After 5 years and a landscaper mishap, my highway transporter needed paint correction and its paint protection reapplied. I sourced several entities and options before choosing U.S. Auto Spa and chose them after speaking in-depth with Steve, the owner. I am very glad I did. My experience with Mr. Phillips was nothing short of phenomenal. He went above and beyond to ensure that my car was “perfect”.I first got ceramic coating done back on FRI, 11JUL. Prior to making the decision to work with US Autospa, I had shopped around a bit. Additionally, I had a email discussion with a follow-up phone discussion with Mr. Phillips. As a car enthusiast for a few years, I felt that I was quite familiar with auto detailing and protection products: I had installed PPF on my 2006 BMW M3 coupe back in early 2006 as well as done ceramic coating to a family vehicle; I have done much of the detailing of my own vehicles with various products from Swissvax to P21S to Menzerna to Einszett to Adams, etc.Mr. Phillips was patient in addressing my questions and concerns regarding the right ceramic coating for my newly purchased 2021 Audi S6. There was no pressure at all to commit to him nor to purchase the most expensive ceramic coating; rather, he was helpful and supportive in my deciding on what was the right ceramic coating for me…not what he thought would be best without regard of from where I was coming. Furthermore, he did not make any negative comments regarding other products nor any other detailing companies.After our discussions, I decided upon using Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra. I also decided upon getting ceramic coating for the wheels and for all trim to which ceramic coating could be applied.I picked up the car on SUN, 13JUL. It looked amazing. Mr. Phillips walked me through the process undertaken as well as damage/blemishes that were found. I was already aware of the blemishes prior to dropping the car off with US Autospa for ceramic coating. These were sustained during my daily driving from date of purchase (15MAY) to the dropoff day (11JUL).I drove the car nearly 800 miles over the course of 4 weeks before bringing it back to him. I had chosen not to wash/detail the vehicle during that time. We went over the status of the ceramic coating. He walked me through and did a fresh wash/detailing. It was a great learning experience as he gave me opportunity to learn hands-on during this follow-up process. He was patient in showing me what to do and to improve what I have been doing.I recommend US Autospa to anyone without reservation for any detailing needs including ceramic coating. We originally went to Steven’s business for window tinting after searching around the local area for services. We were so impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was on exactly what we needed and what we were looking for. Not only did he fit me into his busy schedule to have a fast turn around, but he also took the time to clean up an additional stain on the front passenger seat. He went above and beyond in customer service and provided the additional service at no extra charge. He also took the time to explain additional services to help preserve the interior of the car as well as Ceramic Coating to help preserve the exterior of the car. He provided us with multiple options and explained how this service could benefit in the event of a resale in the future. As far as the tinting goes, it was JUST what I was looking for while also fitting my budget. It knocked down the Georgia heat several degrees while commuting for work around the city. Will definitely be back for additional services and I couldn’t recommend a more friendlier, more knowledgeable person to work with.

We took my Wifes Honda Civic here to get window tinting done. Pricing was very good and his window tint guy did an amazing job. Steven also noticed a stain on the front seat of my wifes car and cleaned it free of charge even though we did not bring the car there for any detailing work! SO happy I found this place! My six-year-old left the side door to our van open all night during a rain storm, and the interior carpet got saturated. After spending a few hours in the hot sun the next day it smelled like cheese and death. It was horrific. I called several places--one of which told me to just put towels down--but when I spoke with Steve at US Auto Spa I could tell he knew what he was talking about, and we brought the van there.Steve was very personable and professional, and informed us ahead of time what all would be involved, including the respective costs of each portion of the treatment and final estimated cost for the full service, making sure we were OK with the price before he even started.When we came to pick the van up the next day, we were absolutely stunned at how much different it looked and smelled. To go from decay and stinky cheese to a completely neutral smell that quickly--I didnt think it was possible. We even waited a week from our visit before writing this review to make sure none of the smell came back, and it hasnt.This wasnt a quick $100 single-pass surface-only steam cleaning job; this was a major deep cleaning and odor removal, and not only was Steve able to do it quickly and exceptionally well, but he was able to do it for what I consider to be a heck of a good deal. I will never go to anyone else for vehicle detailing, and neither should you.

