I was very satisfied and impressed with this auto shop. I had several other places that wouldnt even call me back. The price was better than most and they were very responsive. I would highly recommend if you are in Buford.

I took in my 2012 Kia Soul because it was overheating. Found radiator bad so they change radiator and thermostat and supposedly flushed the system. While they were test driving the car they said it was still running a little hot and needed a new radiator fan assembly. They changed it and said everything was good. I picked it up, my son drove it home. The first thing he noticed was the radio and backup camera did not work. I took it back to them and the first thing they said is that the mechanic did not see the radio working. They checked all the fuses and said they were good. So they said if I left it with them they could diagnose the problem (more money). I took it home and checked it out myself. There was a fuse missing for the accessories. The fuse was in prior because the radio worked. There was no reason they would pull the fuse for the radiator problem. Next when we drove the car for a few miles it was getting hotter than normal. When I looked in the radiator I could not see any coolant. I had to add almost half a gallon and bleed the system of air. There was a lot of air trapped in the system. So that tells me they did not bleed the system right. Now I found that the heat does not blow hot air only cool. I know the heat worked since we just came out of winter. They would have noticed this if they had bled the system correctly. Now I have to figure out if they disabled the heat to charge more to fix it or if they messed it up. So after $900 I still have a car that needs fixing.Do not trust them with your vehicle!

These guys were so thorough and took the proper time needed to repair my car. Before my car was worked on, I received a call from Robert, I believe is his name, who took time to explain in detail what he found wrong with my car and exactly what he planned to do to repair it. He made sure that I was comfortable with the repair process and went over pricing with me before starting. He also made suggestions and never once did I feel like I was being pushed to do more for my car than what was needed. Super trust worthy these guys, and I 100% will recommend them. It’s been a little over 2 weeks now since my car left their shop and it drives like there was never anything wrong with it.

I am blown away by the service that they provided during my last visit. I had them install a new set of off-road tires and wheels on my F-150 and also do a wheel alignment. They provided me in-depth information and walked me through the whole process. Everything was completed in a timely manner and they even took time to test-drive my truck to make sure there were no any other unforeseen issues. The price was very reasonable and straight forward as well. They definitely earned my business and will return shortly for any other truck maintenances.

This is the second time this team has more than delivered on the needs for our daughters car. Not only have the been able to diagnose and repair, but they have done so in a very timely manner, given a fair price on parts and labor, and have done so with very professional while being kind and considerate. I’ve been a customer for about 3 years. I have five vehicles in my household so finding a trustworthy automotive repair business is important to me. John and his team have proven to be not only competent but trustworthy and customer focused. I have had regular maintenance as well as in-depth repair work completed. I even found that the team offers very competitive pricing on tires as well. This team believes in building lasting relationships and not just a transactional business.

Had a last minute appointment on Saturday morning. The staff were still considerate and courteous and were able to get my car problem diagnosed. While it was bad news in terms of cost, they were able to perform the work and get my car back to me by that afternoon. They were honest, considerate and helpful. Strong recommendation.

I take my suv to do alignment because I change 2 tires and valance the car only have 19,000 milles they say need tie road those guy only want money I understand if the car is old buy is new car they chary 49$ to see that is supposed is only alignment and the valance is suck never come back aigain

From major to minor engine repairs I will always bring my SUV back here for service. I have a 2006 Ford Explorer that required some major engine wrk. I was well informed of the repair cost and time involved to complete the job. I was actually surprised that the quoted price was lower when I came to pay because they found some needed parts at a lower price. Great staff , excellent customer service and best prices around . John (owner) stands behind his mechanics work and is very honest in telling you what needs correcting now and what can wait. Super nice guy and excellent shop. In each instance, I have found the staff to be very friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. In each case, work was started and completed according to promised timeline. Part 1--This is a two part review. I visited this place and met with John, the owner regarding replacing my car battery in my Audi A6 quattro. John was very helpful and informative. His shop is clean and tidy and the reception area was welcoming. John was very knowledgeable and helpful and provided me with a price quote for the battery replacement. I am going to get this done in about 2-3 days and will update this review in light of the work done, the experience and the quality of the overall job.

