I don’t want to be “that one” but the dental hygienist did not inform me the cost of what was given to me. She simply handed it to me, and I thought it was free/covered by my insurance. I was walked out by another person and she said I was done with my visit therefore I thought everything was okay. When I got home, I received a phone call that I needed to pay 65 dollars for the medications (toothpaste and mouthwash). I don’t think it’s fair that I was not informed about the cost. Although she was a super nice lady, she did not mention the cost of the toothpaste and mouth wash during the visit. If she had said it was 65 dollars upfront, I would have bought it else where. ( not saying this to be rude, I will give her the benefit that maybe she was just trying to help) but It’s cheaper on online. Now, I have to spend 65 dollars that I did not plan on …. Which to some people it’s not a lot but for me that’s my grocery money…I also tried calling multiple of times to the office to ask if they can check if the meds can go through my insurance I had to call 3 times to get someone to look. The first time I called, the office said they would called me back - never did. I called again and they said their staff is on lunch break and will call me back-that did not happen. I finally got someone the third time…. The assistant manger just apologize and that was it.Not to mention I had a fill for a cavity near my wisdom teeth but for some reason when I got home the pain was more than what I felt when I had my wisdom teeth removed. I also had blood in the front of my mouth which was odd since the fill for the cavity was in the back of mouth….

MY HUSBAND HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION EVERYONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY!!! IT WAS NICE AND CLEAN AND THE DENTIST EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY WELL AND MADE MY HUSBAND FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. HE WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE RETURNING TO GET THE REST OF THE WORK DONE HE NEEDS DONE!

I have anxiety when it comes to dental. The dental assistant Alicia took me back for my x-rays she was understanding and patience with my swelling of the gums she knew it hurt to bite down for those x-rays. Alicia worked it out with me so I would not be uncomfortable.The hygienist was gentle and thorough.Dr. Kim gave me detailed answers to my questions to help me better understand what was going on with me.Mercedes helped me break down my treatment plan in the most efficient way which was financially right for me. I truly left the Buford location with a smile.Thank you!!!

Took advantage of their free exam and X-ray deal because I have no dental insurance and my molar was chipped and needed to come out. Literally best decision ever !! They are so sweet and welcoming .. not judgmental at all! I felt so comfortable. They gave me an exam, X-ray, the hygienist came in and did an exam for cancer and gum disease which was like an extra $30 (you don’t have to get it if you don’t want to) but it covers a year so you can go anytime and get the exam done again within the year. I got my tooth extracted, NO PAIN at all. Dr. Kim and her staff were amazing !! She’s so sweet. They also had sent in my prescriptions so I was able to get them on the way home. Total I paid 240 for (210 for tooth extraction /30 for extra exam) which was a blessing. They are really amazing!

Everybody that assisted me was well prepared. The priority was on health not finances. Services that could be done in 1 appointment were not strung out over several office trips. Very well coordinated.

I had a bit of a wait when I arrived but after having a slight attitude things got a lot better. The dental assistant was extremely nice, the dentist was very nice and answered all of my list of questions. I really can’t say anything negative about anyone’s attitude that worked there honestly. Everyone was extremely friendly bedsides that bit of a wait in the beginning I’d say it end pretty well. Definitely would go back!

The staff is very friendly so is the dentist .the dentist although friendly I felt like she rushed on my treatment.The dentist didn’t stitch up after removing my wisdom teeth. So there is a big hole that hasn’t stopped bleeding even after following the instructions. When I went to get my first wisdom tooth removed from another dentist she stitched it up. But since they couldn’t take me in that same day again. I needed to find someone who could remove the tooth the same day. And aspen dental happened to say they could and seeing their reviews I was confident the service was good.Also said she was going to send in a prescription and didn’t. I waited the rest of the day to see when to pick it up it wasn’t ready. Thinking maybe the pharmacy was going to fill it out the next day. I called asking if it was ready and apparently it was never sent. And now I have to wait more time in pain because she didn’t do it. I took some ibuprofen that has helped somewhat but I need the antibiotic. My experience would of been better had she not rushed to my treatment and actually stitches up my gum because it has not stopped bleeding. There’s blood all over my pillow. And actually sent In the prescription and now I have to wait until she approves sending the prescription I’ve been waiting for since yesterday. Like really women? If your going to forget please give the patient the RX paper so they can fill it themselves. I wouldn’t have an issue and would’ve of given a better rating had she just not rushed to get me out of there. My mouth is in pain until she confirms the prescription. After telling me yesterday she was sending it to my pharmacy. How is that fair. Plus would of appreciate if she would of stitched the gum.

