Shoemanns Couldn’t Get My Tire Off. Just Tow It Had Be Back Running In Less Than 5 Mins.

They picked up my car without me being there and towed it to my mechanic. They communicated every step of the way. I was able to meet them at my mechanic with the keys to get the car fixed easily. The service was professional, dependable, and quick.

Obligatory “if I could give 0 stars, I would” statement. Was told they would be there in 45 minutes, instead they were there 2 hours later. They took my key so I won’t be getting that back until at least tomorrow. I would suggest no one use this service. If your roadside assistance assigns this service to you, immediately request they find you a different one.

Battery died on a road trip and was stuck in a back alley. Jerry from JTI showed up and started my car right away while monitoring the voltage. Very knowledgeable and drove us all to the shop. He made a huge difference in our trip. Thank you guys!!

The driver was knowledgeable about the area and gave us information on what to do to resolve our car issue should it act up again after he was able to help us. Really nice guy, really helped out us out-of-towners.

The individual working accidentally took the key to change my tire. After calling to get it returned, he kept saying “20 minutes”. 3 hours later, he delivers the key and we ask for him to change the tire, since we waited so long the service department of the shop we were at close. He walked away and said “I’m late”. Not cool. I now am without my vehicle until tomorrow.Edit: I want to add that the company did try to replace my tire and tow my car. I am appreciative that they came and dropped off the key that they took on accident.

The driver that came was not given all the information he needed from roadside assistance. He called me for the pickup address. The driver explained in detail the process needed to tow my vehicle. This company was very professional and customer service oriented on every level. I would recommend them to my family and friends. They were awesome!!

So... I had to have my Jeep towed from my work where something broke (tie rod or control arm or something) and this company came to tow it across the street to a Shop for me. Mark showed up, and when I met him, he was friendly, assuring and professional. Its not really great to NEED to call a Towing Service, but it sure is nice when the person who shows up and makes you feel just a bit better about the situation. Mark is a EXCELLENT employee and an asset to your Company! Please be sure to extend my appreciation to him!

If you need help with a tow or any services call Just Tow it. I called Amherst towing and they sent just tow it to help me get my car out of a tow lot. The price was much cheaper than other companies I called. They stayed in contact with me, were patient and actually explained what I needed to do. They said they’ll be there in 20 minutes. Joe showed up in about 10-15 minutes. Super easy. Joe was so kind and helpful. He even helped fulfill a unique request to drop my totaled car in a place not so traditional. I’d give him 10 stars if the option was available.

Under difficult circumstances and adverse weather conditions, Alex was willing and able to go above and beyond to get me out of a bind. He maintained a positive and can-do attitude the entire time and his problem-solving skills and positive demeanor saved the day! Truly excellent customer service, will fully recommend going forward.

My tire had came off the hub on the 990 interstate. Called Just Tow It they said they would be there within a half hour was sooner. Driver did everything they could to prevent more damage to car while pulling it on the flatbed truck. Was very pleased with service would give six stars if it were an option.

Great service! Stuck with nail in tire. They came to get us quickly and took us to a tire shop that was still open even though it was after hours. Got everything patched and on our way promptly. Very friendly and helpful.

We were stuck in a parking lot with a dead battery. They called to give us an estimate when they were going to be there and showed up quickly. Took the time to try to jump-start my car and then when it wouldnt hold a charge quickly loaded my car up on the flatbed and took it to our dealer of choice. Joe came to my rescue in the middle of the night while my insurance company bounced me around for over three hours about someone coming out to help. He pulled up, asked if I was okay, asked about the problem, and immediately offered to help. He took off my flat tire and replaced it with my spare in minutes, talking politely the entire time. I will gladly call anytime when Im in need of roadside assistance! Side note, they accept credit/debit cards through Square, which was a huge convenience! Thanks again Joe!

If you ever need a towing service, I HIGHLY recommend Just Tow It. They are a family owned company and they work through All State as well, very sweet and respectful. They also have their own mechanic shop so they can give you any advice during the tow. They offer reasonable prices if you can only pay out of pocket. Ive used their towing service TWICE. 5/5 stars for them!

Best Tow Service I Have Ever Used, Ben And Joe Were Both Awesome To Deal With.

The Absolute Worst, non professional company I’ve ever dealt with through my insurance company. Let’s start by saying that I had to wait 2 hours for a tow truck to arrive to my location after being told it would only be an hour. Then the dispatcher/owner repeatedly lied to me 2x telling me the tow driver was on the way/ not far from me when in reality he was no where near me. Then stopped answering my phone calls because the last call with him I expressed how frustrated and mad I was because the first call from insurance company was placed a little before 3:17pm I spoke with him at 4:06pm and then at 4:32pm and he put on an act like he didn’t know a tow truck hadn’t towed me when in all actuality he really did. Complete Lies from the owner when the TRUTH and Honesty would have been greatly appreciated instead of dishonesty and lies from 4:06pm until the tow truck driver arrived at 5:04!!! Stay away from this place if u can!!

It was bad enough i was having an unexpected issue with my truck in the middle of the street, in the cold rain but he came and did his job with no hesitation.
