This company actually does not service my area... However, I am giving them 5 stars because they did reach out to me and discuss my project and were honest and up front about what they could and could not do. They were respectful and professional and I appreciate their timely response. Sometimes all it takes is for someone to listen and care. Customer service doesnt cost a thing for the one providing it, but is priceless for the one who receives it.

On the initial visit I worked with Rocky to develop a landscape design for my side yard. The design included a solution to an existing erosion problem, adding steps and a flagstone pathway, burying downspouts and re-mulching the existing beds. Cory and his crew showed up timely on both scheduled days and did an outstanding job. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and they completed the job within the planned timeframe. My wife and I noticed two minor issues that I did not see on my walkthrough with Cory so I reached out to Rocky and Cory to let them know. Rocky and Cory were both very quick to contact me and were back out to my property within a few days to correct the issues. Cory and his crew were once again on time and had the corrections completed within an hour. I would highly recommend partnering with North Georgia Lawn to develop and implement a plan for your outdoor space.

Wow! I am amazed at the transformation of my backyard! It started out as a neglected area with overgrown shrubs and plants (and even a sinkhole) and has become a beautiful backyard oasis complete with flagstone and rock pathways, a fire pit area, beautifully mulched areas with flowering plants, ferns, and decorative rocks as well as outdoor lighting. Many thanks to Cory for taking the time to listen, make suggestions, and oversee the entire job. Cory and his team from North Georgia Lawn delivered the quote on time and were very easy to work with when scheduling the project at the beginning as well as all the way through to the completion of the project. I would certainly recommend North Georgia Lawn to anyone looking for a quality, reliable company for any outdoor project.

Just completed our 3rd major project with North Georgia Lawn. Rockys vision and design is always spot on, and Cory and his crew are the hardest working in town! My only complaint is that our yard looks so good, we wont be needing their services for a while!

Rocky and his team did a fantastic job on our back yard extension. Our lot has an extreme slope and we werent sure how to make it functional. The team built an 85 long x 10 high retaining wall, backfilled the space with tons of soil, and laid new sod to effectively double the size of our yard. We highly recommend North Georgia Lawn.

We had 2 maple trees removed from our front lawn because it was killing our grass. Rocky and his team did a beautiful job transforming our front yard. Highly recommend to anyone that would like to spruce up their yard.

North Georgia Lawn assisted with a large backyard upgrade. They added to an existing retaining wall and regraded part of our yard to make it much safer for our family. They put in new sod to make the newly graded portion look as nice as the rest of the yard. They added stone stairs and extended our patio so that we can really enjoy our outdoor living space. They were very professional and addressed all of our concerns throughout the process. We would recommend them to anyone.

The North Georgia Lawn team has been awesome to work with. Monthly maintenance, soft and hard scape design, sod installation - they’ve done it all for us in a few short months. Had front yard resodded, one tree taken down and two stumps ground up. everything was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. yard looks great. Rocky and Dee are great to work with and will be having them do the weed and feed program on the new sod.

We used North Georgia Lawn to fix our drainage issue along with building a deck in our back yard and covering our porch. Also tore up the old brown grass and put down new sod. The icing on the cake was adding Edison lights. To say they did a fantastic job would be an understatement. We could not be happier and highly recommend them. If the weather permitted they were there on time.

Rocky laid some additional concrete for us in our back yard. He was communicative, punctual, cost competitive, and had excellent customer service. We will most definitely use him on any projects in the future.

My daughter had North Georgia Lawn landscape her front yard a few weeks ago. She also needed a new walkway and stairs. Rocky designed a low-maintenance yard with flower beds of azaleas, new sod and an irrigation system. The walkway is wider making it more accessible for two people, and the stairs of flagstone and brick match the existing older brick of her home perfectly and looks great !! She now has a beautiful front yard that she absolutely loves !!! Rocky’s admin, Dee, was very kind, professional and helpful. We were pleased with Rocky’s prompt replies to any questions or concerns during the project and after the work was completed. Rocky is honest, and he and his team really strive to make sure you are happy with the completed work.

Installed late 2019 and the lawn looks awful. When I called to have someone come look at it, I had to send pictures. In all fairness Covid lockdown just started but there was no crowd on my lawn. No recommendation from me.

