Worst nail service I have ever gotten. I had to wait over 2 hours the first time I came after calling and they said they weren’t busy. While he was doing my nails I told him the acrylic was too thick and the shape wasn’t what I wanted. He proceeded to try and give me the file to do it myself. Why must I file my own nails when I’m paying for a service? After finishing my nails I told them I wasn’t impressed. They had me come back a few days later on which I had to wait another 3 hours before being helped. They told me that they are unable to help me sooner all though this is their mistake. Would not recommend.

Nails pop off after 3daysThe wait is ridiculous I was #4 signed in 2hrs go by the call for me to come in I come in to see names written AFTER me being seen and Im told to sit at chair 3 only to be sitting there for another hour b4 I just got up and left... Will not be coming back, although ole girl that does the eyelashes is 🔥 with the nails my only reason for coming I shouldve left once I saw she wasnt there but I only needed 3 nail repairs which I shouldnt of because I just got my nails done last Friday 😭😭

My Favorite Nail Salon!....Ive been going to them since they were in the Old Central Park Plaza. Always quality service, friendly and personable. Ive never had an issue. 💜

They do ur mails very poor do not take there time and if Im payong u u should do a person nails correct and they should not hang up in your ear

I’ve been to this nail salon a few times in the past and they did an okay job on my nails and a good job on my feet but unfortunately my last experience will be my last. I got a full set last Friday and my nails were very pretty I was actually impressed until 1 week later 2 nails popped completely so I decided to take off the rest because after 2 nails break there’s no purpose in getting a repair....anyways the nails came off almost effortlessly...so no I will not be returning

I go for eyebrows and am very pleased with the ladies who do them. I keep my nails simple. I have had gel manicures which are done well. Basic manicures they are not very good at. Overall, Ill continue to go for my eyebrows.

I am always satisfied with my Pedicures & eyebrows.(Heyy Kim😊👍 but my full sets are never A1, like my left hand never matches the right. My pointers be uneven and i always have to have at least 2 fix within the 2weeks of my next visit😔 Sonny is the only one man that does it right but he isnt there when i am. I do love it here, its convenient & a friendly atmosphere to say the least❤

Seriously have to wait for everyone who got their feet done first but want their nails done too to get their nails done before they will do you nails. Went from 5 techs when I first started coming here to there only being two on a Saturday, on the first of the month at that. Poor service. I’d rather go to the mall and pay extra. They don’t even take this long.