Everyone was ultra Sweet from the office staff to the technician to the Dr. They are very attentive, easy going yet very professional. The prices are unbelievably great. I would definitely recommend this office for your dental needs.

Outstanding experience from the first contact on the information line. I scheduled a same day appointment at the Buford office. I missed a call from a gentleman Dell who left a delightful message asking me to please call to confirm my same day appointment. I returned the call and spoke with Mercedes who was quite lovely on the phone. She gathered information to make the visit go smoothly. Upon arrival, I was greeted in a welcoming manner. The office is clean and pleasant. Once I went to the back, everyone was very pleasant, non judgemental and welcoming. All questions I had were answered to my extreme satisfied. Upon check out, I had the pleasure of going over the review of the visit, treatment plans and billing/financing questions with Kendra. So slow. Suppose to take 2 weeks to retainers. Ended up taking 4 months and then got upset when they wouldnt fit.Weird hours compared to every other Aspen dental. My last Aspen dental was a 5 star. This one is just bad.

Aspen is fine but the dental insurance is a rip off. It really pays nothing. Just like the rest of these so called insurances. And i think its a bad deal for people who have a small amount of money to have to pay so much for a service they really need. Loosing teeth is a very serious situation. No one should be deprived of such things because of the lack of money!!!!

I tried to go to a Aspen dental near my house I was in great pain with a abscess on my gum. When I call my local Aspen they could not see me until Monday 6/28/2021 and stated they had a opening at a Aspen dental in Buford Ga, I live in Covington. So say I would take it, went I arrive in Buford a 1 hr away, and they collected all of my insurance information I was treated for everything and give a price of $7,000.00 (a bridge) for all work and $2,700.00 for just a deep root cleaning with my insurance picking up only 1,000.00 . I told them that I did not want to come to Buford when I live in Covington, and ask If I could take my treatment at a Covington Aspen location. They said the all of my information would have to be done again because their were Doctor who saw me could not forward her diagnose to another clinic. and they had signed me up with their credit company. So I got the medication for my gum and said thank you to all, but I do not thing I will be coming back because of the distance.

They got me in quick for a dental emergency. The young lady at the front desk was friendly, the dental assistant was a sweetheart and a quick worker, the dental hygienist was gentle, fast, knowledgeable, and I really appreciate that she stayed late to take care of me. Great experience. It seemed a little expensive, but I had to get it done!

This was my first visit; I was pleased with the service and my charges were explained fully. I was able to file my insurance easily and given a clear printout of charges. I was very impressed with the staff on this visit.

My overall experience at this Aspen office was great. The office was covid friendly, clean, and organized. Alicia did a very good job by making taking x ray a quick and comfortable process. Ashley the hygienist and Dr. Badham and were very informative, gentle, pleasant, and informative. Del (Dale) took his time reiterating the work I needed to have done, explained process and payment, answered any remaining questions I had and was able to get me scheduled.

The entire team seemed happy to be at work. A very quiet, calm, & relaxing environment. They addressed every issue instead of just the one issue that I came in for & gave me solutions in the moment. I’ve been scheduled to address everything across the next 2 weeks which I assumed wouldve have taken 6months. Very pleased with my visit.

Had a horrible experience today. Scheduled an initial visit with cleaning and x-ray at 4 PM. No one told me that I wouldn’t have time to get my cleaning done after spending 2 hours in the chair… After spending an hour in the chair they told me they had closed and when I checked out, they informed me that my $99 “special” was actually going to cost $1200.

Had really good experience at my appointment. I knew that I was experiencing a great deal of pain before I went but wasnt expecting to.have to get my first root canal. I have to.say what I had heard about a root canal was true very uncomfortable but the team at Aspen dental made it the most pleasurable experience that anyone could make it. I still have to get a crown but will definitely be returning to Aspen to have it and some.other procedures done there. If you want to be scammed and have your time wasted, Aspen Dental in Buford is the spot for you. I arrived to my appointment under the impression I was having a cleaning when all they did was take over an hour of my time to do an “exam” then try to upsell a $300+ “deep” cleaning (with an included charge for a $100+ toothbrush) and give me an estimate for wisdom teeth removal. Both procedures would have to be scheduled for another day and paid in full before I could even make an appointment. They also consistently tried to push me into financing my wisdom teeth removal which I politely declined but they still tried to run my credit to see if I was approved. I left feeling like my time had been absolutely wasted but decided I’ll just find another dentist. Well, apparently I had not heard the last from Aspen Dental. I received a bill today for the “exam” which they boast as free on their windows and throughout their marketing materials. It’s far from free! Do not visit this location and instead try to find a different dentist that will not waste your time or money.

