but a few hours after leaving my polish was chipping off! I spent $90 here! Just on my own nails and toes, and another $100 each for my mom and sister. I have NEVER had gel polish CHIP or PEEL off, especially on the FIRST day! Typically my gel polish lasts 3 weeks when I go elsewhere. Also, the $45 honey pedicure I got left my heels still rough and snagging my socks! Needless to say we will not be going back here. The place seemed clean, friendly, and organized at the beginning which is my reason for the generous stars but not good when it came to the end results.

I came at 6:30 to get a nail repair that takes 10 minutes and they said they had no services. will not be coming back after i’ve been coming for months. not to mention I made an appointment before I came.

I absolutely love Palazzo Nail Bar. My 4 year old daughter and I get our mani/pedi’s every 2 weeks and I have always had a wonderful experience. All of the employees have always been professional and kind. The owners always greet my daughter and I and make sure our experience is always present. I would highly recommend Palazzo Nail Bar!

Too high!! I asked how much did SNS cost for my mother and when I returned to pick her up the price changed because.......her nails were long! What the what??? 40.00 for SNS is too much. I spoke to the manager and they had the nerve to say that the person doing the nails gets to determine the price. First and last visit to this place!

I have had my nails done every other week at this salon for about 3 years and for the most of the times I left very satisfied with the service. I’ve recommend to many friends.

My technicians were both great. I had an S&S and pedicure. The foot/leg massage was awesome!!

I love Tiffanys work! She cares about your wants and needs and not your pocketbook. She has many years of experience and she does everything you might need! Highly recommend her to everyone. Im an experienced nail technician but I only let Tiffany work on my nails!

I paid $95.00 for a mani pedi, the tech glued the tips to my skin and then used his thumb to press my skin back repeatedly after letting him know he was hurting me. He rushed through my nails and just splatted the SNS, base coat, and top coat. He painted all over my toes and then tried to peel it off causing the polish on my toes to peel off to and he just pressed it back down. As soon as I put my socks back on the gel polish fell off in the places he peeled.

Great people, my daughter had a Nail Birthday party here and it was fantastic. I was a little hesitant at first, but the kids had a fabulous time and the adults were given discounted rates due to it being a group party. Would recommend this place for anyone who likes first class service and enjoys time to relax and be pampered.

We are in town and wanted some pampering on our toes. They were very accommodating and got us right in. They had excellent customer service. We have been spoiled by a lot of pampering and this is one of the best pedicures we have received! Highly recommend this place!

Polio nail bar does a wonderful job on your nails. It is a beautiful decor and very clean, and they are service oriented. I enjoy going there.

Never again will I go here. My technician was AMAZING but I chose the chrome SNS and was told AFTER the fact that it was an additional $15.00 when I told them that had I known it was an additional fee I would’ve picked a different color the older man argued with me and said I was told it was an additional fee... I again told him that I wasn’t so he got another person over to tell me that I was in fact told it was an additional fee... which I was... after one hand was already completely started and it was too late to go back... “customers always right” my behind with this place! I feel bad for the technician because he was excellent but the man and woman I had to deal with were deplorable! In the end I paid the extra fee because I wasn’t going to sit there and argue with a couple brick walls.

Every time I go they’ve never done my nails right and I was told one price over the phone and ended up paying way more. And the customer service is quite crappy. And the manager is very rude to me and my aunts and telling the nail technician to change what I asked for to something more expensive.

Too overpriced, the older Asian couple at the front desk were very rude and tried to charge me twice saying they didn’t receive the money on their end but I showed them my bank account where my money was taken out they didn’t not want to let me go because according to them my service wasn’t paid but in reality it was because it was processing in my bank account had to call the police and let them know what was going on there wasn’t much they could’ve done so he said I could leave I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE PERIOD

Ive been there about 5 times. The quality of service depends on the technician. So, if you really liked a technician, I would suggest you to remember your technicians name. However, I love the fact that its very spacious, the ambient is nice and they have lots of kids chairs for my daughter.

