We booked a load over the phone with Fetch, nothing was mention about needing to talk to the driver. We were sent the rate con and dispatched driver to head to pick up about 80 miles away. After driver was dispatched and driving, they advised they needed to talk to him. We advised driver to call them once he was stopped in a safe spot. In the mean time they call us to cancel the load and refuse to issue a truck order not used because they didnt speak with the driver so they didnt consider him dispatched. They were very rude and unprofessional on the phone when discussing the situation.

Their dispatcher Scot is awesome!!! Our regular dispatcher was on vacation and another gentleman booked a load with Fetch but did not turn in the rate confirmation for billing. Worried that it was going to take an act of Congress to get a rate confirmation I place a call to Fetch. After a brief wait I was connected with Scot and less than five minutes later I have the needed paperwork in hand. He was very prompt and friendly but most of all, helpful. Look forward to working with him again!!

One of the worst brokerage in business. They will give you a load, promise you everything is good on this usual lane then find somebody else and cancel youe load because they found someone cheaper and then will dent your Truck order not used. All the reviews everywhere reflects my review in exactly same way.DO NOT HAUL FOE THEM UNLESS YOU QANT TO HAVE A HEADACHE.

I have done off and on business with this broker. They do get good rates but have trouble following through with these trucks. For all you Sinfield fans there just like the episode with Jerry Sinfield Booking a car rental as he states your great at booking the reservation but not good at keep the reservation. The only broker in the industry that cant set up a carrier because the fax number and phone number dont have matching area codes, whats next? theyre going to ask for a selfie and a blood sample to make sure were a company. Ive been in business for 3 years and have good safety scores and over 50 references of people i do work with, not to mention Im approved by the federal government and FMCSA and SMS but to be approved with FETCH you have to be of a higher standard.

They are very unprofessional and do not have good business ethics..Stay away as shippers and truckers scums....Trust me Big T... Knows.This is why the have 1.6 rating on Google.
