Love this place! The two gentleman I’ve met are beyond nice and helpful. I’ve brought two broken phones to to them and they fixed them under an hour, plus super affordable. Truly recommend it! Also, buy the warranty plan. Worth it!

So, bought a phone cover, 3 weeks later the sewing on the case came apart, 3 times have been given the run around as I need to find a manager’s authorization for exchanges, bull.

If you buy a phone case in one of this retailers, do not purchase the bundle deal. It’s not worth your money. If your case brakes, you will never be able to get a replacement just like it. You will need to choose from the very Limited and poor quality inventory.The deal is supposed to get you free cases, screen protectors, and screen repairs for FREE up to two years, or as long as you keep the same phone. But, as good as it sounds, it’s all a lie. What you will get with the bundle is just really bad attitude, and very ugly cases if yours ever brakes. Just an honest review from a very unhappy client.

Took phone because lines appeared on the screen. Representative was so nice and professional. He told me he could repair phone. But, suggested that I take it to apple first. He could have easily made money from repairing the phone. But, suggested what was in the best interest of the customer. I was very impressed and will definitely purchase items from this location.

They have cheap screens and cant even put on tempered glass correctly. The tech that did my claim (to replace my cracked screen under their bundle warranty for free) had the audacity to tell me that the tempered glass needed to dry because it was a new screen after I pointed out the huge and apparent air bubble under it. Not too sure how air bubbles dry but OK. The tempered glass issue was never resolved and you WILL lose the color quality/sharpness if you get a screen replaced here. I miss the old owners.

I had my phone fixed at the bottom level Cellairis about a month and a half ago, and the service was amazing amongst many other things.The woman that worked with me was named Jenn, and aside from being amazing with her knowledge of fixing the issue, her customer service and professionalism was outstanding!!I will be returning in the future for any phone issues that I may run into!

Horrible customer service. I bought their screen protector and cover and it wasn’t cheap. When I went back to them to change broken cover, they said no. They said that the registration number on the website was wrong even though they knew it was their product. Avoid them at all costs. They are over priced and just useless.Avoid all their locations in Georgia.

This is Kaylee from a few hours ago. I took my phone back to this location so they could look at the top of my screen and it turns out it was defective! The top was slightly thicker than the rest of the screen. I didn’t get to catch her name, but the friendly lady with the short hair took care of it at no cost! I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely come again!

Huge huge HUGE Thank you to Hannah Joy who helped us out today at the Mall of Ga Cellairis. My daughter cracked her phone and we needed a fix asap. They were slammed, but Hannah was able to work us in and fixed not only the screen, but a touch screen issue that wed been living with. Best part, they were 50% cheaper than any one else we called!! Super Happy!

Went there on Thursday to get my home button fixed. They fixed it in less than 20 minutes. While I waited I saw that they can make custom phone cases. So I found a picture and also got a case made. Great prices and the Manger was so nice. If your in the area I would definitely stop by this store for phone repairs.

VERY pleased with the service! Great staff with positive attitudes. Works quickly. Melissa is awesome and very reasonable. Kendall seems to be really knowledgeable about anything to do with phone repairs, she worked quickly and had our screen replaced in about 10 mins. Hannah can put a screen protector on in about 15 seconds or so and in a way that I’ve never seen, very cool watching her do that, seriously go check her out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After ordering a screen online and attempting to change out my own iPhone 6S Plus screen and failing, I brought my phone to Morgan in at least 20 pieces. She was super helpful over the phone before I got there and even when I handed her my phone in a mess she was so kind and did not seem intimidated by the mess I was handing her. In the amount of time it took me to go grab some dinner and come back my phone was in perfect condition again. She was always helpful and kind throughout the whole process! Thank you Morgan!!

I got my phone fixed here the other week and not only was Jenns service incredible, but after consulting with many different phone repair businesses in the area, she was the only one who was able to fix it. I have been to both of the Mall of Ga locations multiple times and have never been disappointed by staff or products. They have many styles of cases for more than just one phone type. Styles change often too so you never end up finding the same thing twice!! I have ran into the owners on a visit before and they are very friendly and gracious about their customers and the customers needs. Will definitely be back in the future for repairs and accessories!!