I believe the ownership has changed, they use to give women exactly what they needed in repairs now its like any other pop up alley mechanicTell the women...anything because they have no knowledge of what the car needs..NAPA...showed pride, I am not feeling this now.

First time at this NAPA and it was a great experience, honest people and fixed the issue. I cant say enough about the customer service and how clean the facility is. They did exactly what they said they would do, in a timely manner without the high pressure sales tactics. They told me what HAD to be done to fix the issue, and what could wait if needed. Not your typical mechanic experience. I will definitely be back.

Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. I brought my car here to get a valve gasket replacement because the car was leaking some oil and these guys gave me back a car with many problems;They left some type of acidic solution on the fender of my car and didnt bother to clean it off rather leaving it to dry in the sun which left permanent cosmetic damage, my steering wheel was badly squeaking after picking up the car from them due to low power steering fluid (all my fluids were checked and full before dropping it off), a LOUD ticking noise coming from the engine valves of the car which was a result of excessive exposure and dryness of the internal components under the valve covers (hydraulic lash adjusters) especially when it was in there hands when removing the valve covers, I popped the hood to inspect the ticking and I found a disconnected hose that was rubbing against a belt which was forgotten about -_- (this tell you a lot about their quality of work).The technician even mentioned that nobody in the shop was comfortable working with my car but still proceeded uncomfortably.I took the car back and they were unsure about anything. They called me saying that they were going to check underneath the valve covers then called again to tell me that their research suggests taking the car to a machine shop since they dont do those types of repairs. They didnt want to work on the car or even warranty their labor by actually looking underneath the valve covers and to physically inspect but instead they wanted to brush it off suggesting me that their research says otherwise. They told me that the ticking noise was caused from low motor oil but thats odd because a week before coming here, I got my oil changed from the dealership and they were the ones to point out to me that there was a leak so that isnt entirely true. The car did have a minor leak but the motor oil was not as low as they described it to be. They even said that they would try adding more motor oil but the TICKING is still obnoxiously loud and now I hate driving my car now.A bunch of AMATEUR technicians. These guys showed me disrespect, negligence and a true lack of care for my car.I would not get any repairs here if I were you.

I always bring my vehicle here to get serviced. I have brought my last 4 vehicles here and will continue to get all my car servicing done at this location. Not only because of the friendly staff but more so because of their professionalism. If ever there is a problem with my vehicle, they let me know in full detail what it is that is causing the problem. Prices are unmatched in the area and I have full confidence that when I bring in my car, I will not be cheated or weasled into doing something that isnt necessary. 10 out of 10 would recommend to any one.

I have recently started to take my car to this shop to get work done on it, and they have always been very honest when it comes to issues with my car. They have never over sold me on anything and if they notice that something doesnt need to be done, they dont trick you into getting it done. For example, I came to get my brakes done, they told me my fronts needed to be replaced but my rears were good for another few thousand miles. They did not try to pressure me into getting them done!

John is a great person to do business with. He is fair and honest. He always explains, in detail, what he has done in the way of repairs, going so far as to draw a diagram when explaining. VERY helpful for someone who knows very little about mechanics.

Me and my two friends we spend money over there but the car is never repaired, me for the headlight I paid twice but no solution when am gone somewhere else, to a person who doesnt even have a shop he just came to my house and he repaired my car and he fixed it, my other friend it was the problem of AC but when she is gone somewhere else the problem has been repaired, and for my other friend it was a problem of suspension but they never repaired his car, and when he went to get the car he realized that the car now has even the problem that the car did not have before, he is gone somewhere else and the car is in good condition now. So we all go elsewhere and we find the solution but at this shop it was always spent on expense but without solution, so I would advise you do not go over there if you are looking for the solution for your car problem. We have just moved to the area and I was in need of an oil change. I had read many reviews of other establishments that really scared me off. The reviews I read for Full Line Auto Care sounded good so I gave them a try and I can assure you, they will be our choice for all our car needs. The waiting area is bright and clean; the gentleman that waited on me was polite. They took my car at my appointed time and the work was completed in less than 30 minutes. The other big positive for me was they did not try to push any of their other services. I will go back.