After an unknown mishap with some milk being spilled in my car, I noticed a terrible odor. It didnt help that my car had also sat in the sun for a week while we had been on vacation. Upon our return we found out the issue and immediately knew we would need some assistance. As soon as I talked to Steven, I knew that US Auto Spa was the place to be. Good afternoon auto enthusiast,I’ve been detailing cars for well over 40 years and I decided to purchase a 2015 535I, that was in really good shape.Unfortunately the exterior of the vehicle was not treated properly, those of you who are familiar with ceramic coatings and paint correction will understand this.The surface of the paint felt like a non-slip floor not quite sandpaper— I would normally get my buffer out and Claybar and do this myself, but I knew I was in over my head.I met Steven USAutoSpa through a mutual business acquaintance and decided to take the vehicle to his shop.USAutoSpa Took all the time I needed to answer all the various questions I had being familiar with the industry—Steven cut right to the chase and we talked about paint correction, decontamination and ceramic coatings. I called Steven with US Auto SPA to discuss my ceramic coating that he had applied 2 yrs ago (2019). The ceramic coating is guaranteed for 9-10 years not to fade or discolored. Steven came out and did a refresh on the coating which is recommended every year. Did a great job. But after he left my house I noticed where he did not clean inside the gas cap lid. Did not bother me. Then later this year I noticed that the ceramic coating did not seem quite as slick in some spots. I called Steven up and we discussed what might be going on. As my car sits out all day and is not garaged the sun and rain can do a number on it. So I took it to Steven and after discussing the ceramic coating and the fact that he had missed a spot he redid a refresh on the ceramic coating for free. All I can say is WOW!!! Here is someone who stands by their work and is customer oriented. The car looks fabulous just as if it had just come out of the factory. I learned some things about what I needed to do to keep the ceramic coat in tip top shape. Need to wash and rinse every six weeks (touchless). Ceramic coating is the way to go. Keeps your car looking new as well as you no longer have to use all sorts of products to get the bugs off. They come off with just a simple pray of water or even just your wetted finger. Steven stands behind his work. 100% satisfied customer. Get your car Ceramic coated you will not be disappointed.

I used this business to mitigate cigarette odor in a pre-owned Mercedes I recently purchased from a local dealership. I could not be more pleased with Steven’s services. The scent is imperceptible. I was asked (nicely) several times to write a review, which I am happy to do because the people need to know about US Auto Spa. My wife and I bought a CX-5 Diesel I could only find at Carvana. Its perfect for us but it had been heavily smoked in and was generally gross on the inside- a deal-breaker for my wife. Steven took us in over a holiday weekend, kept the car one extra day, basically did double all of the work to deliver us a totally smoke-free car before the week started. I waited about a week to write this review to see if the smoke smell would come back, and it has not at all! Maybe we could have paid less somewhere else or gone through Carvana to save money, but we had to get the best quality smoke treatment possible and thats exactly what we got. They are upfront and straightforward with pricing- always keeping me updated with how much it will cost and asking for permission to go ahead before doing the work. It makes me so happy to see my wife enjoying her special new car.

I met Steven many years ago when I needed to prep a travel trailer for sale, wanting it to look good for its new owners. Having come through for me in a big way, I have kept in touch with Steven over the years. I recently purchased a 2016 Jaguar F-Type S AWD worthy and in need of the highest level of detail services available and Steven was my go-to man. I got my 2021 Acura RDX done with a 5 year ceramic coat, and boy was it worth it! Stephen took me on short noticed and delivered on time still. The car was as clean as it came when we bought it, and the paint was so smooth from the coat. Its day 3 and there is barely any pollen collected on it; especially when you compare it to the other cars around the neighborhood. Im looking forward to my yearly decon wash because Stephen truly does an amazing job, and is great to work with!

