They were really nice and aloud my sons father to get his belongings out of his car before they towed it. Was very good at answering any questions or concerns we may have had as well. All very professional men there!

Scratched the living hell out of my vehicle and by the looks of a dent and scratch with white paint on the dent (the car is black) something hit it while in their possession. Terrible company for dealing with cars.

Even though they repod my husbands truck. I wasnt mad at them for doing their job. Staff was very friendly and understanding. I told the lady the guys are good and sneaky at what they do...she said shes usually being yelled at for taking someones vehicle. I get it but, I would never yell at someone for doing there jobs.

Bunch of theives. If you dont take everything out of your vehicle right away, they loot it before sending it to the auction house a week early.

These people should not be allowed on the road. Was taking my daughter to practice, turned infront of me, paid no attention to the fact there were cars coming. He pulled out infront of me after that, then proceeded to pull infront of oncoming traffic to back into a driveway. He could have caused a major accident.

These pos tryed to repo my car when they couldnt hook it...a guy who works for them chased me down kept trying to run me off the road hit my car. He got out of his car at a stop hit me in the face tryed taking the keys out of my car. He did this all in his own personal vehicle. Ill be seening my attorney Monday morning. They wont be in business too much longer or will have at least new employees. Oh yea and it was all caught on camera.

Very dirty. And not one person is empathetic. You can telk they just want the cash. Some of the charges are unreasonable and confusing. Even though they do hild you belonging for 60 days, they charge $75 for them. Its just a money pit, even though sometimes people have to go through that trouble some time, they are not understanding.

Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! They hit my house and refuse to take care of it ! Stay away from this company. Scammers

Unsafe drivers on the road. No turn signals and speeding. Almost took me out this morning on my way to work.

Place very unprofessional doesn’t know where plates were turned in and doesn’t know where 20 bucks located inside of a clip on reusable air freshener went,people seem very uneducated about their own professions and definitely not someone I would recommend hiring or dealing with at all sad to say but they definitely are a nu-era an era of theives...

We came with my aunt to pick up her car and they took off the plates without informing her and pulled the car out and cussed at as and laughed