I went to the one in Buford ga. These guys are amazing, from the moment I walked in they went above and beyond to make sure I was welcomed. Thank you Del for going the xtra mile and helping with the finance, also thanks to the doctor that will give me the smile I haven’t had in a very long time. These guys are angels...

Actually this is my review, Carol Lynn Harris review of Aspen it just came up on my husbands email.I had a really great experience at Aspen and came out smiling. My xrays were complimentary. I thought I was going to need a root canal, but I got a prescription for antibiotics first . I thought that was a good place to begin. And lets just see how that goes. I will definitley return as everyone there was very nice and the wait time was 0.

After some initial bumps in the road and some extra help from the service center I got my appointment and everything went very well. Everyone did a great job in their area of expertise. Everything was explained well and I had my first cleaning later in the day. I’m very happy with the outcome and feel like I received excellent care and look forward to my next appointment. The dentist was not friendly and I felt like I was of no consequence to her . Although it has a factory like feeling the staff were for the most part pleasant.

I was not impressed at the way the dentist spoke to me. She was upset because I was crying. I was obviously still in a lot of pain or I wouldnt be screaming while she was trying to extract my teeth. I was, however, very pleased with the office manager. I was struggling with coming up with my co pay and when he called me in the office to tell me that my dental work would total $22,000 I was devastated. I am disabled and live on a very tight budget, he worked with me and was able to get my 3 teeth, that were the main concern at this time, extracted for nothing out of pocket. That was a freaking miracle!! I was so happy I cried. The dentist was kinda rude and hurt my feelings but then again, what do you expect for free? That is what the dentist was sure to throw at me before I left.

From the moment I made a cold call to Aspen Dental for my first appointment, Mercedes answered the call and made me feel important. Then when I sat down with Kendra Lougue to go over the plans I had for my dental treatment, she made sure I had a complete understanding. I have a hole in my molar and have them take a look at it. In spite of being an extreme pain they only prescribed me Tylenol and amoxicillin both of which have done nothing to have subside the pain. I came here because they claimed to have options for those without insurance or those who are unable to pay yet they came up with a $1,600 down payment for me to come up with then to finance the rest by the time I would come up with the 1600 Id probably die from a tooth infection.

A money making business, Thats what Aspen Dental is all about, Check your bill thoroughly, for what they are charging you for. I was billed $135.00 for an electric toothbrush that I did not order, and the fact that I did not get what I went there for done. I am very sorry that I went to this place. You go there for one thing and they will find ten other things to charge you for.

I was blown away with how quickly they got me in for a broken tooth and they couldn’t have been nicer! The Dr. I saw (I don’t recall her name) was professional, warm and very good!On a scale of 1-10 they get an 11!!

From the staff to the dentist everybody was nice and professional good genuine people most definitely recommend you going there!

Although I first was given misinformation about pricing while booking an appointment, the person I spoke to from the call center and the actual staff at the office were very nice and provided fantastic customer service. Although I was misled on the price, what I paid was still decent considering the usual prices of dental visits. All the employees that tended to me were very kind and considerate. My hygienist, Ashley, was actually gentle and transparent in what she did, explaining everything she was about to do. There was barely any pain, unlike my usual cleanings, and I felt very comfortable and safe. Nicole from the front office is also very understanding and nice, and did her best to work with me regarding the misinformation given to me by the call center! I would definitely come back in the future, given the chance!

If you dont like surprise billing check your dental benefits before you go. Dont be afraid to ask questions or youll pay for things you didnt ask for or need. I was charged for a comprehensive exam and the doctor spent less than 3 minutes in my room. the dental hygienist checked 6 teeth and called it a complete exam, but they charged my insurance for a full comprehensive exam. They kept trying to add on extra charges that wasnt covered by the insurance. I felt very uncomfortable like I was the problem because I did want to be up charged. It was all about the money not about the customer.

Im sure I wasnt an easy patient. I had a severely broken molar.. Which the dentist had to break more to extract. It was very hard emotionally and physically.. But by the time I got home I felt brand new again. AND as the swelling dropped, I was not in pain (like when my wisdom teeth got pulled).Lacking one star for: cost. Though it was WAY cheaper than I imagined it would be, I later found I couldve had it done for $100 cheaper. I also did not appreciate that the scheduler had no cost information available. Meaning I had to walk in OKAY with the possibility of giving my checkbook away.All in all, Im thankful for aspen dental.

I wanted the staff to know that.Now I have been going back a few times to get my dentures fitted and have nothing but wonderful things to say. Worst customer service ever. I called in to make an appointment on Wednesday. Spoke with the front desk and they made for the next morning. But they said the made a confirmation call and I didnt answer. So they gave my appointment away. I dont understand. I called in and made an appointment with the girl on the phone. What did I have to confirm at that point. And that wasnt where their poor service ended. If anyone asks about what I think i will make sure they get the full story.

