The recruiter was very upfront with me, which I respect and appreciate. She said that without more experience in my field (I had just an internship and a position that lasted 6 months), she probably couldnt help me. I found a job on my own. Be aware that this place cannot and will not assist everybody. Their clients pay them to find the cream-of-the-crop candidates. If you are pretty polished and have lots of relevant experience on your resume, I am sure they can help you find a job. If not, you may be wasting your time coming here.

I recently moved from out of state and was looking for work. I stumbled upon Key Resource Group and I am so thankful that I did! They set me up with multiple interviews and in the mean time they had steady temp jobs for me. The temp jobs were very beneficial for me, they allowed me to network in the area, and bring in money until something permanent came along. I ended up getting multiple offers through the agency in a very short time. I have now been with my employer for over 3 months. I have worked with a couple of staff members in the agency and they have all been wonderful. They genuinely cared about me and the employer. In the end, it worked out great for all of us!

Key Resource Group is a great place! The employees are awesome and I have never received as great level of service with another staffing organization as I just did with Key. Appointments were kept, scheduled promptly, and many times I would receive updates or replies to my questions after close of business or before typical working hours commenced. I mainly dealt with Chantal Gilmore, but whenever I made a visit to the office I was well taken care of.

I cant say enough good things about this place and Peggy Koch! I relocated back to WNY and applied for a job through KRG on Indeed. Within a day I was contacted by Peggy and we were able to meet two days later to discuss what I was looking for. They are simply fantastic! My recruiter was *always* on top of her game. Everything they do, they let you know about and keep you in the loop, complete with emails and calls.She knew I wanted permanent positions but in the meantime, she offered me smaller temp jobs to fill in the gaps and have some extra cash. I now have a temp to hire job at an organization that I love with all of my heart- in my field! That does not happen! I sent my friend here.

I signed up with Key Resource Group a year ago, to date I have received little contact from this agency. As a client of this agency I feel I was not valued, and no effort was made to find positions that I was interested in. When I did hear from a recruiter, I was told, that they would get back to me about possible positions and there was never any follow up. Whenever I see a job listed with Key Resource Group specifically, I avoid the positions because I do not trust the staff. My fiance had a similar experience with this agency.

Giving you a heads up they are very picky about who they choose to help. They literally gave me 3 different email address instead of just letting me know they dont want to work with me. I know my worth so thats why Im not going to get upset. Its just very unfair for other people who really need help and you play games . you should be reported

Had me come in for an interview. All they did was have me take a Word and typing test (which I scored great on) and then ask me what I was looking for and reviewed my resume with me. They didnt show me any positions that I would be a good fit for, or even ask me if I was interested in anything they had. Ive been a Legal Assistant for almost 5 years now and she told me that they specialized in placing Legal Assistants. Ive seen all the available jobs posted online that Im qualified for. She actually told me Good luck with your job search as I walked out the door. Honestly, I feel like they just wanted my info for their databases. Havent heard back from them in two weeks. I advise you not to bother with these people. All bad reviews.

Ill start from the beginning.I sent my resume to a bunch of job postings with no response for many months. I should also mention that around that time I spoke to the receptionist who told me that, as a recent grad, the company would not be able to do anything for me.Finally, I got a response from their Buffalo location. My recruiter was nice, but very fake. I never really trusted her but went with it. She finally got me a job, albeit a temp position, but a job. I was ecstatic, and very happy in my position.After the first day (Monday), she texted me asking me how everything was going, and I let her know it went great. She asked me again on a Wednesday, and at that point everything was really going great. On Thursday I was on my way home from the job (I take a bus) and I got a TEXT from her letting me know that I do not need to return to the job, and that they were ending the assignment. I was floored, my jaw dropped and I was holding back tears. She just turned my life upside down in a text.My first thought was that I had stuff there and I asked her if I could go get it, she told me she would grab it for me. I then asked her if I did something wrong or what happened, she told me Can we chat tomorrow? I asked her again, what happened? to which she responded Im out with my daughter, well catch up later. So I let it go.The next day I went to go get my stuff from her at her office. She claimed to have gotten in late because of weather (at 11 am) Conveniently, there was a convention going on at that time and there was absolutely no parking downtown. I texted her to tell her I had no where to park so she told me shed bring my stuff down to me. She ran it down, tapped my shoulder said Call me! and ran back inside.I still have no idea what happened, whether it was something I did or something she did, or whatever, but I am not calling this woman. I will not sit on the phone while she dances around the subject and feeds me junk. I am beyond disgusted with how this situation was handled. I deserve way more than a text.I will never deal with this company again and I will never go through an agency again.

If you have a chance to go through Key Resource Group I defintely suggest you do it! I was actually kind of hesitant because I thought agencies were a last resort, but I was so wrong. They make the job search so much easier and you can continue to look for positions on your own. In a period of 2 weeks, I had several interviews. What most people dont know is that alot of companies use agencies and they trust the agents that they work with closely. So if you apply directly to the company, your resume might sit in a pile of a hundred resumes OR you can go through an agency and they will push your resume to the top and say some pretty nice stuff about you. Everybody at the office was polite and genuinely interested in finding what was right for me.

KRG was able to set me up with a temp gig at a major civil litigation firm in downtown Buffalo, and after 7 weeks the firm opted to offer me a full-time and permanent position as a paralegal. The temporary assignment that KRG was able to secure on my behalf allowed me to get my foot in the door at the firm and demonstrate the value I could bring to their team. I like KRG a lot - they are friendly and helpful, and if you put in the effort to stay in contact and do the phone interviews and go on the in-person interviews, you will find a job in no time. My experience with KRG started off with a Craigslist posting which should of been my first clue. Not only that but he had it posted with his personal email.Shortly after emailing my resume I received a response VIA Email that I should give KRG a call which I then placed.I spoke to a recruiter who just started there recently. He seemed rather blunt and straightforward but I assumed this to be just his way to adapt to my attitude of hatred against temp agencies in the local market. Little did I know how right I was.I made it very clear I am not happy wasting my time jumping through hoops nor am I interested in temp services. Regardless he urged me to try them out.So he promised to send me more information about the job such as: Company Info, Proximity to me, ETC.That was last week on Friday. He was also suppose to send me a link to some work related tests (Typing, MS-office related). The only E-mail I received was one to fill out their lengthy online application which was a little much for me.By the time Monday morning came around I had yet to actually receive any further communication by him. So knowing that my appointment with him was at 2pm (I assume the office staff like most people in Buffalo were probably still licking their wounds from the SuperBowl the night before. Moderately understandable for this city).So I emailed requesting the info again and finally at around noon I received the link to the Iprove MS tests. I notified him promptly that we should reschedule because I needed adequate time to test and setup an interview for today at 10:30am. I yet again requested more info about the job to make sure there WAS a JOB.No response was met about the job information that he originally promised. So I figured Id try and contact him 8am today to ask for further info because at this point it just looked like a normal temp agency tactic to Data Mine.So 30 minutes later I get a reply (No fine print disclosure on email either):-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Good morning Chris.I apologize if I am not winning you over. Please don’t go through the inconvenience of coming down for your interview. Additionally, I will make sure your data is not entered into the system. It was not my intention to make you feel as if you were jumping through hoops or that I was doing a temp agency data mining. Generally, when you apply for a job through any agency they do not disclose the name of the client company until you have been submitted and your resume is on their desk. It prevents an applicant from applying directly.You did do very well on the testing I must say!Best of luck in your job search!-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I consider the recruiter to be a decent human being, but not a trustful source of employment.Im just glad I called them out on their bluff before they made me traipse through snow drifts to get there.My best advice to job seekers is always do research on your employers first.
