From the front desk to the Dental Chair, my experience was phenomenal. Scheduling an appointment for the first time has never been pleasant. Dr. Moore explained the process of the procedure in a way that I could understand.

This was my first time going to Dr. Moore’s office and I couldn’t have had a better experience! The office was super clean and peaceful and the nurses at the front desk answered all questions I had and really took the time to talk with me. The dental hygienists and Dr.Moore were both really caring and I could tell they care for their patients with the treatment I received today! 10/10 recommend!!

I’ve been to Dr. Moore’s office on and off since I was a teenager. I would try new places that were a little closer but I always end up coming back here. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met and I’ve never had an issue with any work I’ve had done here. I just had 3 fillings done all at once after a different place said it would be impossible to do them in one visit. It was fast and painless. I don’t know how he gives painless needles but it’s amazing!

They got me in so quick as a new patient and immediately made me feel comfortable and actually listened to me and took plenty of time to answer my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all but they were obviously good at their work. I spent no time waiting in the waiting room or for the dentist to come in. I don’t have insurance and they had a very reasonable plan and made sure I knew exactly what it was going to cost so there were no surprises. I highly recommend!

I was a bit nervous about going to the dentist for a cleaning but everything and everyone were following all the important guidelines in order to keep us safe. The people at the office, including Dr. Moore were great and very thorough. I appreciate all the adjustments they have had to make in order for everyone to be safe and healthy.

This office was so professional and welcoming from the moment I called for an appointment to the moment I left the appointment. The entire staff is very helpful and know their jobs well. Neither myself nor my boyfriend could say we’d had a good experience at the dentist before going to Dr. Moore’s office. Quite frankly, I was impressed as soon as I called to get more information about the office and upon our first visit we were not disappointed. The admin staff is warm and welcoming, the dental assistants made sure that we were comfortable and aware of what was being done the whole time, and Dr. Moore was very honest and kind to both of us. 10/10, highly recommend.

I had wanted to correct the gap between my front teeth for many years. Since wearing braces as a teen, my front teeth had drifted apart to the point that a third tooth could easily fit there making me self-conscious every time I smiled. Dr. Moore convinced me to try the Six Months Smile treatment plan. My case actually took 12 months, but it was definitely worth it!!! I now have a beautiful smile. When closing my gap needed extra help, Dr. Moore consulted with an orthodontist (Dr. Whitney) and together (at no extra charge to me), they made my smile more beautiful than I had imagined it could be. Dr. Moore and his staff (especially Tracy) were absolutely wonderful. I never felt like I was going to the dentist - they make me feel like family. They are very caring and gentle. They listen to your concerns and make the patient an equal partner in the treatment process - whether braces, fillings, cleanings, crowns, root canals, etc. They have also treated other members of my family and everyone loves them. I will start by saying that I had a lot of dental problems when I first went to see Dr. Moore. I have had some bad experiences with other dentists, so I avoided the dentist if I could (I was terrified of dentists).I have been going to Dr. Moore for three years now and hands-down Dr. Moore and his staff is the best in town. From the first exam Dr. Moore has always sat down and taken the time to explain the condition and options available to me. He has never recommended unnecessary work. I am very impressed with the professionalism, top-of-the-line technology and the friendly, helpful and caring staff. Casey and Janice at the front desk greet you by name when you come in and do not make you wait. My hygienist, Deborah is always gentle and effective with my cleanings. And in my experience no dentists comes close to Dr. Moores expertise, general style, and patience with me. He explains all my options before starting anything.Dr. Moore and his staff create such a welcoming atmosphere that I do not feel like a patient, but more like family. Dr.Moore & his assistant, Dana were great today. The got me in ASAP for a broken filling. They not only did an X-ray and exam he filled it right then and there. All of his team were very personable and professional at the same time. I scheduled my routine cleaning before I left. I am looking forward to having a dental office that provides same day care (if needed & available ) but a clean and updated office with a friendly staff as well.

Just editing to add that 2 years later, I still feel so strongly about how much I love this practice. I am now out-of-state but am experiencing a problem with my tooth and called the office. Janice was happy to answer any and all of my questions despite the fact that I can no longer give them my business. She was eager to ask how she could help me and made me feel much better about the situation. I never thought I would say that I miss my dentist!I dread going to the dentist and get awful anxiety anytime I have work done on my teeth. I visited Dr. Moore after not seeing a dentist for 10+ years and of course had a bunch of cavities. The staff is amazing. I received no judgment and felt so comfortable, especially since they took the time to explain exactly what I was experiencing. Having the cavities filled by Dr. Moore was practically painless and he was so patient and willing to guide me through the process. He was genuinely concerned for my comfort level. Ill be happy to return here for regular cleanings and would highly recommend to anyone else with dental anxiety!

