I recently booked a 24 passenger vehicle for a birthday party. Booking the vehicle was incredibly easy. I worked directly with Carla and she was very informative and accommodating. She set us up for a 4 hour brewery tour throughout the city of Buffalo. Larry arrived early to pick up the 20 people at my house, which allowed us to load the vehicle with snacks and beverages. Larry was fantastic. He was open to changing the itinerary and even suggested stopping at a restaurant/bar close to one of the breweries. Great suggestion because we ended up spending a majority of time there!The vehicle itself was gorgeous. It was clean and upscale! Not only was our driver Willis extremely personable and funny, but when I left my Ray-Bans on the bus, I worked with their staff to get them mailed back to me. You will not be disappointed if you book with this company. Customer Service was A+ from start to finish!