Great experience with North Georgia Lawn. We had 20 year old shrubs in the front of the house that had become too large to manage. Rocky and team removed all of them (including the stumps) and installed beautiful, new landscaping in one day. We couldnt be more pleased with the results...looks like a brand new house. The project was completed on-time & on-budget. We will definitely be using North Georgia Lawn for future landscape enhancements.

I had a bad experience with a previous landscaper. I called North Georgia Lawn and Deana was very professional and kind. She kept me in the loop about getting a schedule for the work to be done which was to remove an existing flower bed and install new sod. They showed up on the date they said they would and began work immediately. All the guys worked as a team and they done very quickly. I am very impressed with the work North Georgia Lawn did for us. Every issue was addressed and the work was done quickly and professionally. It was important to me to have a project manager available to answer questions not only as the work was being done, but after the yard project was completed as well.

I had Rocky redesign my flower beds in front of my house. I called them within 2 weeks and told them 1/2 of my shrubs were dying, they told me that they were shock but rebound. A few weeks later I called to let them know that I had grass growing up everywhere, I was told that it was my job to pull the grass that simply covered up with mulch. Dont trust these other reviews, they are probably paid advertisers.

North Georgia Lawn was not only very price competitive (I wasnt shopping solely on price), but their excellent reputation preceded them. Based on everything I read about them on the internet, and what many of my neighbors had told me as well, I chose them to install new sod in my front yard. Rockys crew was on-time, professional, courteous and efficient... And they did a FANTASTIC job. That was a couple of months ago, and my lawn looks awesome! I will use them again for future lawn needs in a heartbeat, and I recommend them highly to anyone looking around.

Great experience with Rocky and his team. We had them resod our front yard, install a sprinkler system and do plantings. Their quote was very competitive, work was completed on time and the finished product is excellent. We went on vacation the day they finished and Rocky came by the house several times while we were gone to check the lawn and make sure the water was working properly. He replaced sod that died and reset the system to make sure there was enough water. Cant recommend Nth GA Lawn highly enough.

Last year I got 3 things done. 1. Tree planted . 2. Back yard drainage. 3. 90 ft of juniper installed. Only the tree worked out. 1/2 of the juniper died off. They didnt plant most of them. The bulbs were just resting on top of the hill covered by pinestraw . The drainage has been a disaster. I told Rocky they didnt install it correctly. The drain pipe wasnt sloped. My yard is a swamp and all the grass they installed died. They never leveled it with the existing grass so it enjoyed constant scalping. I tried multiple times to get Rocky out to check on his staffs work but he wasnt interested. I had high hopes. Rocky seemed knowledgeable and caring but after they got paid they disappeared. I wasted my time and money. Theyre not cheap. I wish I could post photos. I couldnt be more disappointed.

We have been very pleased with the prompt, courteous service we received from North Georgia Lawn. We relocated during the winter and needed a lawn care company to maintain our yard stayed during the spring and summer. The North Georgia team took care of all the details and were quick to respond when we left a message. We are recommending North Georgia Lawn to the new owners.

I have been using Rocky for 2 years now. He has done all my landscaping in my front/back yard. I bought in on the weekly mowing service since he cuts my HoAs lawn. All I can say is that I wish I could take him with us to our new home. The service is always prompt and well priced. I have the best lawn on the block!

We had Rocky and North Georgia Lawn, LLC (NOT to be confused with North Georgia Lawn and Landscape of Varnell, GA or North Georgia Lawn of Bogart, GA) install Tif-Way Bermuda sod in two areas of our yard where the original common Bermuda had thinned out and we were experiencing some erosion. Rocky had topsoil brought in, laid the sod in an afternoon, and also had a large sawtooth oak in front pruned so the grass could get some sunlight. Rocky knows his turf. We were impressed enough that we canceled our old lawn service and switched to North Georgia Lawn, LLC.

Scheduled an appointment then called back a couple days later and said they did not service my area. It felt like they did not want to take me on as a client. Very disappointing.

These people are racist/bigots, do not use them, they have a rep in the Chattanooga area that is not mentally stable and should not be allowed to answer the business line, very strange. PS: Any of the Google Users are them trying to make it appear they are something they are not.

Very poor experience, not customer friendly - even cocky.did not even want to come over to take a look at my house to give me a free cost estimate. Guess what - they did not get my business :-)If youre the owner of this business and reading this - get a clue. This is not how you should be treating your potential customers.