Extremely friendly staff, made you feel at home and design excellent layout in print and verbal for an action plan to correct my dental issues. They set a high standard for care. I only wish I would of found them years ago, past dentist I had always been treated as money, but here I felt like they care about me not just my pocket book. My family has been going to Dr. Moore for over 20 years. Even though we no longer live in the area, we travel to Sugar Hill to go back for our dentistry needs. I cant change my 5 star review, so a new 1 star is only fair. I had a cap put on a tooth here about 1.5 years ago. I had a conversation with Randy about the importance of durability and he assured me it would be bullet proof. Tougher than a real tooth he said. It popped out while eating broccoli today and I bit it with my other teeth, almost damaging them.I called today and his office told me to buy temp adhesive for it and then contact another dentist. I tried temp adhesive but it is impossible to use with a tooth all the way at the back. It is painful. I am just screwed with no offer to make it right. Obviously I could not recommend this place.

I went in today for scaling and root planing. I gotta say that I was quite nervous, as Ive had negative experiences in the past, at other facilities. This is the first time that shots were not painful and intimidating. Dr Moore did an excellent job numbing me for the procedure and checked back in several times to ensure I was still comfortable. My hygienist was amazing and really took her time to do a through job. She throughly went over my hygiene plan and what to expect from my visit. I have never left a dentist office feeling so comfortable and optimistic. Im looking forward to my next visit to finish the scaling and put together a plan for the rest of my dental needs. When it comes to pricing, I found their prices competitive and straight forward. You wont be side swiped with hidden fees or unnecessary add ons. Overall, best dental experience ever. I cant say thank you enough to these guys.

First time visiting a dentist office in years (they make me super nervous). All of the staff was very friendly. Even the interior of the office was nice and calming.

My goodness. The BEST dentist office ever. Impressed on every level. How did I ever miss this place? All new equipment. Awesome exam/cleaning chair. Dentist Randolph Moore helped me with understanding so much. Janice the scheduling administrator is simply the best I have dealt with anywhere for any appointment. And Markie the hygienist was wonderful. And FREE whitening for first time clients.

I went there to get a crown. It was probably the coolest crown I have ever had! Instead of taking a mold of your mouth with the post in place (yuck) and dealing with a temp crown for 2 weeks, this office makes the porcelein crown directly in the office using digital imaging. I actually watched Dr. Moore shape my new crown on the computer screen next to me using 3-D imaging. 20 minutes later, he put the new porcelein crown in my mouth. All taken care of in a single visit!

Dr. Moore and his staff are amazing. The moment you walk through the door your greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The check in process is not complicated and there is rarely ever a prolonged wait time like most established practices. The hygienists are degree certified so you know they are more than qualified to handle your care. Dr. Moore is very professional and very patient with an excellent chair-side manner which is helpful in a typically stressful experience no matter how well you prepare for your exam. And when it comes to check out, its as smooth as the check in. Very quick and stress free. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family if they were in the market for a new dentist.

I absolutely hated my old dentist and made the switch to Dr. Moore a few years ago. I love going there now. Dr. Moore has been my dentist for more than 30 years. He does excellent work and explains everything he is going to do before he does it so that fully understand each procedure. He truly cares about his patients. Prices are in line with what most insurance companies consider usual and customary fees. Therefore, I dont have to pay higher copays for my dental work. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Theres no reason to fear going to the dentist when you use Dr. Moore :)

My dentist office that Ive used for the past 10 years was unable to see me in an emergency situation. Dr. Moore was referred by a co-worker and when I called their office, they made an appointment for me in less than 3 hours from the time I called. He worked me in and completed a root canal and crown the same day. I believe it speaks volumes about the compassion of Dr. Moore and his staff. They are such caring and courteous people not to mention very affordable. I highly recommend this wonderful dentistry office. He exceeded my expectations. All of my records have been switched to Dr. Moores office (within 24 hours). It speaks volumes when your dentist cares about your dental health and well-being!!!

When I first moved to GA from rural Delaware I knew the big city atmosphere should offer good choices for medical and dental needs. After reading many dental reviews I just kept coming back to what was written about Dr Moore and his staff. There were hundreds of positive reviews! It put me over the top when I saw they offered a Senior discount!Dr Moore patiently shared all the options I had regarding my complex dental problems. After much discussion we decided on extractions and dental implants. In spite of frequent appointments over many months, I always looked forward to the happy and warm atmosphere created by the whole staff. Even though there was a small dental setback caused by my not following the aftercare instructions, Dr Moore came in on his day off to check it and even called me a couple of times after hours to see how I was doing. That was invaluable to me.Now that the implants are done (they are beautiful!) Ive held off writing this review to make sure all stayed as good as when a I left the office a few months ago. Yes its all good, as long as I do the aftercare! (Floss Brush and Swish!) I no longer have a big gap in my smile!Ive missed seeing the staff at Dr Moores office, but know Ill be back again soon for another procedure. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending them to anyone, especially Seniors who will be made to feel young and important again!Thank you to all on Dr Moores team for taking such good CARE!

The hygienists are wonderful; the office staff very pleasant and helpful; and Dr. Moore is second to none. Hell be the last Dentist you will ever have to search for.

The family has been using Doc Moore for over 15 years and kids actually enjoy the experience! Go figure. The dental assistants are all great. His staff is very flexible with appointments.
