Would leave no stars if possible. Cancelled the day before my sisters wedding when the limo was booked and paid in full for almost a year.

GREAT SERVICE!My husband reserved a Mancuso Limo for our daughters surprise birthday wine tour and after reading some reviews from a while back I was NERVOUS. But..we had such a great experience I felt I needed to write my own review.Despite my worries, the service was fantastic from beginning to end. I had to make several changes beforehand and they were incredibly courteous and accommodating.The limo was very classy- Well stocked, clean and very comfortable with an impressive sound system (with aux so we could play all of our favorite tunes).The driver was punctual, professional and had such a great personality! He really went the extra mile in helping to make this birthday memorable for our daughter. He was so helpful and his advice regarding the Wineries was spot on! He also kept us on schedule as we requested.The whole experience was great and Im so glad we went with Mancuso Limo. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

I was pretty skeptical after reading reviews, and although Im sure a lot of them have merit, my experience with Mancuso exceeded expectations. Heidi was a pleasure to speak to on the phone and answered any questions I had. I brought up my concerns about the reviews and she addressed everything. Terry our driver was awesome. Such a kind gentleman that had fun with our crew. He called a few days before to introduce himself and even the day after to let us know how great we were. The limo was clean and the only negative thing I can say is it had a very slight smell. I think its to be expected with limos running so often so if it really bothers you bring an air freshener. I think Im the only one who noticed as I was looking for it.

I rented a limo bus for my bachelorette party last weekend and I was very embarrassed. The stereo system was broken and only 1 out of 4 of the speakers worked. The driver said there was nothing he could do about it. We tried to get a manager on the phone to complain but all he told us was You pay for the ride, not the stereo. very rude. Also our driver was very unprofessional and rushed us around the whole time telling my guests that he didnt want to be out all day. He gave us a hard time about adding an hour onto our wine tour when we were told ahead of time that it would be no problem. He then proceeded to tell a couple of my guests that we didnt tip him enough... I couldnt imagine why? I emailed the limo company with my complaints and they did not respond. Very disappointed with this company. I would never recommend them if you are trying to enjoy a special day.

Limo bus was more than I asked for! Great driver, he was very helpful and made sure everyone on the bus had a good time! Overall a great experience.

Limo came late to my daughters sweet 15 and limo broke down while at church. We had to do 3 trips to bring them to hall couldnt take pictures at park since we didn’t have enough vehicles and I still haven’t received my deposit back or a sorry call and this was 8/24/19. Update 11/20 still never received my deposit or a call 5/11/21 still nothing. Worst company ever

I have been booking limos and buses with Mancuso limo for over 15 years!!! They have the most beautiful limo buses and the most courteous drivers. I would highly recommend them for any event. PS they give the best prices :)

DONT DO IT! I should have known from the reviews to cancel, but it was already booked! The made promises that were not kept and quite honestly almost ruined the end of my wedding for me. It was all the driver that made the experience AWFUL. They promised us vicky. It wasnt vicki that showed up. They picked up the guys first, my husband said immediately that i(his bride) had the money to give them and tip. He made a huge deal saying he shouldnt even pick them up till he got paid. Then after the church he stopped my husband to ask for more money- what? He said he didn’t get tipped enough. Ok, no problem. Then the end of the night came and he flipped about it going past 12 which i originally had set up. He complained about having to shuttle guests and started texting me—- 10 minutes before my reception ended. Luckily my cousin went out to him, after my husband and i were flipping out, and handled it. I tried calling Monday to talk about it with them- its Tuesday and i still have yet to get a call back. DONT DO IT! Pay the extra money and get a good, reputable place! ! You would think they would try to save their business by calling the customer back- but NOPE! Definitely will never ever recommend them to anyone- ever again!

This was my first experience on a party bus and I will never use this company for anything else. Everything was very dirty and smelled terrible. Fingerprints all over everything, crumbs, garbage. But the driver was so nice and a great driver!

Sloppy, dirty, homeless looking chauffeur reported someone vomited on the bus. This absolutely didnt happen. Please send pictures!!!! Fraudulently charged $500 to my credit card. Everyone beware! Hired through Walten Point & Barnes!!!!!

I would highly recommend Mancusos to anyone shopping. They were by fare the least expensive, very friendly and the Pink panther Limo we booked for our daughters 8th birthday party was awesome. Pat our driver was on time, very friendly and accommodating. We will surely not shop ever again, you guys have a client for life.

Worst limo company I’ve ever encountered in my life and I’m pretty old. Our limo bus BROKE DOWN during our wine tour and the company REFUSED to send help. We waited 2 hours before being forced to call and pay for an Uber to drive us home. Our diver, RA RA was amazing and did everything in his power to reconcile the situation, however, Mancuso was unresponsive and unhelpful. I will never, ever use them again and suggest that anyone who wants to recieve a ride both to and from a given location not use them either.

THE WORST!!!!!!!!! They played us and our whole wine tour and driver Ra Ra was NOT TO BLAME amazing driver but company is horrifying. Someone scoop Ra Ra before it’s too late

This limo service was absolutely horrible! We had originally rented a 32 person limo party bus for a Bills game. Got a call that morning 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive to pick us up saying that the 32 person limo broke down and we will send you a 20 person bus instead. Well that was unacceptable seeing as there were 31 people on the way to our house that relied on us giving them a ride. They then sent us 2 limos (one hummer limo and one pink limo). After they showed up almost an hour late I was absolutely appalled when I stepped foot in this pink limo. It was absolute FILTH. Dirty old footprints on the non working TV, q-tips in the seats, torn and dirty seats, non working stereo system and non working lights! The limo sunroof was heavily leaking rain on my guests. It was absolutely awful and unprofessional.I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!

If I could write 0 stars I would. This company almost ruined my wedding day. Worst service,Disgusting limo, smelled like a farm and no AC. My husband and I ubered to our wedding because this was the worst limo I’ve ever seen. Do not use this company.

Took us to our destination and as soon as we got there said “we didn’t have enough time to stay” and said he was going to leave without us if we didn’t stay in the vehicle.

This limo company is very unprofessional. My friends and I rented the pink limo on Saturday to go downtown. The limo driver only opened the door once he didnt not drop us off or pick us up in front of any of the clubs. The driver picked up some random girl while we were downtown. He made us clean the limo when we were done . We were so aggravated we left downtown earlier than we wanted to we payed for the limo until 4am when we got dropped off it was 3 am and when we asked if we could go somewhere else the driver said no because the person who reserved the limo had already gotten out. On top of the my friend left his jacket with his car keys inside the limo we called the company multiple times that night and the next morning and the operator said they would call us back but no one ever did. When I finally I got in touch with the driver he said he didnt find a jacket but a few hours later he called and said another client found the jacket in the limo so clearly he didnt clean the limo or he would have found. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a limo company and will never rent for this one again!

First, this company was terrible to get in touch with. Second, we reserved a bus with a bathroom back in November for a Bills game. The bus that picked us up had no bathroom, things were broken, and it was gross. Lastly, the driver was very rude. They should be embarrassed!

Had limo rented charged card never showed up could not reach anyone terrible service a shame we missed wedding.funny how they where easy to get ahold of to take your money never again .6 people disappointed totally let down.