After several coffee spills, bumps and scraps, and 3.5 years of neglect, it was time to give my 2015 Toyota Camry some TLC. Not long ago, I bought a Honda CRV with low mileage, and I recently hired US Auto Spa to come out and detail it for me. I was expecting good results, but what I didnt expect was for the car to look like it just rolled off the production line. I thought the car looked before, but now it looks AMAZING! I had a small scratch on the back side that he fixed, and its like it never was there at all. Im very impressed with his paint correction skills.This was more than a mobile detailing job. This was a work of true art. Dont bother using other auto detailing companies or car washes. Go to Steven. The man is a magician!

Steven completed a full interior and exterior detail on my wife’s M-B E350 4Matic today, worked for hours without taking a breath, and it shows. The end result is stunning, better than when we drove it off the Mercedes dealer’s lot several years ago. Even though it has been well-maintained and garaged except when parked outside in PA during ski season, we could not believe the difference! I Had asked Steven to really focus on the interior, and he knocked it out of the park. Totally satisfied, my wife is thrilled, and I will be asking Steven to add my M-B S550 to his care as well. Seemed expensive before the work was done, but I now I fully appreciate that I got more than my money’s worth. Lots of value with Steven’s work.

Steven delivers! Made an appointment for mobile detailing as a surprise for my partner. Steven was on time, professional, and went above and beyond with the exterior. Amazingly smooth paint on a getting-older truck, and hopefully some protection from the elements that last.

My car was in very good condition overall, but had scratches on the hood and bumper and the interior carpets needed a good cleaning. Found Steven’s business on Google maps. It was a weekend and I wanted to get an immediate appointment. Steven was prompt in contacting me via phone and explained his services. I requested an interior/exterior detail. He quoted me a price of $275-$350. When he arrived, he reviewed my vehicle and said that he expected to come in on the low end of the quote. Upon completion, the inside of the vehicle was well done. On the exterior, Steven said he was unable to get out the scratches on the hood and that it could only be done by wet sanding. He also said that he considers my car a “utility car” and did not recommend future detailing. He charged me $350, but said he would give me a “new resident” discount down to $315. I give Steven a “5” for interior, “3” for exterior and “3” for clarity of communication and “2” for price/value. I do recommend using Steven if you have a premium vehicle and have a clear idea of what you want to achieve.

US Auto Spa used there odor removal techniques on a vehicle I had bought not knowing it had been a smoker vehicle, I thought there was no way the smell would be able to be removed. The work was way beyond expectation, there is zero trace of the smoke smell all while being at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Steve did an amazing job on my infiniti qx80. The vehicles interior and exterior were in bad shape and he made it look new again. If you need a very meticulous detailing then US auto spa is the place to go. Planning on bringing other vehicle in soon.

