Very helpful company

Christian and his crew laid sod for us back in March, and the initial install looked great. A couple months later in May, lots of the sod was greening up, but there were some patches of brown, so I reached out for help. After many email attempts and communications with Christian, we still havent gotten our sod fixed - it has been over 3 months since the install. If you go with Stonescapes, I would recommend you get a written and signed warranty agreement before remitting payment for the work, otherwise you will not be high on the priority list. I still have a little hope left that our situation will turn around and well get some help, and I have every intention of updating this review if that happens.7/7/18 update - Christian replaced the patches of dead sod and it looks much better. For that, I am changing my review to 5 stars.

I hired Stonescapes to build me a very large paver stone patio with retaining wall and built in benches.. The best decision I made for this project was hiring Stonescapes and Christian Blackburn.. Very professional and accommodating in order to make this project everything my wife and I envisioned.. He met with us at the supply company so we could see the exact stones we were interested in and not just rely on a picture.. Another reason I decided on hiring Christian was because he is a hands on owner.. He is on the job working and directing the work to make sure everything is correct.. Christian is one of those business owners that is truly interested in making the customer happy.. He gave us good suggestions on design ideas to help us maximize our space.. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the completed project.. We received a very good value for our money.. By the way, Stonescapes wasnt the cheapest quote we received but it was the best value and the most complete quote.. You get what you pay for! Christian and all of his people are friendly, courteous and professional.. We were kept advised the entire time of job progress and any timing issues.. If I need any work done again I will just call Stonescapes and not even bother with others.. I have told all my friends this is the company to hire for any hardscape projects.. If you have a hardscape project, do yourself a favor and have Christian help you realize your vision.
