My car was at the shop for about three months. I was calling throughout that entire time and was constantly told that they would be working on my car only to drive by and see it in the back of their shop sitting there not being touched. Every time I called to confront about the situation I was once again told the exact same thing and told that my car would be worked on and that I would get a call back. This continued throughout the entire three months. A lot of times my calls were being forwarded. I caught one of the mechanics peeping through my living room window on 2 occasions.... the first time I caught that was when my car was brought back because they thought it was fixed and when brought it up to the owner he said that the employee is his cousin and he knows he would never do that. I had to get my dad involved because the owner was not helpful in any way and was very deceiving. Three months later and they were still not able to fix it or even tell me what was wrong with it so now I am having to take it to a dealership. If you are looking for competence and people who know what they are doing, Johns is NOT YOUR PLACE!! . These people have absolutely no idea what they are doing and are not qualified to be doing electrical work. I dont know how well they work as far as other mechanics, but if you need electrical work DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I moved here not too long ago and have had work done to my vehicle a few times that really needed done. With that said, this is hands down the best place I have ever been. Mario has been extraordinary and very accommodating to my needs. My family and I have become life long customers.Thanks guys!

Got there early and had prompt service. In and out less than an hour!!!

Called this place I needed my car towed. They said they would be there between certain hours. Okay no problem. I had to wait 5 hours. At the end of the time they were supposed to be there. I called them a few times no answer. They finally called me back and said they wouldn’t be there. They waisted my whole day. Very unprofessional people. I can’t imagine how bad there other businesses are. Stay clear of them.

I really enjoy having mechanics that are trying to help you without charging you a fortune. I got a quote from a mechanic in Atlanta and I felt like they were trying to overcharge. The pricing here is very transparent and they fixed my breaks in a timely fashion.

Great service! The guy at the front is always helpful and polite. Willing to go above and beyond to help you- I had an emergency with a blown out tire and they were about to close but they were awesome and made sure that I was taken care of! Highly recommend them!

My one and only visit was just a confusing mess that started with me just wanting a simple oil change. I called ahead about 2 hours before close and asked if I could get an oil change and quick inspection, they said yes and I headed over. When I arrived a mechanic came up to me and I immediately had a hard time understanding him which didnt help too much and he started asking me if I had the oil and how I had to go get the oil. When I had called them they made no mention of having to bring your own supplies and thats something most mechanics dont do so I was slightly annoyed but went with it since I had some at home. I came back and he told me that I had the wrong oil and how I needed to go to the store and get a specific kind and I also needed a filter. I just nodded and walked off and told him I would be back but I just drove off and pulled over to find another mechanic that might be able to take me so late in the day and the experience I had there was much quicker and much more efficient they should of been my first choice. I would of just assumed if you want your customers to bring there own oil and filter that would be something you would tell them over the phone and if you recommend a certain oil that would also be something you mention before they made the first trip to get it. At that point its just more expensive then most mechanics. If i had the supplies already I would enlist the help of a family or friend at that point. I believe this shop does do good work but there missing a lack of structure and communication that can hide that.

I had problems coming out of my truck just to find out from them “it needs a motor”. My truck sat up there for a week and considering I had just replaced the motor with a brand new one prior to taking my truck up there, I took it to another shop and Come to find out it was just the serpentine belt.

I have been coming here for years. I have always received excellent service and fair pricing. I trust Mario. Hes always honest with me and doesnt try to take advantage. Its always a good experience with Mario and his son Renier.

This auto shop has been open since 1996. Its a family owned business and my family has been going there for years and they do an awesome job every time. I recommend this auto shop to everybody!!!

Brought truck in for oil change and tire rotation. A day after I drove to work I noticed my cap cover to my wheel was missing. Called back and they are ignoring the issue. Will never be taking my truck back here. Terrible customer service.