Scheduled appointment onlline. Called upon arrival but the telephone system wasnt working and disconnected every time I selected option 2. Took 5 calls to get through. Tried to tell the young man about it but he just interrupted me to ask a question. After consultation I received my treatment plan ($19,293) which was different from what was discussed with the dentist. I asked why it was different and was told that it could change yet again if the oral surgeon deemed necessary. The yound man didnt appreciate me questioning the treatment plan and told me I wasnt a good fit for their practice. I couldnt believe they just turned away a $20k cash customer because the front office assistant didnt like the fact that I was questioning the quote. Unbelievable! Dentist was fine and chairside assistant was very pleasant and nice.

I asked for a appointment for dental implants and after I got there she gave me cost of dentures and repair. Wasted my time and resources still did get what I went for! Chose this office because of reviews! Well I didn’t get no friendly service nor did I get what I asked for! I would not recommend this place to anyone very disappointed

I have extremely high anxiety when I go to the dentist. I shared this with the staff before my first visit and they are working with me. When I had my first cleaning with them, they took everything super slow and they were very patient with me. I had my first procedure done recently and everything went well. They were patient with me and made sure I was comfortable. I believe I’m in good hands finally.

My son had a wisdom tooth that was hurting him and we contacted this office for an appointment. They had a cancellation so they got him in the next day! The staff were professional and helpful. The female dentist whose name escapes me at the moment pulled my sons tooth with very little discomfort in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend this office.

The dentist has a really bad attitude. Place is a bit overpriced I guess pandemic pricing, double the price. Technology is really awesome, the assistant was really good. Very expensive for a cleaning that was really partially done. Will most likely not be returning.

Really appreciated them fitting my dad in same day that I called on urgent status. Everyone we encountered with from receptionist, xray tech, dental hygienist, dentist, to financial coordinator at check-out was very nice to us and patient with the language barrier. They took the type to make sure both my dad and I understood what was going on with his teeth and the treatment plan.

Very disappointed. The dentist told me the only option I had was to have a plate to fill in a gap where a bridge broke. I hated that thing in my mouth. Got a second opinion and got a permanent bridge. I feel they owe me a refund.

Dr. Parekh is fantastic. Needed new teeth and I could not be more pleased. He took his time and adjusted them to fit right. The staff at the office was also very eager to help. The best trip to the Dentist I have ever had. Thank you all so much.

A crown broke/remaining portion cutting my tongue every breathe. I contacted for emergency care, only available immediate service was 2 hours away. Agreed and drive 2 hours. When I got there they did a comp exam including perio. They fumbled around for a while, sat me down and explained a treatment plan, -$2800 with insurance. I asked what they were going to do with the broken crown today/now. Answer was nothing, they didnt have any available appointments. Asked, so you spent an hour and a half putting together a plan I am already under and you do not have time to treat me? They said they were following corporate procedure. asked what I owed at this point - nothing was their response. I said then I dont have time for this, give me the xtlrays and I need to go to another dentist. they fought over xrays - say cant print and have to wait 3-7 business days for xrays. Called insurance co, got another dentist, called made appt, got in the truck and they came out to let me sign the release. told me I had it all wrong, they were following procedures. I told them they had it wrong, I was going to go to the next dentist, get a new crown and pay for it while you are back here feeling good about following you procedures. went to next dentist, 2 hours later left with a temp crown, back to the other dentist in 2 weeks for porcelain crown final. I will follow through for the xrays they took, they will either provide or I will dispute insurance payment.if you want dental care go somewhere else. If you want to follow Aspen rentals corporate policy, spend lots of money and drag out treatment l, go to Aspen dental.

Worst dentist in town she did a filing on my wife tooth couple of hours later the filing came out she did fix it but I still cant eat on that side because it still hurts.take my advise dont go their

No to good , l came back home with a hole in my pocket and without my temporary crown .

Been they’re twice had a great experience had seen the hygienist as well as the dentist for cleaning extractions and bridge work

The dentist was rushing and did not answer all of my questions in detail. Also, the payment breakdown was not in detail regarding each procedure.

Took my 94 year old grandmother to get new teeth and they were so sweet. A great place.

Dentist was amazing! And the process was fairly fast, prices were a bit high for fillings but they had some payment options so that’s great. Lol and please start flossing you guise!! Thanks again !

The staff was excellent. I needed a new lower and upper plate and was able to get them both the same day.I would highly recommend them.