Firstly, let me state that this is third time I have had US Auto Spa to my home to detail my vehicle. That said, US Auto Spa has done an absolutely fantastic job of transitioning my car from show-room ready to show-car ready. Driving a new car off the lot I felt as though my car would never look better than it did... and I was wrong. Completely wrong. There can be many issues with your cars paint as it makes the trek from the factory floor to the dealership. Rail car dust, paint contamination, improper care from inexperienced detailers, the list goes on and on. I called US Auto Spa to have Steven come out and take a look and establish a baseline care plan for my car and, per the usual, was blown away.Steven arrived early on a Saturday, did a thorough walkaround, and went over all of the good and all of the bad of the Corvette’s paint. We walked around the car for a good half an hour as he pointed out areas that I had never considered to check and pointed out different imperfections in the paint that ranged from pretty obvious to ones that could only be seen in the right light in the right conditions. This level of scrutiny US Auto Spa puts the paint under takes a lot of time and effort and underlines the exact reason why you should call in the best to care for you car. US Auto Spa focuses on QUALITY and not QUANTITY which the opposite of every other detailer I’ve approached and as such you will not be disappointed with the finished product.So, as stated above, US Auto Spa arrived early Saturday morning, gave a detailed inspection and breakdown of what they recommended and what it would cost, and immediately got to work. They worked from 7 in the morning until almost 6 at night to get the car appropriately paint corrected and treated so that a ceramic coating could be laid on early Sunday morning. Even before the ceramic, the car had an almost heavenly shine and sheen to it… almost as if the paint gave off light.Early Sunday, US Auto Spa arrived to coat the car in ceramic. They did the coating in multiple stages and applied a harder coating on the surfaces likely to be hit with road debris or rubbed up against in a parking lot followed up with a coating that pushed the paint over to a heavenly shine. I’m so thankful I called US Auto Spa to do this before I started driving the car as it looks better than I ever could have imagined and I don’t have the usual anxiety associated with my paint being wrecked with normal driving. US Auto Spa’s work has exceeded my expectations again; you can see this car shine from space!As a final disclaimer, it doesn’t matter what kind of car you drive for US Auto Spa to give it the Ferrari treatment. I’ve called for my trucks and my SUVs that were not in any way special, but the treatment was top notch and they looked absolutely wonderful. If you want a quality job, this is the only company to do it… and as always, you get what you pay for. If someone says they will detail, paint correct, and ceramic coat your car in half a day for $500 run, not walk, away!

I got an outer and inner detail on my car and it looks 100% better! This place did an awesome job and I would highly recommend. There are some crevices where I found where they did miss but overall did a great job.

I can’t say enough about the amazing service I received at US Auto Spa! I was transferred a company vehicle from out of state and when I received the vehicle it had a grotesque odor of cigarette smoke mixed with several scents to try and mask the odor. I did extensive research online regarding smoke odor removal and US Auto Spa popped up with this service and had great reviews. Steven was a pleasure to work with, extremely educated and thorough about what the odor removal process involved and he even went above and beyond to service my vehicle last minute...on a weekend to accommodate my work schedule. When I picked it up I didnt realize that it had swirls and scratches in the paint. I had know that I wanted to get a ceramic coating but now needed a piant correction as well. I researched online for a local shop that could handle the services I needed. I found one shop and then ran their quote by a friend of mine that installs ceramic coating in NJ. When I told him all the work I was needing he said I should only use a shop that has been perfor.jng paint corrections and ceramic coatings for a long time as them truly know the process. I only wanted to put my new car in trusted hands. So my friend in NJ contacted the manufacturer of Cermoc Pro and they instantly suggested Steven and his team at US Auto Spa. I contacted Steven and promptly received a response. He sent me a quote, called me to ensure I knew everything entailed and then explained everything to me. There were other items I ended up wanting to get like window tints, wheels off coating, leather treatment for the interior and glass coatings. The price was more than fair for a professional service like this. I was able to corredinate with Steven and his team to find a good time for me to leave my car with him while I was out of town. After recently inheriting my wifes old car (and kid mobile) I wanted the vehicle to be detailed asap. After checking and calling a few different places I settled on U.S. Auto Spa. After talking with them I felt confident that the expectations set out were reasonable and that the price was competitive.They came today to take care of my car and the difference was amazing! I had a full interior detail done along with a basic wash. The car looks 150% better! The mats which were filthy and one had gum stuck on it all came clean! Steven has been taking care of my car for about a year and a half now. I could not be more pleased. He is honest, friendly and dependable. He comes to my office and cleans my car while I work; what could be more convenient? He does an outstanding job every single time. Steven did a great job on the ceramic coating for my Mustang. He was very attentive to the few minor flaws in my paint and corrected them. The best part about the entire experience is that he was very helpful and open about the entire process and went out of his way to make sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I have actually reached out to him about how to keep my car looking great and he is still very helpful, which is very uncommon nowadays. He really cares about what he does and takes care of customers. Would strongly recommend the crystal serum coating for a great shine on your vehicle.

