After looking at 7 Jetta TDi Wagons - all high mileage, came across Wolfgangs- and while higher mileage than others and not as clean - they had clearly carried out the 100K+ service; added new tires, new disk rotors, timing belt, etc. So I was willing to pay asking and got a 60 day warranty thrown in. I subsequently had a few issues with the A/C and EGR! All of which Vladimir honored without a quibble. It was a pleasure dealing with Vlad and his team. The EGR issues were resolved and its humming along beautifully. I highly recommend Vlad to buy from, or provide honest cost effective and quality service.

I bought a car from this business about 3 months ago. Initially we were going to finance the car, so the salesman - George - sent the title to the finance co, however while still at the dealership we decided to pay our of pocket so the title had to be sent back to the shop. Ive confirmed by FedEx that the title was returned and signed for by the owner but NOW they cant locate it. That, in and of itself is ok, the prob is that the salesman George isnt putting forth any effort to get a replacement title. I called several times now theyre just not answering. Dont recommend this place.

These guys are great! I wish I could give 10 stars. So courteous, honest and helpful. My wife bought a sparkling van at an affordable price from here more than a year ago and we have referred some friends to them who did the same too. No complaints whatsoever. Cars are running great.Today my own Camry which I did not buy or do oil changes from here, has been having oil leak issues. I had done a couple of repairs elsewhere which did not fixed the issue. Puddles of oil leak onto the floor in my garage and driveway. Not until I came to Wolfgangs Auto today. They checked my car and found the issue. They said a part was not correctly fixed back on after my previous oil change which I did at Express Oil Change in Buford. I never told Wolfgang about the oil change but I noticed this issue began after my oil change at Express Oil Change.Guess what? Wolfgang fixed my excessive oil leak issue free of charge for something they were not the cause of.To be honest, Im sitting here pinching myself. Any auto service could have lied and keep sucking you dry.I never knew people like this still exist in this world. They make the world a better place to live in. Thank you guys! We drove over an hour to look at a Mazda mx 5 they had listed at a price that was more than excellent condition value. they REPEATED to my wife and I several times that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car and that everything worked fine. All that was a lie! they pulled the car around the paint on the door was faded which was unnoticeable in the pics. The rims were rusted, the AC did not work, and the top would not fold down. then he actually had the nerve to ask if we wanted to test drive which there was not enough gas in it even if we wanted to. I can tell you that honesty is far from their strong point. this car they have listed at 6900 is worth 1500 on its best day. do not wastes your time as we did.

To make a long story short my son purchased a car from this place in December. Within the first week he broke down and we got it towed back to wolf gang. They supposedly fixed it. My son really wanted this car and didn’t won’t to return it. After about a week or two we got the car back from Wolf Gang and broke down on the side of the road traveling back home , I called and let them know that we broke down on and was on the side of the road(the oil pressure dropped) the guy told me to drive it home since I wasn’t far. We didn’t make it. All of this happened in December. We once again got it towed back to them and picked up in January the end of January they actually kept the car for a month. (Now passed the 30-day warranty). Ending my rant now but as of today this car has stopped working again and has been in a different shop for a month. Now my son is paying for a car that he has on been able to drive for one month and a few days purchasing it in December.

They stand by their cars, and are great with helping you find exactly the car you need.

I was looking to buy a minivan for my wife, I found a 2013 Toyota Sienna XLE yesterday. We went this afternoon to look at it and immediately felt like this place is shady. Tiny office and no one there to service you. I honestly dont know how they got so many people to put 5 star reviews because there was no one there working. We waited for over 15 mins I finally went in the service area and they didnt know where the guy was and said they would look for him. We waited 10 mins longer and decided to leave, while walking to our car we saw the guy that went to look for salesman. He was with him and all he said was can I help you? Not sorry for the wait or no tone of we appreciate you, it was more like we were bothering him. Was not friendly at all, again not sure where people feel this place is professional or polite but, I guess that proves that you cant believe reviews. It is really a roll of the dice anymore. In conclusion, dont buy a car here ever!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle from Wolfgangs and they made a commitment to make two repairs if I brought the vehicle back at later day. I brought it back three weeks later and they made the repairs as promised and included a loaner vehicle. They even ordered a new part and made an additional repair because it wasnt right then replaced a lightbulb. I highly recommend recommend this place!

