Ok place... it gets 3 stars for being 24hrs and for being close to where I live. Theres never anyone there working so if something is wrong youll just have to call a number and deal with the problem for the meantime. Washers actually cost a tad bit more than average definitely NOT the cleanest a lot of the machines have what looks like mold in the soap dispenser Ive never seen anyone clean the washers and Ive been going here since 2015! Place is good if its only option... me personally Id suggest elsewhere if able.

Absolutely disgusting boardline,no wait scratch that,this place needs to be shut down....it took a hour for the dryer to dry 4pairs of jeans a towel and 3t shirts.. every single machine(and I did check) had mold forming in the soap dispenser area. Dryer sheets all over the floor and it stunk like high heaven in there to begin with...but just before leave I wanted to use the washrooms, now this is what spawned the article here....drywall missing black mold growing on the dirty decaying walls paper all over the floor I mean I could write endlessly this owner can forget my 30bucks a week...ill go to the other one in town....no ghetto trash over there YET.

I’ve been coming here for a while now an every time I come it gets worse. The floors are always so dirty, some of the washing machines have mold where you put the soap in and also have old laundry soap caked inside. Some of the washers are not working and it’s obvious no one comes to fix nor clean them. I lost $4 in a machine because it was broken and called the “emergency number” to let them know and no one answered. Hours later when I called to let them know I was told I would be getting a refund check in the mail and still haven’t received it. I will not be returning!

I put blanket in one of the washing machines, i Inserted Quarters but for some reason it got stuck and it wouldn’t spin, i had to use another washing machine, I spend $10 for nothing. I am unsatisfied with their machines. I would never ever go there again.

Big but machines constantly steal money. We have been here twice and both times have had multiple machines take $1 coins (what the change machine offers) as 25 cents. Today we put a $20 bill in the change machine and only received $10 in coins. There are no workers or way to communicate issues except an emergency number posted by the door so, in effect, no refunds can be issued. They may have mediocre air conditioning but other laundromats in the neighborhood have much better customer service.

Wish the washers were cleaner, my clothes always smell musty after i wash them

Big machine costs 7, comparable laundromats cost 5. It also smells and there is no soap in the bathroom, during the Corona craze youd think theyd at least have soap.At least it isnt busy but you know what they say about businesses, busy usually means quality. Plus no way to communicate issues because no one works here. Which also means they arent contributing by hiring an attendant.

There is no attendant on duty. The dryer vents are full of lint which causes drying to take forever not to mention is a hazard. The place is in need of a makeover and a paint job. The only plus is their $9.75 washers (largest capacity they have) work like a charm.

I like this place because it is usually pretty clean aside from the 24/7 availability. Early mornings and later in the evenings during the week are the best times to go I have found. Weekends can be very crowded.

Pros: felt safe doing my laundry there, no one would bother my stuff, the prices are exceptable, and its 24 hours.Cons: several of my shirts were ruined because there was plastic in the washer that melted to my clothes. Lately more and more dryers would just take quarters or some would have no heat. And today none of the change machines would take my money. So I drove to a different laundromat, got quarters, came back, only to have the washer I was using take $5.75 and it still needed $1 but it was full so I lost out. Taking my business elsewhere.

In the past I would have given this place at Four Star but lately is gotten really really bad every time I come here it seems like one of the washing machines that use arent working or it cheats me out of change it finally got Wi-Fi (right now thats its only +)Im just so so upset I came here dont wash clothes here if you can help it

Machine that seperates big bills into littke ones took my money but didnt give me the anything back....just ate my $20.00.There nobody attending so what a girl to do???? Theres a number to call but I get nothing!!! This is terrible, I dont have $20.00 bills to just throw around, and now I have spend another $20. This place sucks.

Washers dont always work, or they take so many quarters then dont take any more Nd you have to use another machine and loose all the quarters you put in there. Last week I added my clothes to a washer cost me 3.75, and I put my detergent in, shut the door and machine would take any money. So I moved them to another machine and finally stated, when the wash was done half of my clothes were bleached. Cost me more money to do laundry there, there is no number to call for lost money or broken machines. And they charge too much.

Several machines dont work, bathroom soap dispenser and towel dispenser were broken, no on-site attendant. I lost money​ in a machine that wasnt labeled as broken and was never refunded after calling the phone number posted.

Dryers do not work well...can spend $10 on a load and still damp

I spent over 20min just trying to get the machines to take my quarters!!!!.. already spending $9.75 to wash my comforter plus 20min wasted trying to get the machine on. then used a smaller machine and that one too... did not take the quarters . wont be going back there again.

You always find free machines, educated people, they have clean toilets as well as surveillance cameras.It has places to sit and in general its appliances work properly.
