I went to get the battery replaced in my Pixel 3a as it was starting to bulge (which can be dangerous) and I wanted to keep the phone another year. While replacing the battery, the phone was damaged and wouldnt turn on. They replaced my phone with another Pixel 3a while also not charging me for the battery replacement. Thats the kind of customer service I like and I would definitely go there again.

I wasted time and effort on this place. Took my baby with me to the location since the phone representatives told me that my insurance can cover the cost. Made appt. Verified by phone again prior to heading over today and they checked if its in stock, etc.Drove half hour to find out I have to pay and insurance wont cover it. I went in without an appointment to get my iPhone battery replaced. I had to wait a while in line—there were two people ahead of me—but the service was prompt and professional with each customer, including me. I was quoted a three hour turnaround time, but once I got my phone back, I saw they had texted a mere 45 minutes later saying my phone was ready! No complaints—I had plenty of errands to run. Had I opened my laptop and had WiFi, I would have seen the text. Would highly recommend this shop!

I recently sent my note 9 phone via sprint asura..... insurance company for repair and they lost my for 3-4weeks and without being repaired and I demanded that they return my phone immediately. They claim that they will replace my phone with a $300 deductible as I reply no thanks, because I would like my phone back while continuing to try to sale more phone and home electronics insurance. But decided to take it here first instead. Just to see what they would say. They took my phone in the back and all that was wrong was, I had dirt in my charging port. Anyways, they repaired it for free.

Great work on my note 20 5g.. fast and friendly service.. the only thing I have a problem with is all the emails Im getting now. Did not ask for them and dont want them. Other than that they were great. Phone working like new. Price was even better.

Totally off track on timing, they will mislead you on timing and don’t really care about it. I was told it will be fixed Same day so I drove 40 minutes to them and once there they said to come back the next day, but when I came the next day I still had to wait and again no one seemed to care about it. The customer service was horrible but the lady was one who honestly tried and could and would help but clearly the rest of the team who clearly did not care about any of this did not even allow her. It’s really sad to see how great potentious places can be ruined by the total indifference of employees about sticking to timelines and taking their job seriously. It’s not just about fixing.

Brought in my 2011 MacBook via my Home+ and they did a great job on repairing my laptop.

My front and back screen on my phone was broken. I was able to bring it in on my lunch and pick it up after work. It was quick and easy and the guy at the front desk was so nice!

This is the second time I have used this You Break, I Fix store. Both times they were able to fix my granddaughter’s shattered phone. All under an hour. They were very helpful and professional. Not saying it was cheap, but certainly less than having to buy a new phone.

The key part that I truly loved about this next go around was the fact stayed in communication with during this whole process. In the end, he was not able repair my Playstation, and Roberto held up his promise. He replaced my Playstation with a new one, and I’m happy to say that this second experience was enjoyable. Due to Roberto’s action and swiftness…he has earned my business again and I am happy to say that UbreakIfix takes care of their customers the correct way. I brought in my PS4 to be looked at, but not to be fixed (only if price was fair), but to confirm the issue that Ive already identified and was going to fix on my on own. Granted, maybe I shouldve moved forward with my own repair...but it wouldnt hurt to get a second opinion. Plus the part was going to cost a lot cheaper than cost and labor. Since Ive identified the issue as the disc drive, although it wasnt reading ...it was at least still spinning. So I took it there to be looked at and was given a 48hr window for them to diagnose and reach out to me with the results.Well that was the beginning of the lie...nearly a week went by and no response...so I reached out to them...and it wasnt even touched. So I get the reassurance that it will looked at that day and someone call later that evening or in the morning...WRONG. 2 days gone by and iIhad to call them again...same scenario different story. Another day or 2 goes by and i called again...this time they mentioned that they ordered a new drive and they are waiting for it to come in. At this point we are past a week and now I have to wait some additional time for this part to come in. My issue at that point was that no one, nobody, no-thing called me AT ALL to keep me posted. All efforts of communication came from me.Now fast forward, we are all ready into week 2, Im still calling ...hoping that we should be good...but I get the part just came in this morning bit, we will call you this evening. LOL So the next day after one more call I still didnt get any answers...but later on I finally received a text to call ...only for them to say we cant fix it and they THINK its the motherboard. At that point all of my cares went out the door...and all I wanted to do was pickup my device.Although, I couldnt use the disc drive...I could still play downloaded games, But I brought it home just to realize that the disc drive wont accept discs or power on....so now I received my device in worse condition than how I gave it to them. When I called to voice my concerns....they said and I quote YOU CAN BRING IT BACK HERE FOR US TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED, BUT WE WILL PUT YOU LAST IN QUEUE. SO IT WILL BE A WEEK AND HALF BEFORE WE WILL GET TO IT. Like i just literally left your store.

We had a problem with an unresponsive phone. We called Samsung tech support and they werent able to help and recommended uBbreakiFix. We left the phone with them and they said it may take a couple of hours. They had it fixed in an hour. We had 2 associates work with us and they were courteous and really know what they were doing.

I went in because I drilled out a stripped screw on my ps4 and also broke a grounding clip while doing it. I looked online to see if anyone had the things I needed but they didn’t or they were just out of stock so I called and they said they’d be able to help, so I took in my ps4 and they replaced the screw and the grounding clip for free. All the people there are super nice and will do there best to help with whatever you need.

You better really investigate your screen repair!!!! I drove off and 2 weeks later see a crack or scratch only visible when sun shines directly on blacked out screen. It was DEFECTIVE and they say it is MY fault.it has had a cover on it ever since my repair! Ohhhh yeah,it would not be their defective screencover...oh nooo. Filing a formal complaint for them not making it right! Beware.

I called about five different places before I called you break I fix in Buford! They were the cheapest and they did quality work with a fantastic warranty! And the people there were extremely nice and very polite. I highly recommend this place for any repairs on phones laptops or gaming systems

I was having issues with my phone not booting up after a software update so I took my phone to this location to see what the problem is and hope to get it fixed. The staff member told me that he opened up the phone and saw that it was water damage and that was the reason why my phone wouldnt boot up successfully. I then call Samsung support and had my phone shipped to the Samsung Repair Center to get it looked at. Not once did Samsung said that my phone was water damaged. Samsung realized that it was a software update that was giving it issues and gave me a free warranty repair. For this to be a Samsung Authorized repair shop I was extremely disappointed. I even told the staff member that the A50 models are known to sometimes have issues due to recent software updates. I feel that this location did not take the time to way out all possible outcomes on why my phone wasnt working and just jumped to one conclusion off the bat to say that this the reason why my phone was not working (Water Damage) while that wasnt even the reason for the problem .

Being a teacher and only computer I have to work over the summer I took my computer to have it checked because it was overheating. The person took my information and let me know they would contact me within an hour or so with information. BTW, the diagnostic was FREE. Took my Samsung Note 10 to these guys due to low temp error sensor reading and my phone would not charge each time I plugged it in. Turns out to be a defective wireless port charging temp sensor . They had to order the part but when the part came in the phone was repaired the same day. Glad to know these guys are there. Brandon and Gabriel were on the spot and amazing. I had an issue with an old iPhone not charging after getting wet. They cleaned it up & it worked intermittently. They said to fix it, they would have to replace the charging port, but since it had water damage, they could not warranty the repair ( a little concerning).They had the fix done in a few hours and it works great. Saved me from having to buy an $800 iPhone.

Super friendly professional employees. If you have a Samsung device they must fix everything wrong with the phone. I needed a new speaker and also have a slight crack in the top corner. They couldnt just fix the speaker. They must fix everything wrong with the phone if its a Samsung.