I am not one to leave a bad review I normally take things in stride. With that said if you are like me I do check reviews to know what I am getting into. If you are looking to shop online with this small hometown dealership you wont get far. My experience with George the salesperson was below unprofessionalism would never return calls would even evade phones calls. I guess shipping a vehicle out of state was too much for his workload. I wasnt looking to finance. I was paying cash outright. Wolfgang you guys need a better sales person someone with people skills and customer service ability. Otherwise why even advertised on the web?

They are amazing! Found them through a referral because Atlanta Classic Mercedes Benz service told me I had a blown head gasket and required a repair for $7,800 or to trade the car in. But WOLFGANG fixed the real issue for $294. The dealer had it all wrong. Won’t ever go back to the dealer again for repairs.

Absolutely no professionalism or help. First of all I Got an approval from the bank no one called me to say I was approved, then once I CALLED to find out the car I was approved for was sold! Then I submitted again ( on my own with no help or guidance from a salesperson) got another approval but still no assistance. The bank say one thing and they tell you something different....they make you feel invaluable as a customer.

I found this group of people to be the most unprofessional and shady group of people I have ever come in contact with. This group is a prime example of what gives the auto industry a bad name. After giving them $1,000 down on a car for my step son. I asked them to get the emissions done, they would not comply and therefore we could not get a tag for the car. I was there yesterday I called one of the owners on cell the day before to let him know i was coming and didnt need financing. I live sixty miles away. Vlad welcomed me to have the car checked out independently.I was there with my 18 years old daughter.she needed a car. Long story short I had the car checked out with a top notch scanner and left with all my money...dodged a bullet. Awful Owner! Angry and not helpful at all. He lies about his cars! I bought an Audi from them 4 years ago and less then 2 weeks when I first bought the car wouldn’t run at all! I purchased a 2009 Audi A4 in Feb 2019; since then I have had a series of issues with the vehicle including replacement of the catalytic converter, water pump and pistons. Vladimir and his group are well experienced European car specialists. I have been going to him for years and can honestly say I’d recommend him to anyone. Even when he has to buy parts from the dealership he will still cut that price in half. However, because they’re so busy and popular and well-respected they are very hard to reach on the phone. Do not be surprised if you have to call more than once or have to stop by in person. This is one of the few car places that doesn’t try to steal your money. I’ve had them tell me word for word “ we are not going to make you fix all the small problems you currently have that can wait a few months. We don’t want to make you spend 100’s of dollars on parts and labor when this problem can wait. This is exactly what’s wrong now and cannot wait.” So please do yourself a favor and go to them before a dealership! They have people that work there that used to Work for BMW, Audi, and Mercedes! Lastly, they, unlike many other places, own up to their mistakes. One time when I was impatient and I got my car too early it broke down and they even reimbursed me for the towing and fixed the problem for free. Heads up, their car lot is always full so don’t be deterred if it takes a day or two to get to your car! It’s worth the wait!

Wolfgangs’s is the ONLY place I will bring my vehicles for repair and maintenance. Vladimir has always gone above and beyond to help me out (even got my car towed from Valdosta once and told me my car didn’t need a new transmission when 2 places in Valdosta did). He is a stand up guy and won’t try to fix things that don’t need to be fixed (a tire place told me I needed new brakes and he said absolutely not and I got another year on those brakes).

I bought a car from Wolfgangs but after driving it, i discoveref it burned a quart of oil every 260 miles. I called Vladimir, the owner, and he said that was way too much and to bring the car back. So I took the car to him and he basically rebuilt the engine to new standards. He paid for all the labor and I paid for the parts. In essence I paid $2600 for an $8000 to $10,000 complete overhaul. How many used car dealers would have that kind of integrity? I would say none! Vladimir is honest and extreemly thorough and does the work like it is his own car. I have a 1998 Audi A6 which needed to have the engine control unit (ECU) replaced. The list price at the dealer for the ECU is $1,500.00. Vladimir was able to locate a unit and repair my car in a day. The total cost of the repair was less than half the dealer’s list price of the ECU; which included his standard 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty. I take my three cars to Wolfgang’s for routine and unschedule maintenance and have never been disappointed in the quality of service.