This place was awesome! Very friendly employees and they weren’t too pushy about the bundle. The only reason I gave four stars is because upon getting home, I noticed the very top of my screen stuck out a bit more than the bottom, and it clicks when I push it down. This leads me to believe the screen isn’t perfectly in place, however, everything still functions and the screen is no longer cracked, so overall, I am satisfied. I would go back and get it fixed, but I denied my receipt at purchase so I figured it would be a wasted trip. Besides the top of my screen being slightly raised, I am satisfied with this service and would recommend it to my friends!

I came in with a broken phone and after going to the Apple Store and many other stores without success, the two of them were able to fix my problem with ease. When I say BEST experience EVER, I mean the BEST!!! I got my screen fixed at the phone spa in Mall of Ga and he screen started to lift and my screen wasn’t working. I took it to Cellairis, and my phone was fixed in less than 30 minutes AND I spent only $60 rather than the $130 I spent at phone spa. I would highly recommend this cell phone repair shop to anyone and everyone!!!!

I very seldom post reviews or have issues with businesses, but recently had a run-in with Cellairis. I purchased the Cellairis bundle for my phone that I was was not happy with the quality of and decided to return it within two days of purchasing it. The sales clerk called his manager and stepped away from the counter I was speaking with him at, after which he returned and informed me that he wasnt able to complete the return because the screen protector wasnt reusable for their company. I returned later to speak to the manager who was not only very rude and combative, and also ended up charging me more money rather than returning and tried to retain my original receipt which showed I purchased the bundle. I later noticed a discrepancy between the printed receipt and the email receipt that I thought to be very interesting and have attached photos of. Shady to say the least.

They have super friendly staff and the best selection of cases Ive ever seen. They even helped me put a custom photo on a case!Tldr; awesome, would shop again.

Horrible products and service. Bought a case had less than a week. Would close ask to exchange as the phone being removed side with thin plastic broke they said wouldnt exchange. Standing there with guy and he couldnt remove phone either. I didnt want money just a case that closed. They wouldnt exchange their defective product. Plus screen protector was so thick I couldnt text. They are selling cheap products and no good service even for exchange. Better service down the mall at The Fix.

Ive been to a previous place before and by using a cheap screen protector , it actually cracked my iPhone screen . I started coming here a while back and Melissa has great customer service .. shes super friendly , bilingual which is helpful for Spanish speaking customers . Ive dropped my phone of course a few times like anyone would and my screen is safe. This brand is great . Quality is great and Melissa is great ! Make sure you ask for her !

When i took my iphone 6 to get the screen replaced the staff were welcoming, and are willing to answer questions. However when it came down to replacing the screen, the screen seem like it was cheaply made. The screen did not even fit well into the frame plus there seemed to be white smudges on the top of the screen, and for some reason they kept telling me my frame was bent. My cracked screen never sat outside the frame. If you have questions on phone cases i would recommend checking the place out. but would not recommend getting your phone replaced with them.

I came into Cellairis with a broken phone after being turned away at Apple and they fixed it within 30 minutes. Not only that but the girl who helped me informed me that my case was not protective at all. She helped me find the best case to avoid breaking my phone again and I was even allowed to custom make it and put my own design on it. She explained everything to me patiently and I would definitely recommend this place!