Couldnt remember why I stopped visiting this place, but a recent visit reminded me of why I did! Whenever I would go for a service I always felt dishonesty from front desk regarding pricing. Seems like they will try to get over on you with prices if they THINK you know nothing about cars and parts. I paid 100 and something dollars for a diagnostic test, which is fine.. but was then told I would have to pay an EXTRA $360 just to FINISH the diagnostic test all because I had multiple codes.. and because it was technical, electrical and complicated... so basically $400 for a full diagnostic?? I was told the price would go up depending on how long it took them to diagnose it. Thats NOT including labor. So they only half diagnosed my car .. Unheard of! ... was then told it would take days to complete and that I needed to leave my car there! I decided to just pay the 100 something and leave. Two days later, I decided to go to my original dealership and they WERE able to diagnose my car, with just one fee of $120, EVEN with all the codes, in about 2 hours and gave me an estimate of what my repairs would be. THAT SIMPLE! So basically them telling me I needed to leave my car there, it would take a couple of days and I needed to pay an extra 300 something odd dollars was not true. I dont mind spending money but refuse to spend with a dishonest and greedy business. Seems they were just trying to get more money out of me. I would just recommend going to your original dealership.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.. My husband and I came to Napa on 3/2/19 to get my car alignment we dropped the car off at 8am we were the 1st customer there. We returned to Napa at 10:35am my car was still sitting in the same place where it was parked at 8am. We spoke to the office manager he told me my car would be next mean while we waiting another 30 mins and still other cars where put in front of my vehicle.. This place has sorry customer service I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN I WASTED MY SATURDAY MORNING

Paid $92 for vehicle diagnosis. John couldnt tell me why check engine light on. John guessed that it was an oxygen sensor. They must not have run a diagnosis on my car although I paid for one. I DO NOT trust this shop. I did not authorize repairs and left and went somewhere else. After going somewhere else, I learned that some of the work being quoted at this shop was not needed. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP .

If you need any repair work done on your car, this is the place to go! The customer service is excellent and they will have your car ready in a timely manner! John always shows excellent customer service and is able to answer any questions that I may have. I high recommend this place !!

I had called to get a quote on replacing my starter. The young lady gave me the quote so I decided to be on my way! It was important that if there was no technician to work on this that she should have notified me of this on the phone. The wrecker comes and we followed in my other car. I pay the wrecker, & proceed inside. I explain to the lady at the register that I just spoke to her less than an hour ago about the starter, & she was like there was no one to fix that! I told her I just spoke to her & she didnt let me know that & that I just spent money to get towed here. She was very nonchalant. I asked for the manager & she said that she was the manager. Because she gave me quotes without letting me know that there was no one to fix the car I had to spend $50 more to go .6 miles to the firestone. They should be more clear on the phone because a vehicle is a necessity and I let her know on the phone that they were the cheapest amd I was on my way!!!!

NAPA Auto Care fixed my A/C and it has been working great since. I definitely recommend this shop to whomever is looking for great service at the best price.

John the slim young old Asian is a Crook...WE took our Lexus there and it squeaks more than ever.We had new brakes and rotors but was advised we didnt and we have the receipt. YOU get what you pay for in life. PRICES ARE cheap but you will regret it...They are a RIP off and very deceitful. TAKE your car to the Dealership and only pay 1 time.

When i bring my car here i know i get a straight upfront price. they dont try to pressure you for any unnecessary add on services and only recommend what your car needs. they are very detailed and knowledable with whats best for your car and always willing to work with the budget you have. i have never had any suprises when i come pick up my car like i do with all these other places. nobody likes taking their cars in for service but this place truly makes it as painless and easy as possible ! dont waste your time going somewhere else and wasting your hard earned money

We were from out if town and the car broke down and we called around with everyone being over priced and could not do the work. They gave us great care and responded to our needs. Also very helpfull and reasonablly priced for parts and work.... i would tell anyone to go there.