US Auto Spa came out to my home and cleaned my wifes Honda Pilot yesterday. He spent 4 hours working on it, and now it looks better than the day we bought it. We have two dogs we transport in the car somewhat regularly and there isnt a trace of dog hair left in the car. He was even able to remove some paint marks we had on the front passenger side from where wed nicked the garage pulling in. Id highly recommend that you give them a call if you are in need of having your car detailed, or if you just want to spoil someone with a nice gift.

Steven with US Auto Spa was super helpful - I had an interior leak in my car coming from sunroof drain hoses, which led to mold/mildew problems and excessive moisture. He told me exactly how to fix my issue and was very kind & responsive to all of my questions. I am very grateful for his assistance. :)

Steven did an excellent job on my black car. I sent an email and he called within a few hours and was able to set up an appointment for the following morning. I was very impressed with his quick response. Im sure he had several more cars to do that day, but I was pleased with the amount of time he spent talking to me about my car. I never once felt like he was rushing to get on with his day. He made my car shine like new! I definitely recommend his services.

Gave US Auto Spa a call because I wanted to get my truck prepared to sell. They were incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. I appreciated their expertise so I booked an appointment.Arrived on time. After that they proceeded to work his magic on my vehicle for the next couple of hours, all in the parking lot of my employer so I could continue working during the day.US Auto Spa added a lot of value to my truck and was worth spending a little bit to get it back in great shape. Im amazed at what it looks like now compared to before and would definitely recommend an engine cleaning/greasing on top of the interior/exterior detail. Worth it. Highly recommended!

I called US Auto Spa yesterday and had the pleasure of speaking to Steve the owner. The reason for my call was I purchased a car and have a 7 day window to keep or send the car back . Upon the delivery of the car I was warned that the vehicle had a pet smell that was not noticed immediately. I called to get a quote about detailing and cleaning the interior of this vehicle . After explaining to me the difficulty in removing certain types of pet odors . Steve suggested rather than take my money and not be able to guarantee the desired result I hope for his honest opinion was that I should send the car back and start over. Not the news I wanted but for this guy to spend 15 minutes on the phone with me giving me his advice rather than just taking my money and not caring at all is pretty cool. I will be using Us Auto Spa in the future and thank you again for the advice !

I bought a new motorcycle this winter that I could barely use due to weather conditions so it’s basically still new. I thought it was perfect, but before riding season started I thought I would detail it and put some protection on it. I called US Auto Spa and they have been very prompt in coming out and doing the job. I didn’t think it could look better but boy was I wrong...Steven is a magician and a true professional. The showroom floor quality that I had on my bike has been blown out of the water by Steven’s expertise. I will definitely use US Auto Spa again! Thank you Steven!

Steve was awesome! Our puppy got sick in our car and he said he can get it out. He met us even when he said he was booked full. He kept his word. The floor and seat are both spotless and it smells 100% better. Highly recommend!

Great job! My car looked brand new after us auto spa was finished with it. Cleaned all the nooks and crannies inside and out. Very pleased and will def call him for the next service we need to our vehicles.

I needed some scratches removed from a black car in order to get top dollar when selling. Stevens communication was excellent and having him on site meant we could agree on the desired results before committing to a price. Had a serious and complex issue with the paint, and US Auto Spa did an excellent job. Car shines like a mirror and paint is now fully protected. Great job!