Phenomenal service, friendly nail techs, great atmosphere and wine for crying out loud. You won’t get this experience at ANY other nail salon. Take it from someone that has been to many in the Gwinnett area. So worth the wait, the money and the service. Love them!!!!

I came in to fix 1 nail, do pedicure and a kid pedicure, but when I was asked what I wanted to do, I start to describe what I wanted, I was interrupted by the receptionist and he asked “do you want to fix ONE nail only?” We have no time, the next available is in one hour... and I said, can I finish to tell you what service I’m here for it? He said “no”. We have no time for you. Than I get in the car, then I called them, and told them what service I wanted, and he asked me what time I said now, HE TOLD ME YES, YOU CAN COME NOW. I’ll never come back again to this place.

First time coming here and the first impression is WOW, this place is beautiful! Right when I sat down they offered be a drink (they have a ton of choices) Lilly did my pedicure and unlike most places took her time massaging me and it was amazing. I will most definatly start coming here!

I HAD to choose 1 star because theres no way I could rate without choosing it but myself and 3 of my girls went here for 3 full sets and a fill. BAD LIFE CHOICE I say...Ive had my overlay for almost 1 month and was repeatedly told that it was old, I made Joe aware that my natural nail curves and grows quickly. My usual nail tech back in NC always knows to cut out the lifted portion of the overlay to create a new overlay to adhere to my natural nail...wasnt done! My nails are still lifted. As for my 3 girls, their nails look like someone just took a metal file and beat the paint as well as the paint never dried. I will go back tomorrow to SEE how they will address this matter! Im sure with an attitude because Joe had one when I told him that my nails werent old. I spent over 100$ and ALL 4 of us are unhappy! I wish I could post pics...

I don’t think most of the nail technicians actually went to school for this because they did not know know the basics and left my fingers with scars EVERYTIME. Been there three times thinking maybe it was just a “one time thing” but every time they cut multiple fingers leaving them scarred and swollen

Such a great place! Ken is fantastic, he has done my past three sns manicures, each of which lasted about 3 weeks. Cleanliness is very important to me when I am looking into a salon, and I have always felt confident that this team strives for a clean and comfortable environment. Go here and ask for Ken for a great manicure.

First time being here..loved it...The shop is clean and relaxing atmosphere and very nice people... Tons of colors to choose from... Will be making this my regular nail shop.

This was my first time here and me nor my friends had a good experience. The staff was not friendly. We were not able to understand the prices at first because this place has a lot of additional charges for things so the lady at the front was getting frustrated while she broke down the charges. I got a french gel and it did not even last more than one week before the white got dirty and now looks brown. I have gotten multiple french gel manicures in the past and it has always lasted more than 2 weeks. The staff was also very rough and did not take their time with us. I would also not recommend if you are going in a group. I was with two additional friends and they decided that separating us would be okay. I will not be going back for future services.

My nails turned out well but they did cut my toe during the pedicure. The website says you can enjoy wine during your service but we were never offered wine, only water or store brand ginger ale. Also while we were there, a woman was there who said she had got an eye infection from getting lash extensions there, and the employees were very dismissive and rude to her.

This place is ridiculous. Worse pedicure ever. Took maybe 10 minutea and the shape is off. My cuticle look horrible. To make it worse they .Tried to over charge ten dollars because they said me 7 year old picked too many colors. They try to add charges to your services without saying anything before hand. I watched multiple checkout and argue about the additional charges. This place is a scam.

Had pedicure last night, woke up this morning and both big toes are severely infected from them digging around toe with dirty instruments. One toe was throbbing and kept me up all night long.

I changed my original rating because my polish did not last long. I had a basic manicure.

This place does a great job BMW is the best pedicurist and Annette is awesome with nail design, I followed them from another shop because no one else comes close to the awesomeness of these two ladies. The management is always nice providing drinks and a good laugh bc they are sooooo sweet.

Told the guy up front I would like gel french manicure and what is the price. He said $25. When the lady finished she said $32. Not professional when you change the price.