Well the service department had always done the work on my vehicles. That is until 9/8/2018. I took my Conversion van into NAPA IN BUFORD GA. to have a water pump replaced. After picking up the van I noticed my drivers door was hard to open and close and was sticking. After a bit more inspection I realized that they had attempted to put my van on a lift and damaged the undercarriage and the door plate. This caused my running board to buckle and the door plate to be bent up. Which caused my door to stick. I approached the manager on site with my concerns where he began to lie to me and state that they didnt do anything wrong. I had a meeting with I believe the owner. Which he stated he would investigate himself and find out what happened. He called me to state that he felt they did nothing wrong and were not going to do anything to repair my vehicle. Had they just admitted to the damage and not try to lie their way out of the repairs. I probably would keep doing business with them. As far as I am concerned they are not trust worthy of my business any longer. Now I will have to higher an attorney to try and make them pay for the damage they caused. I JUST CANT STAND LIARS!!! They have lost any future revenue my 5 vehicles wouldve brought them in the future. If you are considering having them work on your vehicle. I would think twice about doing this. Find another HONEST COMPANY to do business with. I guess we will let the courts decide. Yheir LACK of HONESTY is what I am angry about and not the fact that they damaged my vehicle because accidents happen. But HONESTY is not their stong point.

We were visiting family in GA and were heading home and started having car troubles. We discovered one of the problems was a nail in our tire. We needed to get home in a hurry so we tried to find the quickest place to get our tire taken care of. We went to 5 different shops and NAPA was the only shop that could take us right away and have us in and out. Not only did they fix our tire, but they also checked out our other problems by request and helped us figure out was was wrong with our transmission. They were incredibly nice and helpful, but most importantly gave us a piece of mind when we were headed on the road for 4 hours. If you ever need assistance in the area, call NAPA (Brian Chang or Antonio Gutierrez). They are the best!

The worst Service ever, They Charge me for diagnostic my car, and they dont have the parts fix my car, Then i was spend $1000 regarding this diagnostic and my car still the same. I come back to them and they keep arguing with me, I dont recommend this shop if you want to save your money.

Went in for a minor repair that they did not even do right the first time and this time they broke my window regulator and could not replace it because they did not have the part. I now have to go back in on Saturday and spend more time with this issue. Will never use them again.

Called the day before to make an appt about getting my brakes replaced. I told them I had a coupon for $129 (which would cover new brake pads, hardware and also resurfacing of rotors). I was assured it would cover these items.I take my car in the next day and once they inspected my brakes I was told the coupon was not valid since I needed new 1 new brake pad and the new total was $272!! Complete false advertising! The coupon says it will cover brake pads!!I asked if the manager could call me back since I was lied too, waited 2 hrs and still no call. I went back to get my car and the guy at the counter didnt even offer to get the manager (even though he was there) and just apologized for him not calling!Horrendous customer service and terribly overpriced!I would seriously recommend going anywhere else before stepping foot in this place.

Ive been going to the norcross location for over 10 years and started coming here instead since its closer to my house. And this place has never failed me once. Both stores are owned by the same owner.I am super picky and knowing a trustworthy mechanic is a must especially since you invest so much money into your vehicles. They do an awesome job on your service and most importantly, they are honest. They dont bs about the price and time.I hated making appointments for car dealership when I had warranty only to wait 1-2 hours when they tell you they will finish it in under 30 minutes. Other independent mechanic shops do the same. This location is good about time. If its going to take long, they will say so.Lots of times, other shops will offer you a ridiculous low prices for their services only to come back later and tell you, you need this or that. They will use the fright tactic into making you waste money on services you might not need or give false information. I cant vouch for other napa auto care as well but this location doesnt.Another great service they provide is they actually take responsibility for their services. If you are not fully satisfied or believe there is still something wrong with a vehicle, they will do a full diagnostic for their job without extra charge as long as you report within a reasonable time(like dont complain about oil leaking a year after getting an oil change nonsense).Although its branded napa, its a honest mom and pop like shop. If you have problems with your car or just need your required maintenance on the vehicle after warranty expires, this is the place to go.I was told that you need 3 people in your life. A doctor, lawyer, and a mechanic. You will have the mechanic part filled if you come to this location