I came up there and a girl named Kyndal helped me, she was so educated on all the cell phone cases they sell.. She helped me pick the right one, I got it customized and she put my tempered glass screen protector on for me! :) Everything was reasonably priced and the customer service I received was amazing! This place is great! Ive bought iPhone cases from them before, but had no idea they also provided cell phone & iPhone repair. They had my iPhone 4s fixed and back to me within 24 hours.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I went to Cellairis for a “genuine Apple” LCD screen replacement. Kendall acted as if she could fix my phone with no problem. After about an hour, she was finished and made the comment that everything “checked out.” I left and 20 min. later discovered my camera wasn’t working. I took it back, and she worked on it for a while. She finally said she couldn’t fix it. When I expressed concern since the camera is a very valuable part of the iPhone8+, she called her manager (Jenn) who offered to give me a $20 refund for the time being and promised to try to find a fix. She said she’d call me back the next day. In the meantime, I decided to have Apple run a diagnostic test on it to see what we were dealing with. The results showed sensor failure. After speaking to Jenn on the phone the next day, she started trying to say my camera was ruined when I brought it in. It was obvious she was not going to admit to any wrong doing, and if I wanted it fixed I’d have to go to the Apple store. When I took it to Apple, they showed me pictures of how Kendall had removed the camera flex cable from the board and had folded it underneath the display flex cable. The display bottom cowling was missing 2 screws and the top cowling was missing a screw and was turned 45 degrees from its resting position. Because of her negligence, it ruined my phone and made it unfixable. It also voided the warranty on my phone. Cellairis denied everything, and in the process of sending Jenn (the manager) a text about the problem, Melissa Garcia got involved and was very rude. Jenn started out being nice until she realized her technician had messed up and made my phone unfixable. Then, she wanted to put my old screen back on in an attempt to cover up what her technician had done! (They are claiming that my phone was ran over by a car. That is UNTRUE. If it had been ran over by a car the back would have been broken as well. It did fall off the top of my car onto pavement, but it WASNT ran over by a car). She also tried to back down from the “Genuine Apple Screen” claim. Trust me, you will be MUCH better off to pay the extra $30 and go to the Apple store to have it fixed. Otherwise, you’ll end up paying $400 for a new phone!!! I had the Apple technician give me a report of what he found if anyone is interested in seeing it!

Bad experience. Took my phone to get the screen replaced Saturday the girl seemed to have issues since she kept popping the screen back open and was just rushing through it. Sunday night the LCD starting messing up. Went back this morning to get the issue fixed and they try to tell me it was basically my fault and that theyd repair it but id have to pay again since their warranty didnt cover it. If i wouldve known i was going to have this issue i wouldve gone elsewhere, $170 gone down the drain for a screen that didnt even last me 2 days.

If I could give it no stars I would have. And I am not trying to be a hateful person, but the customer service I received today from the down stairs cellairis was beyond awful. My experience happened at 11:00am today, it is now 11:00pm and I am still upset about the whole thing. The girl working was very rude to me, talked about me badly to the other employee in front of me, and was so unprofessional it was unreal. The male employee working with her was very professional and handled my situation very nicely and he was understanding. It is sad that I will never come back to this kiosk again because of how badly I was treated. The whole thing overall was extremely unprofessional , misleading, and stressful. And dont even try to speak to a manager. The girl refused to give me the managers number.

Cellairis is awesome! I absolutely love the case and screen protector I got. I drop my phone all the time, usually on concrete lol, and not a scratch or crack in sight! I was an otterbox fan before trying this, and cellairis is just as good (if not better, because its more sleek) and more affordable! The people who run the local branch are amazing too. Sold me a screen protector for my phone..dropped it and my entire phone screen destroyed..spoke to male Rep who said call for jan or Hannah and they will replace it..INSTEAD Morgan answers the phone, claims neither manager is in and even if they were in, they are not going to do anything about it as the screen protector does not guarantee to protect my phone screen! Really? So I purchased the product for that reason but yet you admit it sold on a lie?!?

I am not one to leave a negative review but my experience with this process and the store manager, Melissa has been so bad that I could definitely say it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced...DO NOT GET YOUR CELL PHONE SCREEN OR BATTERY REPAIRED HERE! The screen repair and battery replacement process at this location is VERY misleading! This has been my THIRD time back due to the screen that they used to replace my Iphone 6s was very poor. The screen they used made the coloring of my screen darker and the main issue I had was the buttons not working when I texted a message. It took me 3 times to go back to the mall in a matter of 2 weeks because of this and the manager Melissa was VERY RUDE. She was very dismissive, hostile, and she would lie as well. She kept on blaming me for everything and made it such a hassle to do any kind of business with her. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody and your Phone will NOT be the same so save your money and go to the apple store upstairs if you ever need a replacement of any kind because your phone will NOT be the same after it goes through Cellairis. She has no sense of customer service and will give you the run around on why she cant do certain things. Do NOT fall for the 90 day warranty guarantee because the screens and batteries she uses is NOT of the same quality and all she is worried about is her business and how she can make money. Her response as to why she cant give me a refund is because the battery was already used and she wouldnt be able to use it again for her business (how is that MY fault though?!?!?!). I was NOT going to take a chance on going back to her a FOURTH time which was why I wanted a refund because obviously her products that she uses to repair the phones are of POOR quality. STAY AWAY FROM MELISSA AND CELLAIRIS!!!