UPDATE: I have two black vehicles that were showing some wear from sitting outside in the elements. I called Steven and he came over and looked at them. He recommended cleaning the vehicles properly, performing paint correction, and applying a 3 year ceramic coating. After several hours on each vehicle, they shined liked new and I now I know I have protection on my vehicles no matter what comes their way. A day later I took one out and got caught in a rain storm. The water doesnt bead - it literally rolls off the hood and afterward, the vehicle still looks clean! Steven also applied the ceramic coating on the windows and windshield. As always, Steven provided top notch quality service. Do your car a favor and give him a call!!I bought my daughter a car for college and it had been smoked in. I first took it to one of the local car washes and paid $50 for them to shampoo the carpets. It may have helped a little but it didnt come close to getting the smell out of the car. I starting calling specialists and that is where I found Steven. He educated me on what a good detail shop is all about and told me he could get the most if not all the smoke smell out of the car. Keep in mind smoke is very hard to get rid of. Steven showed up on time and went to work. He worked relentlessly on the car for about 3 hours and when he was done, it smelled so fresh and clean. He has the expertise and the equipment to do the job with excellence. He shampooed the carpets, seats, and even cleaned other parts of the car (e.g. the headliner) that had absorbed the smoke. My daughter was so happy! Steven is a man of integrity who can be trusted and is an expert in his field. If you want excellent work and want your autos, motorcycles, etc to look like new let Steve take of them for you. Keeping an auto clean will help it retain its value. For all your detail needs, I highly recommend Steven.

Steve has worked on two of our cars (repeat customers)! He came out and brought everything he needed to my home.These were separate experiences, but both were great. He is passionate about his job and made both cars look great. The paint is so smooth and looks brand new. I received excellent service and quality. I called US Auto Spa because there was some very stinky spillage on the passenger side of my car, and it needed to be thoroughly detailed anyway. The owner, Steve, is extremely professional and courteous, and has excellent communication throughout the entire process, from setting the appointment to the service. He personally worked on my car. After he was done with the interior and exterior detail it looked amazing! It hasnt looked that good since I bought it in 2010. Actually I dont even think it looked that good when I bought it brand new. He has great attention to detail and will go the extra mile to ensure that his customers are happy. it may be more expensive than your run of the mill auto detail but it is worth it. Oh and he did a great job getting rid of the bad odor. I will use US Auto Spa again.

US Auto Spa is the only detailing company that I use for my vehicles. Ive tried others, and none come close. I have a classic vehicle, that had been repainted. They were able to tell me about the issues with my paint, and made my car look absolutely spectacular. I could not ask for a more trustworthy auto detailer.

I had a half gallon of milk explode in my vehicle. After trying everything and still having a lingering smell, I called Steve. It had been a month since the initial incident, and the smell was deep in the carpet pad. He worked on it for hours the first day getting it clean as deep as possible. A few days later, a smell came back. I called him and he came back and worked on it just as long again, making sure no smell remained, even though it was likely mildew from my attempts instead of the milk smell. Now, almost a month later, I cannot smell anything lingering in my vehicle.

Showed up when he said he would and did a great job on my black G37. Theres a huge difference between the $49 polish at local car washes and what you get here. The addage you get what you pay for certainly applies to the quality of work done when it comes to detailing. US Auto Spa used top quality products in their arsenal to make my car squeeky clean. Steve is the real deal. He did an amazing job on my 7 year old Goldwing. It was simply a mess, came down here from NJ in March was caught in a snow storm and had nowhere to clean it since arriving. I gave it to Steve and he said not to worry he will take care it. I was blown away when I saw it, better job than I would have been able to do. Steve has a great personalty, I enjoyed talking with him. I will be using USA Auto Spa again.Fast Forward to 2018Best service, latest technology and products all being used and applied by an expert. Steve brought my Fathers beach car back to showroom condition today! I actually found Steve back in 2013 when we moved down here, I had rode my Goldwing down from NJ and ran into very bad weather.. Long story short I researched for best bike detailers and found Steve. After 5 minutes of talking I knew I had the right guy. 5 years later he still is the right guy!

Horrible! Expensive and Worst service ever! I wont call him again. He scratched my car. Worst place In infinity and ps Im not a hater Im just stating the truth. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Never ever again the not careful clown scratches cars for an expensive price. Horrible service and attitude. Never come to this place.
